"Who? Is it pigeons?!" Satah was instantly on the alert, striking a defensive ninja pose as Spork fell down behind her. Her suspiciously narrowed eyes searched the room slowly. Not seeing any of the gray-feathered, glowing-red-eyed birds of hell, she relaxed slightly.
It took a moment for her to register that Spork had left the room without her. Letting out a slight squeal, she immediately whirled around and headed for the door.
{{I ******** hate pigeons. I'm not even kidding. I hate them with a passion. x:}}

Satah did, indeed, catch up and momentarily joined in the running in circles. Facing the end of the hallway, she stopped suddenly, arms slowly falling to her sides as she tried to decipher anything in the darkness.
Just as before, the hall seemed to fade away into nothingness. There was no light whatsoever.
"Well, onwards, then?"

"Oh. That is a problem." Satah grinned and then looked around. She stumbled slightly in a late reaction to the prod and then concentrated on the door they had just fled from.
"Well... We came in that door from this way, right?" She pointed towards the room they had started their journey from. "So... I guess onward is... NOT that way." Satisfied with her problem-solving ability, she let her pointing arm flop down to her side and began staring upwards at the ceiling.

"I love ceiling." Satah said seriously before putting her head back to its normal position, facing the opposite direction of their origin. After a moment of hesitation, she began walking forwards again, placing her left hand against the wall. It caused a slight scratching as she dragged it along the stone.

It may not have Dawned on Satah yet, but there had, at one time, less then three hours ago, been Stainless Steel Covering those walls. A Sheet of it loomed out of the fog. It was jammed into the ceiling, dripping blood.
A Labtechs corpse Was almost cut in two, but still pinned by it.

spork walked forward behind satah, working his glowstick in between his fingers with his right hand, his other hand in his pocket. he then proceeded to gag at the sight of the sight of the labtech a littleways ahead 'oh god....bleggggh'

"What?" The hand that wasn't on the wall was stuffed into her pocket. She followed Spork's gaze and her fingers clenched around the scrap of fabric she had picked up. After a couple of shocked moments, she managd to gasp out, "Oh-- oh my ******** first reaction was not disgust, but an overwhelming sense of sadness for the techie. Still, she didn't turn her head away from the corpse. Indeed, she moved slightly closer, hand falling from the wall. Inch by inch, she moved towards the mangled body, silently investigating it. The look on her face was almost one of curiousity.

The Bodies lab coat still was almost pristine, except where the metal had impaled it. The Numbers 0017 where readable. The first zero was sharpied in.
In felt, on the metal, it simply read: Agent 0017 - Died another day.
Who ever killed him had a twisted sense of humor.

Who ever killed him had a twisted sense of humor. (( . . . DDDDD smile ) spork managed to grab onto the back of satah's shirt in between the chokes and the momentary asphixiations as what was left of breakfast exited the building. he tugged on her shirt a little, urging her not to get closer, while making sure not to get her all messy. he whimpered as little.

A slightly horrified giggle escaped Satah's throat before she managed to quell it. She felt a tug on the back of her shirt and stopped moving towards the body. Turning around, it finally clicked with her that Spork wasn't doing so well. Carefully, she hugged him in a slightly distracted manner, attempting to be a little bit comforting.
