He didn't stop hugging her, likewise enjoying hugging her. "Very much so." Did other people get kissed like that everyday? Besides his parents he had never even seen it done before, it was plausable that it did happen often so his surprise might be unexpected. However, to him it was still the same.

She giggled. "It's good to get startled every now and then." She toyed at one of his bangs, slowly relaxing and becomming more herself.

He couldn't help but chuckle at her, and did nothing to stop her from playing with his hair. "I see that," those three words, were one sylible could have worked, he chose to actually use words. Maybe she was affecting him, but he really didn't mind too much.

She smiled, still playing with his hair. She put a little braid in his hair, stealing another chaste kiss.

Ra couldn't help but chuckle as she braided a bit of his hair. There was nothing macho about having a bit of your hair braided, but he didn't mind it. When she kissed him again, inspite of the little voice in his head telling him it was a bad idea, he kissed her back. Now he did listen to the voice a bit, a chaste kiss would be all he'd allow. On a side note, he learned that kissing was enjoyable.

She smiled, blushing a little but snuggled close. "There a fireplace around here?" She asked softly, trying to ignore her warring emotions.

Ra nodded to her question telling her, "Living room" thats where it was, but it didn't feel right leaving it at that. He felt he had to say something more so he offered, "I'll take you." It go through with that offer, she'd have to move first. He was caught between not wanting her to move, and knowing that he could not stay there holding her forever.

She smiled and leapt to her feet, anxious to see this fireplace. "Do you also celebrate christmas?" She wanted to know more about him before anything got too serious.

Ra held himself a bit highter a slithered to the door before opening it and waiting on her to exit before he would. To her question he answered, "I have thought about it." He remembered his father telling him about it, but nothing was ever done. The idea made his sister happy, which was why he thought about it at all. The thought of giving her gifts and seeing her reactions to everything was what made the idea fun. "Do you?"

"It's been a long time since I've celebrated it...I always remembered curling up by the fireplace, with the scent of pine in the castle. Everything was so beautiful..." She followed him as she remembered, her hands behind her head as she thought.

He smiled and listened to her tail without interruptions. The whole time he led her to the room most people gathered we they came to the tower. Thankfully it was empty and the fire was stoked. Moving his body closer to it, he admired the flames before looking to Sky, "It sounds wonderful." she spoke of her tail.
The flames were a double edge sword. The warmer he got, the more energy he received, but he wasn't sure what to do with said energy. He was still calm, he knew from experience that it grows over time. Amoung other affects of being that warm, sleep would be impossible even if he wanted it.

"It was..." She settled before the fire, flexing her wings out before wrapping them around her as a light weight blanket. She enjoyed feeling the fire on her skin, the way it would reflect in her silvery eyes.
"There was even homemade cider, warm enough one could sit back and sip at it. There was also fun in the snow...My sister and I use to always have snowball fights.."

Ra couldn't help but admire how the fire's glow enhanced her natural beauty. His mind was on her, and he listened to her tail of cider and snow ball fights. That was one particular thing about winter he would never know. He knew that his sister, brother and he would never survive going out side to even try, but it sounded fun. He smiled at her and nodded along, not commenting as she told her tale.

He couldn't give her a snowball fight or any other outdoor activities, but the cider was an idea. It sounded like a good idea, a surprise for one day, maybe not even the 25th, after its the feeling not the day that mattered. One thing was for sure, he couldn't do it today unless they parted company. It had to happen, right?, but he didn't want to think much on it. He nodded to what she had said, already planing.
When she giggled, it slightly tilted his eyebrow curious as to what had made her giggle.
