"Yes, winter is a rather nice time of the year. I only wish all the pretty trees didnt die. But i guess it only makes their revivial in spring all the better." He looks around at the dying trees, imaging how they would look when spring did roll around.

"Hmm..yes...their revival..."
Duvessa trailed off some, looking out into nothing in particular.
Elanore watched Duvessa closely. She worried slightly about being with mortals. Elanore knew about Duvessa, having been back to her home and all. She knew that Duvessa was very good with mortals, and that she only fed when it was time, but Elanore hadn't been able to pin-point when that was. Only Duvessa seemed to know when it was time for her to feed, and Elanore hated to be there when it happened. She was far too squeemish to be the little protoge of a vampire.
"Um..I like winter because there's snow to play in."
Elanore piped up, uncomfortable in the silence that had grown.

Ralpha looks over to the familer "Yes, snow is always fun to play in!" He giggles a bit. "too bad their isnt any right now."

Duvessa brushed a few stray strands of violet colored hair from her eyes, looking up at the dark sky.

Ralpha looks over to Duvessa then up to the sky "The stars are pretty at least. Hmm, can you see any consolations?"

Duvessa leaned back slightly, just as Elanore stood up on the log.
"I see one! The little dipper!"

Duvessa looked up at where the two were pointing. She could see the formation...but she wasn't very interested. Frankly, she wasn't feeling well and she feared she knew why. It had been a long time since she'd met up with other faes. Some said she sould just feed off of her new pet but...she prefered not to keep the girl for such morbid purposes...

Aoi Shinu Lime nodded vigorously. "I agree! Everyone should dress in bright colors. Then we'd look like a rainbow, or a berry patch!"She yawned suddenly, perhapse the time of the night finally getting the best of her. Lime Chiffon was always an early to bed early to rise kind of girl. Mimi nodded and started thinking of cute outfits "hmm more outfits need bows.. hmm? she looked over at Lime "Wow you must be tired.. heh Sorry if I'm keep you up" she nodded

Duvessa nodded her head, a charming smile creeping onto her lips.
"Oh yes, I'm fine. No need to worry."
She brushed a few more strands of hair from her eyes and looked over at the young fox. He was handsome, gorgeous colors. It made her smile. He looked like a creature who could go unseen in the winter, just as she was.
"Duvessa just gets tired sometimes," Elanore chimed, "but she's always okay after a little dinner and I nice nap."

"Oh well just a bit tired...it's gotten awefully late, hasn't it? Maybe we'd better get some sleep so we won't be too tired to walk you home tomorrow. Ohh and I could make us some chocolate chip pancakes too!"
Lime smiled, and then yawned again.

"Well, alright. I'd like to meet him."
Fallyn nodded. It was important to her to meet Jai's family.

Mimi smiled at the pancake part "Heh that sounds great" she nods and curls up under the blanket "Thanks again for letting me stay here Lime.."she yawned at the end and started driffting of to sleep

Lime nodded and stood up.
"Goodnight Mimi. I'm sure that Parfait Parrot will wake you in the morning for pancakes."
She walked away into her room and snuggles cozily under her quilts. It was nice to have a friend stay over now and then, and she couldn't wait to see Mimi's house in the morning.

"Desserts?"
Duvessa thought a moment.
"Hm...well I suppose I really don't know. It's been so long since I've had a dessert dish..."
Indeed it had...how long? How many years? Honestly, she'd lost track...
"Um...well my favorite dessert is chocolate covered cherries and whipped cream," Elanore chimed in again.
