Kiyoshi walked up, slipping a hand around the others waist and leaning over to whisper in the others ear, "The other one... he's annoyed... this cat, isn't doing his job... he has another gun..."
He nuzzled the other softly, trying to make it look as though he was scared, and trying to hide behind the other, "How's your arm... I can heal it if you'd like."

Samael seemed a bit irritated when the other touched him, and pulled his arm from him a bit. He nodded at his information, "...Get out of here. Get into the trees where he cant shoot you," he murmured, turning his head to look at Kiyoshi. "Get under cover..." He mumbled, lower, then looked back to the feline. Wrinkling his nose, he set a hand to the male's waist, and pushed a bit, "I'm fine. Go."
He snarled at the feline, "That would mean you and your little...friend, shooting at an innocent person," he growled lower, baring his larger fangs.

God damn--they were cuddling at a time like this? Freaking freakish freaky freaks >> No, he wasn't going to let this opportunity go to waste - if the cat wanted to be stupid and just talk to the vampires, that was fine as long as he kept them in one place - but the moment one of them left? No, that was a perfect opportunity to DIE STUPIDLY.
Therefore.
Darcy flipped his hold on the pistol and fired with excellent marksmanship at the once again leaving bluenette - maybe if he more than clipped the snarlier black the lummox would finally get the message and do his ******** job?
"No one here is innocent," the cat laughed lightly just as the shot rang out and his face snapped to a frown, gaze darting away from Samael to the smaller vampire--this was the last time with kittens. The last. Time. With. Kittens. Really now. That was killing without merit...

Gah! Damnit! Technically, Kiyoshi hadn't bolted yet. "BACK IN THE CAVE." He snapped, dragging Kiyoshi away from the mouth just as the shot rang out--though it didn't quite work out, since he had dragged the poor unicorn to himself. Not only did it clip his arm, again, it went into it. Ow. ******** growled, and shoved the unicorn towards the wall, further into the cave--despite the larger cat's standing there, he made sure not to shove Kiyoshi into him.
Okay, that was it. He turned towards the smaller kitten, beginning to get extremely...well, angry. Wrinkling his nose, he glared, hunting through the brush of the trees to find--hah! He moved towards the trees, in a quick sprint..and, well, began to climb the tree--ignoring the larger cat once more. ********! "Here kitty.." His voiced darkened--getting up that tree decently quick, even with a wounded arm, his eyes shot dark red--dont piss off Samael..

Kiyoshi watched the other dart off, being shoved behind the larger of the two cats. He sent Samael a pointed look, 'I'll get this one...'
And he dove, latching onto the other with everything he had, tooth and nail. He scratched and bit... basically, he did this so the other wouldn't get shot at whikle sprinting up the tree, 'And be careful, his pistol still has three shots left... you're already wonded' He managed to send through his struggle to distract the bigger cat.

Well--well--s**t. How the ******** could that thing climb with hooves? Not gonna think about it, not gonna waste time when--hell, it was above him now--
Darcy froze with a dark frown, contemplating setting fire to the trees - but a forest fire probably wasn't going to help him right now, especially not getting stuck in the middle of a forest fire... Damn, damn, damn--darting for cover beneath a brush, the kitten kept a sharp eye and ear out for the slightest hint of movement. Never working with the idiot again, whatever the hell his name was and whoever the hell he was--never. Again.
If that silly kitten had bothered to listen--ah well. So much the worse, he could still take care of business. When the blue unicorn leapt forward, the cat was ready with the large knife, slashing outwards the moment the unicorn flew into range, not realy caring how deep the wound went at this point - if he died, he died. If he lived (for now), at least there was still a chance it would be more than a mere slaying.

Bolting around, he grasped onto branches--anything, really, he could get ahold of. Lord knew if he'd end up grabbing onto the smaller cat's leg or something.

Kiyoshi let out a soft gasp and fell backwards, he touched his hand to the wound on his chest and looked down at it, a strange glint reflecting in his eyes. "What the..." He muttered, his hand covered in blood.
He took a deep breath and feel against the wall, weak from blood loss, and also his body healing the wound. Well, he guessed the other would know he was a vampire relativly soon... He fell back, closing his eyes and letting out small pants of breath. Just because he wasn't dying, didn't mean it wasn't painful.
'I'm sorry... I was worried he would hurt you...' He muttered softly.

