Weapon: He only has his ability.
Ability: His mind is the most powerful one ever lasting giving the the ability to move many things at once of any size. To read other people's minds but he doesnt do so often seeing as he doesnt care what the person is up to. He can teleport but only three times a day. And other things such as walking on water and his one real sort of weapon, creating a purple flame.
Weakness: His dreams and time controlling magic.
Description: 
Storyline: After thousands of years Vineco found himself still alive, not finding headway on how to die yet. His mind is still working greatly thou in the new age someone with such great psyhic powers as himself is wanted as a weapon so he pretends to be a fake psyhic with a crystal ball and everything.

Storyline: He mysteriously showed up recently. Other than that, not much is known. He wa seen at the Darkling manor incident, and helped to solve the case, clearing himself of suspicions. Since then he has sliped in and out of the public eye, doing odd jops for multiple employers.
Most recently he has been see with fellow darklings as the Grey Tower door man, and at the train tracks interviewing one Mr. Alabaster.

The boy looks different then her, he looks more like day instead of night. They were known as the day and night twins. The brother being able to do things during the day and get his best ideas then while Natashiko was able to do everything at night. Their parents died when they were 7 years old. They lived with their aunt and uncle till they were about 15 and then got a place on their own. A few years after that her twin started to abuse her and drink alcohol, that leading to the deaths of her favourite aunt and uncle. (Pretty bad I know.) Ability: None, but his armor is magical, like much Niebel equipment, as as such it has an energy shield and ballistic armor, which protects against ballistic shots and reflects energy shots. He is also a hardened veteran, and commands a squad of six troops.
Weakness: He's just a regular mortal reptiloid under the armor. The armor doesn't perfectly cover the body. For movement purposes, arms and legs are under armored; only the head and torso are covered with ballistic armor. The energy shield is a sphere, and is like an energy flak jacket, reflecting indirect shots, and dampening direct shots. However, if under heavy fire, the energy shield can overload and explode. Fatally. Also, Hassi, as the squad leader, refuses to wear a helmet with his armor. He is somewhat proud, at times arrogant, and as a weakness, can be honourable to a fault.
Description: 
Storyline: A veteran of the Niebel Civil war started by the attempted assassination and coup of the Bursian Emperor. He was one of the guards that protected the Emperor, when the palace was sieged by Rebel forces. He is now assigned to make sure the Rebels gain no more supporters, and to take down any Human Nationalist Rebel leaders he can, as part of a task force.

Ability: He has some illusion ability, such as creating light, and chameleon type color changing. None of his magic is offensive, or defensive in any direct way, but he can create simple illusions, and can camoflauge himself. He is skilled with the machete in close combat. He is very skilled with the sniper rifle.
Weakness: He can only attack at long or short range, because of his preferred weapons. He's only human. He's slightly instable in the head, and may make careless mistakes to go after a chosen target, and ignore all else.
Description: A bald, tanned and muscular man, which typically wears combat fatigues and a White Knight breastplate, without the shoulder pads. He usually slings the rifle across his back and carries the machete in a holster at his waist. he has two bandoliers across his chest with 300 Winchester rifle ammo.
Storyline: He was born in Santa Dolor, and grew up as a guerilla for the republic there, until it collapsed. He then survived as pretty much a bandit, until he learned some magic from a traveling sorcerer. This sorcerer noted his skills were high with sniping, and he offered to give him a steady job if he was willing to pull up his roots and move to Niebel as part of a plan. His aim was impeccable and he was considered the most deadly soldier. However, he somehow missed when comissioned with his most important job, assassinating the Bursian Emperor. Now he's a squad leader, and seeks to regain his reputation as the most deadly soldier.

Storyline: Vash was never a social person. She grew up enshrouded in her own loneliness, so she trained to pass the time. She trained, and trained and trained, but she never knew why. She lived out a life of solitude in a distant world, untill a deamon visited her in the form of a false prophet. It told her that it was time to fullfill her destiny, that she must go and destroy the world for it was due time for the world to end. Confused with such instructions, Vash set off anyways, but she was unsure of her next action. She met up with several unsavory characters, and thus began her downwards spiral to corruption and wickedness. But, at the core of her being, Vash remained the same, a pure and goodly person. But, being buried in lies and deceptions, she carried on with her mission to destroy the world...
