"If someone other than a leader of a nation is leading this war, it could mean serious trouble for all four nations," Baolin murmured. Zayiya nodded in assent.

"Whoever is instigating it could easily continue to manipulate the leaders, and there would be no end to it. At least with the last war, Avatar Aang know who to attack and what to do once Fire Lord Ozai had been defeated."

"And even if we find this supposed leader," Baolin continued, picking right up where Zayiya had left off. "And stop him, it won't do us any good if the war's already started. If I know anything about politicians born into their station, it's that their stubborn. I should know, I mean."

"You two," Shuro cried, exasperated, then turned a glare on Tsuzuki. "And you, too! I go all the way to Amayen and back just so you three can talk politics the instant I walk through the door? Not even a little pleasant conversation over tea? Ugh!"

"Tsuzuki," Baolin said in warning. "I'll get in trouble if I leave singed furniture behind."

After they were silent for awile, she took a breath and said, "I suggest that you go to Amayen for a few days and lay low. You know, try to figure out exactly what we're doing in a low-profile town where you won't seem suspicious. And,"

She hated having to say what she did next, "I'll leave for the Fire Nation. I need to know what's going on and I'll either write or come back to Amayen after I know."

After awhile of walking, Rei arrived in Ba Sing Se, Raj would probably show up right behind him, as he 'kept on walking, he would need directions to somewhere nice to eat. Now what am I going to do about a Firebender... I can't really fake Firebending, cause he looks like he'll really kill the Bender, and I'd rather not have to go through that... He thought, he sighed aloud as he kept on walking, he needed some sort of plan to stay together, and it wasn't as if he was going to just run into a Firebender and get attacked, no way, he wasn't that lucky, not today at least, his hand still hurt from getting squeezed earlier, he had a hard grip. Glider on his back, he finished off the cheeze he had been given, it had been enough to tide him over until now, and now he'd get to eat, but not before asking for directions.

Spotting a couple walking, he waved over to them and went to them, giving a good natured smile. "Hey, would you know where'd there be a good place to grab something to eat? Some Juice, Tea, something?" He questioned, hoping he'd get a good answer. And he did, as the girl kindly told him of a place to eat not to far from here, and with good prices, too! "Thanks a bundle." He replied, smiling as they walked away, looks like he had one problem solved. "They said its just a bit farther, and take a left, so we should be there." He grinned, waiting for Raj to catch up a bit.

They'd continue to the place until they arrived, the door would be open, so he had a good guess crime wasnt a big issue around these parts, or at least near this Restaurant. Rei walked in quietly, it wasnt exactly a piece of cake to determine which type of Bender he was, unless you'd look at the staff, but most weren't experienced enough to notice it and what it signified, and plus, above that even more didn't know it belonged specificially to Air Benders. He was looking around for seats, when he spotted a table, two chairs, it was perfect for a stop. He walked over to it, smiling at easily finding a spot, and simply smiled at Raj. "Anyway, how 'bout you tell me you're name, we didnt exactly exchange names way back when." He asked, setting his staff up agaisnt the table, so he could grab it in an instance.

"And, what're you having?" He asked, his face behind the menu, no kidding, the prices were good, he hadn't heard of a few of the stuff here, but it sounded good anyway, he might try them if he ever dropped by again, that is, if he didn't get hung for lieing about seeing Firebenders in Ba Sing Se to Raj. "I think I'll have something sweet, and big." He grinned at the thought, somethign really mouth watering.

Rei was still scanning the menu when Raj was admiring, or whatevering, the entire restaurant, he knew what he was getting, and he was pretty sure it'd fill him up, or at least quiet his hunger. "I have a good idea at what I'm eating." He smiled, waiting for somebody to come by and serve also, he looked around the entire place, not being able to spot any waiters or waitresses, he turned back to face Raj when he saw the Waitress at their table, she was pretty sneaky. "Heheh, pretty light on your feet, aren't you?" He grinned, before handing her the menu, satisfied with his choice. "I'll have the Cake, strawberry please." His grin turned to a smile, not bothering to give the specifics, just enough so she'd know what thing he was talking about.

"Time to order, Raj, and by the way I'm Rei." He smiled, waiting for Raj so that the Waitress could fetch their meal, he was hungry after all, even if the cheeze he had calmed his stomach a bit. "Oh yeah, sorry, could I have some Orange Juice too?" He smiled, chuckling lightly as he forgot, and she nodded, she wrote it down and waited for Raj's order.

As she walked off, Rei was trying to guess how long it'd take for them to get their meal ready, he wanted to hurry, even though he had no idea why, hurrying only meant he'd have to come up with some sort of excuse to why theres not any Firebenders around. "How long do you think it'll take for our food to be done?" He asked, having his head relaxed back so he'd be looking at the ceiling, he noticed something before he did, though, something on Raj, that he thought he'd talk about, it was a little quiet, and he didn't feel like not talking at the moment. "Hey, whats that you have on you're Wrists? Some kind of wristband or something?" He asked, head hung back as he obviously wasn't looking, if he was he would've known what they really were.

I guess we'll head out to the Forest again after this, we're we'll 'hunt some Firebenders'. he thought, exhailing as he waited for an answer and the food, Raj hadn't answered right away, so maybe it was something important to him, souvenirs or something of his past.

His head was still back, eyes mostly looking at the ceiling but he could still see a lot of head movement from Raj, he seemed a bit unseasy or something, maybe he shouldn't have asked about the shackles. Yawning lightly, he decided he'd say something, quiet while eating was never a good sign. "Oh, so I guess thats why you were so eager to come looking for one." He spoke, deducting it fast, like a good detective would, sad part was anyone could have figured it out, so he was more like a secound rate detective. Pulling his head down to look at Rei, he decided to change the atmosphere of their talk, it was good social training, expecially since Raj wasn't exactly social. "You ever come here before, with friends or family, or is it you're first time here?" He asked.

The secound after he asked, the girl with their food was coming, and he smiled, licking his lips, his cake looked good, he could see the strawberries placed on it everywhere, tasty. "Looks like our meal's here!" His smile swapped with a grin, as she'd lay the plates down infront of the two, utensils already being on the table since they've arrived.