A long and colorful string of expletives streaked at warp speed through the kitten's mind - he refused to fire blindly, that'd give away his location in an instant - but he couldn't just sit here and wait for the idiot to die and to have two vampires looking for him.
Then a flash, luminous white in the midst of sheer dark - and Darcy fired - out of reflex more than precision, for which he damned himself immediately. He'd be lucky if the bullet had grazed the creature! Never again. Never again with the damn cat!
The cat might not hold any especial respect for the kitten Darcy Rue, no, but he was not a killer. It was therefore in his best interest to keep the incompetent little boy in some modicum of safety, even if it'd been his own fault the mess had gotten, well, messy. Children couldn't learn from their mistakes if their mistakes killed them.
Moving forward in lightning quick - though they were merely precisely honed, mortal reflexes he could hold his own against the most fearsome of creatures - the cat surged forward towards the blue, pinning him to the cave wall and the knife held sharp and terrible to his neck, "Call him down," he commanded in so soft and gentle a tone that it might've been a request - except for perhaps, you know, the presence of pinning and blade.

Samael glanced around for a moment, pausing--he could smell Kiyoshi's blood, but knew better than to think he would die from a slash wound. He sighed inwardly when he got the message, then kept moving...looking for the kitten. He flinched, though, when the gun went off--obviously he wasn't paying much mind to anything, since the bullet pierced into his shoulder..just as he dropped down before the kitten, lunged forward, and mauled him out of the tree...which didn't work too well, seeing as his shoulder was gushing, and vision was wavering from god knows what.
Once they had hit the ground--well, he himself. He couldn't tell if the kitten had caught hold of a branch, or landed near him, he glared towards the larger cat who had Kiyoshi pinned...he himself laying on his side, rolling over onto his stomach, a light pool of blood already growing. Obviously, he wasn't a normal vampire..

Kiyoshi let out a soft gasp, feeling himself heal almost completely from the wound. He glared defiantly at the other when pinned against the wall. However, the blade pressing against his throat left no worry for him. It wouldn't kill him, therefore he techniqually had no reason to be afriad. Inside however, he was shaking... he hadn't ever been one to stand up for himself. He had always been protected.
He watched his master fall rather gracelessly from the tree, taking a deep breath when he saw the blood. Well, that could turn out interesting, when the other found he wasn't the kind of vampire he was used to.
He was practically a doormat, "I...I'll try... but he probably won't listen... Master Samael is well... very stubborn." He said softly, taking in a deep breath.
'Master Samael? The other big kitty wants you to come back... he has a knife to my throat... and I'm scared' He sent to the other softly.

The weight of the coat and all the tools of his trade he'd stored within it sent the already frazzled Darcy wheeling out of the tree at the lunge, as he attempted simultaneously to dodge and fend off the attack, apparently unable to decide in the split second of confrontation which was more conducive to longevity. He barely managed to wrap his arms about a branch, heaving himself onto the far less stable and less high-up trunk with gasps through clenched teeth as he clung, staring wide-eyed towards the vampire now crumpled at the edge of the clearing.
Not his best day ever.
With all remaining nerves set to snap in an instant, Darcy whipped out his last remaining gun - the other two having fallen somewhere into the brush when he'd grabbed hold of the branch - and trained it loosely on the fallen vampire, though his hand and gaze flicked nervously in the direction of the cat and his quarry once, twice before settling with a pretension at steadiness on the unicorn nearest him. Thank God the thing didn't look like it had much fight left... Unless it was some sort of trick along the lines of playing weak and--no. Whatever. Not gonna fall for it, if that was the case. He'd rather shoot a dying vamp and live then give it any sort of 'honorable' death.
Regardless of whether or not a vampire felt pain or fear at the touch of blade to skin, the cat was fairly certain any creature would show some caution at having their head chopped off - which was exactly what he intended to do if Kiyoshi proved useless in calling off his 'master'. But, apparently, the creatures could be reasoned with - to an extent, perhaps, but an extent nonetheless.
He made no acknowledgement to Samael's apparent acquiescence to his command, instead holding the knife with slightly more pressure to the blue's neck as he glanced to the edge of the clearing in hopes of catching some sign of the kitten's well-being. Ah, there, hassled and frightened in the trees but intact. No longer attempting to hide. Good boy.
As for the vampires... He frowned only very slightly as his crimson gaze flicked back to the unicorn under his knife. Strange creatures. A variety he was fair certain he hadn't encountered. They bled too much, for one. "Not so stubborn after all," he commented lightly. "Precisely what manner of vampire are you?" he pronounced then, clearly addressing Samael though his eyes and knife remained on Kiyoshi. The question held no hint of the former, lecturing tone and had transformed into the interrogative. Something... wasn't right here.

