Lauren continued her crying, "I know... I'm just broken..." She said. "Maybe I should see someone? I don't even think this god damn island has a therapist anymore. From what I heard she was dog chow last October."

She was surprised when he started sputtering and hugged her tight. "I did it for you, he should of attacked me not YOU. I don't know why in the world that warped ******** thought you hurt Nita but screwing me. I'm the one to blame..." She said trailing off in tears. "Oh s**t I'll get him sometime, I just have to get trap the dog first..." Lauren's mental wheels were spinning. Someone didn't just go and kick the s**t out of her and get away with it. Vengance was necessary.

She pulled away from the hug and looked into Miller's eyes. "I don't want Nita anymore. Not after all of that. A bit of me was always wanting her back up until then, even if I knew it wouldn't happen, even if I knew I was better off right now." Lauren hugged him again, "I don't know what this is Miller, maybe it won't last long but swear to God you won't go all crazy and ruin OUR friendship?"

Lauren wasn't so sure she could stick to the no fighting thing. What she was certain of was that she was in the wrong here and needed to make it up to Miller, "For you..." Frustration was aparent in her face, "Come on I mean... I could find ways to make it safer for me..." She pleaded, "I have connections." she said quietly and carefully hopeing not to make Miller mad. She really didn't want to let go of this revenge thing.

Lauren looked a little pissed about it, but she finally gave in. "Fine. I won't FIGHT him HAPPY!?" But she might do something else... just not fight him or at least Miller would never KNOW if she did. "But damn, it felt so good to whack him that once... until that damn dog attacked." She knew it would get her no where but she did still believe that vengance was the best way, whether Miller approved or not.

Lauren smiled a little and put her arms around Miller, "Now see, we aren't that different when it comes to revenge then are we? If they dish it out, the deserve what's comming back at them" She said softly, she did plan on keeping her word at the momment, as far as fighting went. Lauren was certain she could find loop holes that Miller wouldn't find out about. It just took a bit more planning than outright fighting.

Lauren purred as Miller chirped. It was becomming a pleasant sound to hear for her. "Yeah, it's only a couple of stitches. Mongooses can heal very fast, definately faster than the average human. This probably would of been way more bad had I not had my tough skin there." Lauren sighed, "But enough about that... can't we forget this whole thing ever happened and just work on makeing things up between us?" She nuzzled close whispering seductively in his shrunken ear.

Lauren smiled at his agreement. She also was a little worried as the only time they had been intimate, she had been drunk. What if all the bad thoughts came back? What if all the memories rush back in? Should she just try and hope they didn't or should she warn Miller?

She decided to try. Lauren took Miller's arm and lead him to the bed with her, smileing, "This time, we're NOT drunk, so we will fully know what's going on." She said as she sat down hopeing Miller would follow on his own accord. She did look noticeably nervous at the whole idea but she knew she had to prove to herself that good things could still happen without the horrible memories.

Lauren was a little worried about the shivering, she petted Miller a bit and looked at him concerned, "Why are you shivering?" She asked. "We don't have to do anything but cuddle if you want. Maybe we should take things slow." She too wondered if that was the better bet, for her own reasons as well.
