Kankuro paused at the gates of Konoha for only a moment, as he had a feeling Kiba might send Akamaru after him... But why? He stepped out of the village and kept walking, eventually walking off the road and into a grove of trees. Not feeling like traveling much farther, though he wanted to disappear quickly, he hid himself in a closely-grown group of trees. Sitting down, he wrapped his arms around his knee's and cried a bit more, hoping the woods would mask his scent. He didnt want to be found.
Gaara probably hated him, right now... And Kiba, even more... And here he still had to fight with himself to figure out what the hell was going on with him. He began thinking whether he'd always been a burden to be around... to Gaara... to Temari, even... To anyone, really. Why hadnt they told him before that he was such a pain?

Kiba watched this all happen, frozen. Suddenly his brain was kicked into overdrive. "Aka, go get Kankuro and bring him back here." The dogg nodded and ran out the door, following Kankuro's smell until he found him. He clamped onto the catsuit and started to drag him back to the Inuzuka house.
Kiba walked over to Gaara and hugged him. "Clam down. Akamaru is going to get your brother. Shh.. It will be okay Gaara-chan. Shhh." Kiba shot a glare to Hana and the dogs who were watching. He looked back to Gaara and his gaze become soft again. "Shh, Gaara-chan, Akamaru will bring Kan-kitty back for you. Shh."

"HEY!" Kankuro suddenly growled, grabbing onto anything he could to keep Akamaru from dragging him back. "Leave me alone." He growled, managing to grab onto a strong bush, and began pulling himself closer to the bush and against Akamaru's pull. He felt a tear, and was suddenly launched forward into the bush, as Akamaru shifted backwords.
Kankuro got up and suddenly began running, though he didnt know why. He knew how fast Akamaru was, and that he would probably be caught in no-time...

Akamaru whined, why did humans always have to run? He chased after Kankuro and grabbed him again, this time by his arm. He growled and once again started to walk backwards.

Kankuro struggled a bit, then found it useless to fight the dog. He stopped struggeling and allowed himself to be dragged. His knee was hurting, anyways. "Why do I always wind up going back?" He grunted quietly to himself, staring at the ground.

Gaara calmed down for a moment, "Why do they all leave me? Why? I need them! I NEED THEM DAMMIT!" Gaara pounded on Kiba's chest, 'WHY?!!" the high squeaking sound that signaled the removal of the cork in Gaara's gourd started.
Gaara's eyes burned, but, not tears came. He clutched on to the front of Kiba's jacket, "Doesn't he get it? I need him! Why did he leave? Why did they all leave? WHY?!"

Shikamaru countered Sasuke's comment with his own playful little smirk, "You know, you can go first." his eyes flicked to the board and he noticed where Sasuke's hand was. Must be an old habit.

There came a thunk at the front door as Kankuro sat by it after Akamaru dragged him back. He was tired after his emotional breakdown, and the drag back there, and still didnt want to be there. He looked rather out of it, and wasnt paying attention to the sounds inside the house. A look of even more weariness overcame his appearance, as he just wanted it all to be over... He wanted to be able to fall asleep that night without having to worry about patching things up the next day.

Gaara heard the thunk outside the door. He pulled away from Kiba and went over to the door. He put his hand on it and slid it open. There he was. The person that Gaara had thought was leaving him forever. He pulled his gourd off and let it fall to the ground before going up behind Kankurou and hugging him. He buried his face into the back of Kankurou's sweater.
"You can back. You didn't leave me. I thought you had left me. Please, don't leave me again. I don't want you to disappear like mommy and daddy and uncle. Please, don't leave me again." Gaara's little episode was like expressing the child that got locked away on that fateful night.

Kiba let Gaara do what he needed, just sitting there and trying to get him to clam down. When Gaara got up he followed. He saw Kankuro and looked up to see his white dog. He nodded, telling Akamaru he could go rest. The dog stood up and walked to the back of the house, whining something about humans and how they make such a big deal about everything. Like mates! Just find a cute human that thinks you're cute and mate! Its that simple!
Kiba ignored the dog and just watched the scene unfold in front of him.

Sasuke smirked. "As you wish." He lifted his hand and moved on of the tiles. "There..." His thoughts from before were pushed aside as he thought up a stragtey for the game. These thoughts caused him to lasp into silence.

Kankuro shifted and turned around, wrapping his arms around his brother. "I wont leave forever..." he murmered, still a bit distant. Even if I tried, I'd be dragged back, somehow... He thought, giving a slight sigh and looking down at Gaara. "I'm sorry, Gaara... I just... It seems like I make things worse, when I try to fix things..." He muttered, not daring to look into the house, at Kiba. He didnt know what the boy thought of him, now, and honestly... he didnt think he deserved to know.
"I'm sorry..." He murmered again, hugging Gaara a little closer, trying to comfort him a bit more.

Kiba waited for Knakuro to look at him but noticed how the boy made a point to not look at him. "You two are walcome to stay the night if you want to. Be cause Hana will be going to her boyfriends!" Hana looked in.
"No need to yell. I'm already leaving, Brat." She walked out of the room and another door opened and closed. Kiba sighed and shook his head.
"So it's up to you."

"Do you even want.. me here?" Kankuro murmered, still holding onto his brother. Still, he thought it would be nice... He was really tired, and doubted that he would stay awake long enough to get home. Besides... who knew what chaos would be dwelling there? Not finding them at home, she was probably becoming more furious with every passing minute that they were gone... He didnt want to deal with that the same day he had made this mess...
