As quickly as she fell asleep her eyes opened again but to see that the fire had disinigrated and the light was seeping in through the caves enterance. It was slightly over cast out but the sun peeked through the clouds every so often leaving patched of light on the ground.
Spice got up silently and stretched. She went outside and began to nibble on some of the grass, keeping an ear back on Cadaver. The grass was sweet with dew, though a slight chill remained in the wind. The patches of light played delicatly on her patterned coat, glimmering in some spotts while others remained dark.

Cadaver's eyes opened slightly, fluttering a bit. Had he really fallen asleep? It had felt like he'd just dozed off for a few minutes. Lifting his head up, he could tell Spice wasn't next to him anymore.
He quickly clambered to his feet, the pain nearly gone, save from a few scars that were starting to form, but hopefully they would be easy to cover up. Giveing his tail a flick, he slowly meandered out of the cave into the bit of sunlight that shone through the clouds. Good, it wasn't raining anymore atleast.

" How are you fairing?"
Spice asked as she lifted her head from eating. She walked over to him to check him over and it appeared he was doing much better. Infact she herself was feeling much better. Her legs didnt acke any more and only a few nicks and dings that could be easily hidden remaind. On her hind curters though a vew gashes where but after a while they would scare and wouldnt be a problem.

He stretched out his legs and neck before answering her. Turning his head, he smiled lightly. "I'm doing better than I was I guess....not really much pain left." His tail flicked back and forth as he took a few more steps away from the cave. "But it's good to be out of that cave...."

Spice nodded. The fall air was crisp and it gave her the erge to run. She looked back at Cadaver smiling and then just took off down the valley. She leaped and bound over some logs and a small steam that cuaght her eye. She stopped imediatly an bend her head down to take a drink.
" If you thirsy i found some water"
She yelled back in between her drinking.

Cadaver blinked as he heared her run off, watching her aura take off down the valley. Sighing lightly, he trotted after her at his own pace untill he reached the small stream. Lowering his head, he stuck his nose in it before pulling back a bit to take a few small drinks.

Spice stopped drinking when he came and waited till he appeared to be finished. Then she nudges his shoulder lightly with her muzzle. She didnt remember the last time she spent so much time with oner other or had so much fun. Yes even though she was only taking care of him it was fun to her. She hoped that things could stay just as they were but knew they could change.

As he lifted his head from the water, he felt a nudge to his shoulder and turned his head a bit to look at Spice. Instantly, he gave her a curious look with an eyebrow raised, wondering why she was nudgeing him. His braided tail gave a flick side to side before hanging loosely against his hinde quarters.

" Dont mind me"
She smiled and walked over to a small patch of grass. Smilin both inside and out she ate contently. It was turning into a nice day weather wise. Is was warming up a little more, but still ha that fall feeling to it. The birds began to become more lively and the sound of fresh streams from the night before, filled the forest.

He snorted lightly and shook his head a bit before turning around and dipping his nose into the water again. Lapping at the water quietly, he hadn't noticed that she had walked away just yet. His tail lashed back and forth again as he pondered if she was going to hang around all the time now or what? He didn't mind all that much, but it made him think that maybe she was going to try and "take care" of him all the time. Then he'd never have time to himself.

She smiled thinking about how things where doing back at the place. Did any one wonder where she had gone to? did they care? Well she figured she would find out when she made it back there. Cadaver was looking stronger and she imagined that one such as himself had a home to check in with as well. Besides why would he want to hang around some one fore so long. When they met he made it very clear that he prefered to be alone. For all she knew this could had been the longest amount of time he had ever spent with one.
(( lol XD remember what happens when he gets better razz ))

Cadaver lifted his head and looked to where she was for a moment. Listening to her as she spoke. "Yea...ok." He pawed at the ground lightly, he kinda of wanted her to leave, then he kinda didn't want her to. It was odd. But he knew she'd leave anyway. No one ever really stuck around him for long. He was used to it though. And Atsila might be worried about him for not checking in for a few days.

She looked at him with questioning eyes. She thought he would be thrilled to get rid of her. She stood there and walked to his side still looking at him with that same wonder and care as before.

He lifted his head a bit more from it's previous position. Shrugging lightly, he wasn't sure what to say. "I...don't know...." His gaze wandered to looking at the ground infront of him, though you couldn't really tell unless you saw the slight lowering of his muzzle.

She just looked on at him wondering what he was thinking. Not sure? So he wanted her to go but stay at the same time? Confussed at this she just stood there as the wind whipped threw her hair. Twisting and bending the white and black strands to its will, helplessly all they could do was obay the wind as it passed by.
