The air over Del Cielo was warm but smoke still seemed to drift on the air from the bombing of the night before. Tolly watched the group leave with his package to the voderak.
"I hope I know what I'm doing he said."
With that the crews of M.A.T. Marcius Archetype Technologies went back to work. And there was alot of it too.
Teams of mechanics were sent out to the ruins of the city to scout the mon-suno's for usable parts. The priests of the Hain-see clan were also sent. The were the Voderak faction still in belief that the UF only worked the will of voderak. If only in there own way.
As the mechanics looked for good parts, the priests preformed prayers for the departing souls of the UF's men.
On the twisted wreck of a KLF more than one mechanic thought the same thing. "Those UF commanders. heartless bastards couldn't spend the time to bury there own dead."

Scott sighed as he watched the food that cooked over the fire in front of him "not to many jobs today so far oh well i guess they'll be more later" he says laying back and pulling out a magazine

As the mechanics and priests toiled, One man watched over it all. Tolly Marcius. Head of the M.A.T. he knew this ruined carnage would go to serve a nobler purpose. The metal was valuable for scrap, the parts that were salvageable could be used to build more mecha. All around he fought to find a purpose for the deaths of so many.
He walked through the main hanger of the bunker known as Marcius Labs. It had been a long day and much had been cleaned up. However alot more still needed to be done. With the work finally behind him for awhile he began wondering where his son Topher was. He hadn't heard from him all day. Tolly wondered if the boy was still mad about how the Voderak's Hand had forced him into handing over the UF soldiers. He would need to talk with the boy.
Looking all over, Tolly eventually came to one of the main labs of the underground bunker. His tools were scattered in front of him and a note lay on top.
It read:
"Father, this is your son Topher. I hate you! I hate your war! I hate the Voderak and I hate what you do for them. I'm running away and you can't stop me! I'm taking my bike. I'm leaving.
I'll find away to stop your war! I will, and then you want have to kill anyone else, ever.
Topher"
Tolly read it several times. Upon reaching the end he found himself unsure of what to feel. He wanted to cry and beat his fists against the table. Nothing, nothing was more important than his son to him. He had failed. Failed to be there. Failed to explain the reasons. Now Topher was gone.

On one of the side streets of Del Cielo a mechanic drove the carcass of a KLF back to the hanger.
As the flatbed truck rolled along there was a loud bang and the driver fought to bring the vehicle to a stop.
"Damn, the tire blew." Looking around he saw Scott sitting by the side of the road. "Hey, buddy. Do you think you coudl help me change this tire?"
He hopped out of the truck and down to the ground.

"Thanks bud." The driver said. Pulling out a large crow bar he set to changing the tire.
"yeah, he said. We've been out here all day trying to clear the mess up. Professor Marcius wants all the KLF's for parts. Not sure I understand why, but hey... the pays good. If you want I can give you a ride back to the hanger. They have a soup line there at night. It's a good place to get a meal and maybe some work if your interested."
Once the flat was changed they mounted the huge tire on the underside of the flat bed trailer and the driver climbed up in the cab.
"So what'll it be bud? You wanna come?"

After several more hours of travelings. They arrived at a small bunker base. The night sky was pure from clouds, letting the stars rain praise to the earth. Konner slipped off his goggled and stretched while the others arrived. He noticed the moon floating far above. Its mythical glow seemed to produce a light of life, but it was only a reflection.
"This way." He motioned with his hand. They all started for the building. Once inside, it was quickly noticeable that everything was asleep.
"Wow, not that this wasn't any fun... but." Konner scratched his head. Now they were in a large dark room, "We wait... does any one have a deck of cards?"

"They're here." Artisen cocked his gun and held it at the ready. Xellien nodded his head at his laptop.
"Don't worry Artisen, I know fully well that they're here. I'm just glad they don't know why." He smiled while closing his laptop, "Let's not enter yet. I'm curious to how they'll react to the silence. Oh, do you have the boy's money?"
"Yes, right here." He waved something in his hand with irritation.

Rain left Eden with the others' LFOs and headed into the building. And of course as always, she carried her guitar with her. As stated earlier, it is practically glued to her.
Once inside the building, she stood against the wall, near the door she had entered through. She looked around the room a bit warily, not very sure about it.

'Let no one else touch you, Senturi' Kayako told her LFO silently as she followed after the others. 'And I will do the same...' She kept her hand on her gun. She would not be dumb enough to fall for Xellien's tricks more than once.
When the group got inside, she immedietly drew a knife and held it with her free hand. Instead of relaxing, she walked over and stood near the center of the room, looking for a survellience system.
"Screw your damn cards!" she glared at their escort "I'm all for fun, but for now, i'd rather not DIE, okay?!"
She stared in all directions, looking bored.
"Okaaay Xellien, where's the camera?" She taunted outloud at the ceiling "You know what they say..Fool me once, shame on you, fool me two times, shame on ME." She licked the knife. Anyone should know by now what waiting does to someone like Kayako. She was imagining what she would do to him is he tried to play games with her like last time....
