"Ah, Kayome-kun," Amadeus acknowledged with a nod. "That's a nice name. Don't worry about the handkerchief! I can always wash it," he said with a grin, now sitting on the side of the pool. "And as for my name, I certainly hope that you've heard of it!" he added. "Far too many people haven't... I don't mind, but I think when people drink water, they should think about its origins, you know?" he said to Kayome with a wink.
"But then again, I've been out of the village for far too long to be excusable.." Amadeus conceded. "I have to admit that." Getting up again, he gave Kayome another brilliant smile, before saying, "Well, I'm off to visit the blacksmith puppeteer. Have to make her feel welcome, and introduce myself! Do you want to come with me, and your little missy too?" He was, of course, referring to Kuriyo.

Kayome flashed his own brilliant smile. "I'd love to. And so would she." He wrapped the handkerchief around his arm and picked up Kuriyo. "How did you know she was a girl?" The cat was purring, a good sign.
He was calm on the outside, but on the inside he was blushing furiously. This man was gorgeous. And he was so nice! And his hair... Kayome wanted to just lean in and nuzzle it. Unfortunately he was quite sure that he wouldn't be well received. So for now he simply reached up and tucked a loose bang behind the man's ear, leaning in as close as he could.

The same familiar mist that marked the coming and going of Nakamura seemed to flood into the calm portion of the villlage. Her silhoutte was outlined as the mist began to dissipate, leaving her body there like she had planned. I need to find Amadeus. He has to know something about that boy that was freaking out... and... I doubt that I was the only one to feel Konpaku's presence. There must be some other meaning to all of this. she thought to herself, her head tilting towards the air. She took a whiff of the air, searching for a single scent. Where are you... her mind raced through the scents as her eyes closed slowly. Not him... no... a cat... blood. "Blood?" that was all the motive she needed to pick up her pace. Instead of searching for Amadeus, her intention was to find the source of the blood. Taking to the small roofs, Nakamura leapt about, searching for the source of the blood.

Kaito methodically checked his bag once more. He was being sent on a escort mission. Go to Otogakure and escort a woman back to Takigakure. It was simple enough. The mindless dog was no longer dangerous to anyone unless he was given sepcific instructions to kill them. Then they didn't stand a chance of surviving. He would hunt them down relentlessly like the loyal attack dog he was. So no one would pay any heed to him escorting a female, he was more robot like than anything else, dull and spiritless. If he was younger however people would have thought twice before leaving him alone in a room with another child.
He slung his backpack over his shoulder and set off for the Rice country. It was just another mission and he would do this one flawlessly aswell.

Amadeus stiffened a little as Kayome's finger snaked in around his ear and touched his hair (oh the SACRILEGE). But he relaxed again as soon as it was apparent that all Kayome wanted to do was to secure a stray lock of hair. Still, you couldn't be too careful. Amadeus had been reminded of how to initiate contact with a ninja during his encounter with Kusari earlier that day.
"Well, let's go then!" he said lightly, starting to move. "And as for your cat... can I say that it was just a lucky guess? Although she radiates femininity. You know, the elegant, royal type?" He brought a hand to his mouth, as if thinking, before asking, "So, do you think she would mind if I stroked her a bit? What should I call her, anyway?"
Amadeus was blissfully unaware that Kayome had tried to flirt with him. Well what can I say, he was skilled in the art of killing and negotiating, but when it came to love Amadeus was an idiot.

Kayome smiled brilliantly. "Her name is Kuriyo. And..." Kayome looked at her meaningfully. "She would be delighted to be petted by such a handsome man," he held her out to him. "In fact, I'd say she'd be willing to let you pet her."

It didn't take her long to follow her nose into the market section of the village. The scent is coming from... right over... THERE. her body froze once she laid eyes on the source of the scent. Did he just TOUCH AMADEUS' HAIR??? her mind screamed. No one did that... not even herself. It was like damaging an artifact of great value. As if awaiting the soon-to-be freakout by Amadeus, she kept her eyes upon them from above. Was she really that concerned over the younger boy's fault... or was it some form of jealousy leering it's ugly head. As if she were a chameleon, Nakamura leapt onto the roof and stared at the two, looming down on them as if she was waiting for the right moment to interupt them... just like a nosey little sister would. She sat perched on the roof, much like a gargoyle, ready to move at the drop of a hat to remain hidden.

Konpaku landed lightly on the ground. Amadeus had a very special chakra signature. He could find the strange man anywhere. Landing on the ground he spun around quickly unleashing both puppets. He smiled, having his friends back made a warm feeling in his soul. Looking at the funny man he shook his head. "Hey, freak!" Konapku yelled at Amadeus. "What about that drink now?"

Amadeus reached out hesitantly and his fingers started to stroke Kuriyo's fur cautiously, but he quickly grew practiced in the action and his fingers fondled her fur in a smooth and soothing motion.
"She's beautiful," he told Kayome and meant it. "Kuriyo is beautiful.
"Well," he said moving for real this time, "let's-"
But then he was interrupted yet again. Oh dear Amadeus. But this time it was by Konpaku and Amadeus realised how quickly the time had passed. It was night time already! Wow. Well. He supposed that time flied when you were having fun. "Sorry," he apologised to Kayome in advance, before shouting back, "Can't you see I'm busy, bonehead?! But let's have that drink!" He turned back to Kayome, and added, "But only if Kayome-kun wants to," in his normal volume of speech. "And Nakamura can join us, too!" He was fully aware of her presence, but, the question was, were the others?
[Ahahaha. Instead of Kayome seducing Amadeus Kuriyo has done it instead!!! Just kidding.]

Konoaku jumped up remembering the icy women who tricked him into kissing a wolf. Landing on one of Fury's shoulders he had rage land on the other. Looking around with the added height he still couldn't see the women. "I don't see the ice queen anywhere." Konpaku said his sleeves swaying in the wind. His camo pants snug along his perfectly sculpted buttock. ((for you perverts out there)) "I think your starting to see things you old windbag." Flipping backwards and calling back both Rage and Fury to their wrapping.

Hatchi pulled his coat off of his head and shook as much of the water off of it as he could. Snowmane did something similar. The sennin grinned and breathed deeply, making sure to inhale the rich clean air, protected by the mist of the waterfall. Hatchi smiled and turned around to see if the others had followed him through the waterfall.
Snowmane sighed as his wet fur matted together. He hated getting wet, and he knew that he'd have to go through the waterfall again soon enough. The wolf continued to shake in hopes that he'd get dry quickly.

Raine threw his body through the last of the fall, and let himself fall to the ground. Leaning back on his arms, Raine sat panting and flicking his small mohawk out of his eyes. "Hatchi you seem to ruin my hair everyday.." Raine said to the man infront of him. Opening his eye's Raine looked out at the village. There is a village here! This is amazing! The small boy suddely seemed filled with energy he jumped up and ran towards Taki, stopping just ahead of Hatchi, not turning back, his face became grim, "Hatchi, is this village like Konoha? Does it have a fire master too?"

Frowning, Amadeus looked back at the rooftops. He was sure that he'd seen something there, but... nothing. Well then.
"I'm only 8 years older than you you fart," he replied dismissively to Konpaku. "Well, let's go then! You just reached the legal drinking age. You need someone mature to make sure that you don't binge over your limits." Inspecting Konpaku again, he added, "But of course, I'm sure that you've had your fair share of alcohol already... but come. We have much to speak of." Giving another winning smile to Kayome, he said, "And you too, Kayome-kun."
[Hmmmm. Should we drink here or in a Bar thread? XD]
