Just for the record not all guy trumpet players are gay. Most of my high school relationships have been in band except my last one....we have broken up....(thank god)....she was to childish for me and to inmature. The relationships i did have in band were very nice and i loved every second of them but as the saying goes Sh!t happens. As for getting laid in my band there are some people that i know that have done the dirty deed. In my friends band though he said that in the back of the his bus coming home from a contest one of the drummers and a gaurd member were doing the dirting ing the small seat while the other drummers and their gaurd gf's watched. Actually that is quite disturbing. I shall leave you with these words off my fathers bumper sticker, "My child plays better than yours!"

Miangel My friend apparently watched Mean Girls the other night, and she said during part of it they were going through the lunch tables and they got to one of the tables and were like, "There's the sexually active band nerds." We found it HILARIOUS, because as far as we know (and we know quite a bit, being friends with the biggest gossips in the band), there's not really a whole lot of dating going on in the band. I find it so funny that we get potrayed that way.... hehehe that is our band....they are overly sexually active band nerds....massively i mean last year my freshman year this junior got pregnant by another band nerd and now it happened to her brother he got a girl pregnant (in their junior year) i just want to know who will get pregnant my junior year...man is that killing me!

NekoAngelHalo Errgh, I think this is on topic ... but anyway What is with people and being COMPLETELY immature about instruments?! I was talking to a friend in my media class the other day about my Trombone, and how we might be able to use it in our project. And another girl at our table was being so immature it wasn't funny! I'm sick of comments like "*snicker* You play tromBONE!" and "I bet you're a good tromBONER!" (It's not Tromboner morons! It's Trombonist! Get it right!) Don't even get me started on the comments about Band Camp and what the poor flute players have to endure. It really really bugs me. Dont worry were called Boners and what happens to the flutes??

and thats why band rocks so much.
but really, i think its probably more likely for bandos to have a serious relationship very quickly because, being in the same band, theyre already closer than a lot of friends. i know that when i first went out with my friend Melissa (who is presently trumpet section leader with me) it was a very fun, exciting, and fast-paced relationship. and when it ended we went back to being even better friends than we were.

There have been so many sexual band relation ships between a guy named Aaron and girls from other schools and his own. I got to know him well andin an elevator of the opera house I learned that it doesn't have to go for both when you have magical fingers playing you instrument or when your doing *other* things. Blah Blah i figured out he was a turd he asked me out i s said maybe but went out with another guy two week later. Doesn't matter thought he went after all my clarinet friends and followed me to a Dance.. Creep even my mom says so

*laughs* There were so many sluts in junior high band. In highschool, i dunno yet. But Cat girl's friggin' HAWT. Damn the fact she's already taken. *grins* I'm slowly gettin' to know her. Apparently, her bf can be an a** MOST of the time. Here's a funny story. One time, we were trying out for highschool band and while we waiting, Cat girl walked by and, naturally, my friends and I followed her with our eyes. And Joo's off talkin' to his mom. Anyways when Cat girl walked by, we saw his head pop out and follow her. Which is totally unexpected and hiliarious.

In the years I've been there no couple has gone to sex yet as far as I know... but my band wasn't always so good.... in the past the band had some really crappy band directors and the kids were allowed to run wild.... sweatdrop

Shinigami_1890 Its hard for me to date outside of Band, becasue so much of my time is spent with my band, that it's the only time I see anyone sweatdrop My boy is a Tuba (No, he is not a sloppy kisser either wink ) My guy is a tuba player too, and I agree on the kissing note biggrin I dont know much about sex in our band cuz on that note I'm outta the loop, but I've heard rumors of incidents on the bus rides to and from championships only cuz I used to be friends with the band's town crier...-.-...anywho, the most I've ever heard of was groping over and in/under clothes stare but I can't complain too much...cuz who said I was innocent whee ninja

I've noticed that in my band too. There are a lot of people in my band, so we have a lot of people to choose from. The only person I would consider dating isn't in marching band, but he is in concert band. I think another reason band nerds date each other is because we feel each other's pain. The administration at my school cares more about football, soccer, etc. than us, so I have to miss my first high-school formal dance thingy...we have a competition that day. I was about to get the nerve up to ask the guy I like to go with me, too... crying
