"No problem." Taki said, and formed another bluebell, Mizu snoring softly in the background.

Sayuri made a few more lily petals from her hand and blew them all away, watching the petals drift into the wind. She leaned againist a tree and looked at the sky, a little exhausted, Sayuri slowly went to sleep.

They're all asleep now... Taki thought. Tsuki-sensei had nodded off as well. She cleared her throat, then began to sing.
Ooh no
Come with me, stay the night You say the words but boy it don't feel right What do you expect me to say (You know it's just too little too late) You take my hand, and you say you've changed But boy you know your beggin don't fool me Because to you it's just a game
So let me on down Cause time has made me strong I'm starting to move on I'm gonna say this now Your chance has come and gone And you know
It's just too little too late A little too wrong And I can't wait Boy you know all the right things to say (You know it's just too little too late) You say you dream of my face But you don't like me You just like the chase To be real, it doesn't matter anyway (You know it's just too little too late)
I was young and in love I gave you everything but it wasn't enough And now you wanna communicate Go find someone else In lettin you go, I'm lovin myself You gotta problem But don't come askin me for help Cause ya know
It's just too little too late A little too wrong And I can't wait Boy you know all the right things to say (You know it's just too little too late) You say you dream of my face But you don't like me You just like the chase To be real, it doesn't matter anyway (You know it's just too little too late)
I can love with all of my heart baby I know I have so much to give (I have so much to give) With a player like you, I don't have a prayer That's the way to live, yeah oh
It's just too little, too late Yeah
It's just too little too late A little too wrong And I can't wait Boy you know all the right things to say (You know it's just too little too late) You say you dream of my face But you don't like me You just like the chase To be real, it doesn't matter anyway (You know it's just too little too late)
Taki's voice came in a soft, even stream. She loved to sing, but hated to in public. Her voice was perfect, sounding even better than when Jojo herself sang it, both having taken voice lessons since she could talk, and being a natural at that and all things musical. She sighed. If only I didn't have to be a ninja...I'd be a musician. That is after all, where i am naturally skilled. Mizu's a natural fighter, I a musician even moreso than a healer...

Sayuri was still asleep, dreaming about her past life with her family. Her mother would play her ocarina to calm anyone's spirit. Her father would train with her cousins in the field. In her dream, she looked 9 at the time. Anytime she would feel troubled, she would always remember what her father said once ago.
"You're a good girl, Sayuri, remember to always believe in yourself and then your courage will open up to you."
Sayuri stirred a bit before hitting her head on the tree she was leaning on and waking up. "Owww....That was unexpected..." she said
((Nice Jojo touch XD))

"No need, Taki. But thanks anyway." said Sayuri, smiling and rubbing her head. She leaned on the tree again. "Taki, do you ever dream about your past sometimes?" she asked

"My...past? ano...I suppose so..." Taki's voice trailed off, sorrow coming to her eyes, before quickly vanishing, being replaced by worry. "Why? Did you have a nightmare about your past?"

"More like a dream actually. It was back when my clan was together and everyone was happy. My mother would play her ocarina to calm everyone's spirit so they wouldn't feel stress about anything. My father would train my cousins almost all the time. I was about 9 at the time of my dream. I could hear that soothing sound of her lullaby to put me to sleep and of course Father's helpful advice."
Sayuri took a pause for a moment
"But then...I saw a mob with torches. Everyone telling me to run. Fear, stress, sorrow. So I kept running...
And that's went I bumped my head."

"What happened to the rest of your clan?" Taki asked curiously. "I mean...you don't have to answer if you don't want to...."

Sayuri bowed her head down.
"I don't know...probably became rouge ninja, captured or killed. It happened over 3 years ago. I was raised by villagers and lived in a hut for 2 years, until they found out about my bloodline. I was on my own again. I kept running for a year until I came here."

"Maybe they're all ok. Kai was after all," Taki said, thinking of the member of her graduating class, and Sayuri's cousin.
"Who knows? The mist village, our home, have stopped chasing the people with bloodlines. Maybe there are some in the village now, serving as ninja. Or, maybe they all have aliases, like Kai," Taki wondered aloud.

Sayuri gave a sleepy smile "Yeah, I suppose so." She then looked at the sky. "I wonder what time it is? I wish I could tell by just looking, and I don't have a watch or anything..."

"It's easy. At noon, the sun is in the middle of the sky. Since we're in the southwestern hemisphere, the sun rises in the west, and sets in the east. At the angle it is at now in comparison to where it was at noon today, it's about 4 now," Taki explained.

"Tsuki-sensei?" Taki called. Their teacher was gone.
"Mizu, Mizu wake up! Tsuki-sensei dissappeared!" Taki called, shaking Mizu's body.
Mizu groggily stood up, before what Taki said process through her mind. "Tsuki-sensei's gone? We gotta go look for her!" Mizu suddenly screamed.
"It's ok girls, I was summonded to Mizukage-sama. So, we now officially have two more people on our team," Tsuki-sensei explained, aware of the confused looks Mizu and Taki exchanged.