Aaahhh, ********. He shifted a bit, caressing his shoulder, before he began to dig into it to get the bullet out...in case his healing 'powers' kicked in, and decided to heal the bullet within. Tossing said bullet into the bloody puddle, he froze, glancing up towards the Kitten with a glare when a gun was focused on him.
"Let...Him go, he's not part of this..." He hissed towards the larger feline, baring his fangs nervously. "None you know of.." He growled lowly, slowly beginning to sit himself up. Too much blood loss--maybe he should have listenened to Marks and 'ate' a bit more...wait a second. Marks...where the ******** was he? He glanced around for a moment, then frowned. b*****d. Hm.
Attempting to stand, he merely dropped onto his rear end...wound still continuing to leak the liquid life, staining his already pale skin, and white shirt. He wasn't bleeding more than a normal human...well, anthro would, to a gunshot, though it was slowing down a lot faster than a mortal. "I'm...we're not really what you think we are...we were 'normal'...just years ago...not our choice..." Now he was just ranting, vision blurring, before his stomach churned. Gagging, he choked, and rolled back over onto his stomach, legs curling to his stomach...pretty much curled into a ball, at this point. Daammnnn, he hadn't been shot in a while. Samael was strong, but still 'human'...he still had a heartbeat, still needed to breathe. Gasping a bit, he kept himself from vomitting...lovely, wasn't it?
"If you want to kill someone...kill me, he's not even worth killing....what'd you get out of killing an innocent?"

)(Posting for Kiyoshi under Nikui's Name... cause she doesn't want me to log her off XD)(
Kiyoshi let out a quiet whimper, backing himself further against the wall as the pressure increased. "I... did as you told me, but he won't listen..." He watched his master fall to the ground, in obvious pain and in obvious trouble. He let out another quiet whimper, wondering why the other wasn't healing as fast as he should have been. Kiyoshi was healed from his scratch by this point, his alterations having given him an extra boost of healing.
"Stop... please, stop hurting him... I'll do anything you want... please, just leave him alone..." He whispered to the bigger cat softly, "Anything you want of me, just don't hurt him anymore..." He was near tears, watching his Master becoming so weak, so fradgile...
"Please, anything you ask of me..."

"Clearly," the cat murmured under his breath at Samael's announcement of differentiation. Not by choice? Ah. Such an excuse he'd heard before and long since run out of pity for. It wasn't the nature of the spirit within the vampire that decided its fallibility, ultimately - it was the nature of the vampiric state.
Then, with a sigh in Kiyoshi's direction, "The only thing you can give me that I could possibly want," he said softly to the blue, a touch of irritation running through his voice, "Is your death." A break, mild glare touched with the patronizing more than genuine anger, "Now stop whining."
His attention turned back to Samael, never relenting in the proximity or pressure of the knife to the smaller unicorn's neck - for he apparently meant something yet to the other vampire's mind - he grimaced, but only very slightly - only the slightest trace of displeasure creeping into his expression, "There is no innocence in this situation, Samael," he called out, almost tiredly. What... was wrong with these creatures? "Tell me, more specifically - what manner of vampire are you?" and unspoken in the tone - he wasn't going to ask again.
And neither was Darcy. In fact, he was just about ready to shoot, ******** questions - who ******** needed questions? They had a job, they were supposed to, you know, do it. Having weird symbolic chats with vampires - really just--really not what he'd signed on for. No vampires at all, matter of fact. AGH. One shot, that was all it was going to take--no. Wait. ******** wait. Even if they managed to take out the big idiot (which he wondered on the likelihood of now), he'd be able to take them out in their weakened state from his current perch.
Provided nothing went wrong again.
Okay. Fine. Screw optimism.
Without waiting for any sort of response from either vampire, or even for the bigger cat to finish his question, Darcy Rue fired at the collapsed vampire beneath his tree again, once more aiming for the head.
