Far as I know the producers have said they have to at least leave it open to Clois.
But I don't have a quote for that.

I am hoping for CHlark, and for those of you that want Clois, watch the Superman movies.

and Fetu I find that comment a bit harsh.

Well, I just love the banter and foreshadowing and the cute hints that make up Clois in Smallville. Let me admit, I don't think Lois and Clark will ever become a couple in Smallville. But the way they connect in Smallville tells you that they are going to make an excellent couple one day.
And I've never read Superman comics. Just watched the movies and the tv series Lois and Clark. Maybe that's what got me into this couple.
Chlark....well, I considered it in the early parts of Smallville but I only support Clois now. Chlark and Clana will always be a temoporary thing for me.

I am just ready to see Chloe and Clark get a chance. They never really got a chance to date because every time they got close, Lana messed it up. I think Lois looks too manly no offense to anyone who likes her.

I think they should have Clois in season 7. We've been waiting too long and having to deal with Clana. I really hope Lana isn't on the show anymore, because Clark needs to move on!

Clark really really needs to move on. Seriously, he hasn't had a serious relationship other than Lana on this entire show.

I know! It's always on and off on and off. If he really did have 'feelings' for her then he would of had a real relationship and maybe told Lana the truth about him... stare

He tried to tell her like three times. First when she was going away to Paris, punked out. Second time, she was drifting away and later kinda died. Third time, she was getting married! Come on, tell her because you want to, not because you are going to lose her.

Also you know in "Crimson" he told Lois without hesitation, but he didn't tell Lana even though telling Lana would be the one thing that would get her to do what he wanted at the time.

Foetus In Fetu Also you know in "Crimson" he told Lois without hesitation, but he didn't tell Lana even though telling Lana would be the one thing that would get her to do what he wanted at the time. Oh yeah, but he told Lois because she thought he was this little nobody, he had to prove himself.
