Ciara laughed a bit as she first heard his response. He intrigued her, that was for sure. He was unlike any other boy she had ever talked to before in a long time. The fact that he wasn't hitting on her and that she hadn't kissed him made her different than the rest.

"And why don't I have to lie?"

"Nobody knows my secrets." Ciara said to him in a matter-of-fact sort of way. The statement was true. No one did know the truth about her. Those that did only knew because of her father, not because of her. "Why should I tell you when you don't even know my name?"

"Telling someone something doesn't get rid of a burden. You still have it to deal with. The only difference is that someone feels sorry for you after you tell." Ciara replied with a shrug. Considering the fact that she didn't want sympathy and that she didn't think people cared in the first place, she wasn't about to share her past.

"And my name?" She began, looking towards him, letting her eyes meet with his. "You'll have to find that out on your own." She said with a smirk. "It won't be that hard. Go to a bookstore and look through a few magazines, or just watch the news. I'm pretty famous. And now that the public is seeing me here without that-thing-I-usually-wear I'll probably be in the media all the more." For once she wasn't lying. The media was filled with both lies and truths about her. She found it quite funny. Many people would write their stories about the "real" reason that Ciara had fled. Of course they were mostly no where near the truth, but entertaining.

"Not a celebrity." Ciara pointed out. "Royalty."

"Well then, I guess you don't need to know my name then." Ciara said looking at him with a satisfied smile on her lips. She never had really told anybody her name, and with her mask on people always knew that she was "Masked Death" whoever saw her without the mask she always killed, so people knowing who she had never been a problem. "You can call me Traci if you want." Ciara said to Van, having combined part of her first and last name. "Of course that isn't my name, but oh well."

"Aw, you like it? Guess that means you don't need to know my real name then. If you knew it and then didn't like it whatever would I do?" Ciara asked him, acting overdramatic as she did so. "You should feel special though, usually people don't even get a name to call me by."

Van chuckled and threw his hands behind his head, "If what you said is true. Most people probably don't want to know your name." He took his guitar into his lap and started to strum again. "You want to see something funny?"

Van held the pick in his fingers. He watched the people going by for a few seconds until he saw what seemed almost perfect. A rather robust man was walking through and was about to pass a group of chattering teenage girls.

Van nodded towards the guy, "Watch him." Van started to pick out the tune on the instrument with his eyes set firmly on the guy. It was almost too easy, the man had to be distracted. The man suddenly pulled back his arm and slapped one of the girls right on the a**. She almost instantly turned around and tazed him.

Van stopped playing and started laughing. "I didn't expect that."
