Azriel shrugs "I just wanna find..." He stoped remembering what made Jade run away the first time "I think we should search around. I mean we don't know if the effects of this are perminant, so we might as well find a place for an HQ." He looked around. At the group...his new family for now...

They probably want to find their family. I wish I still had one. Wait a sec, I guess I have one now. "I think that's a great idea Azriel." She smiled. "Where should we start?"

Jade grinned at Voila as she took the fruit. "Thank-you!" she chirped.
She laughed as Azriel layed down since she had wobbled just a little on the way down. Once he was settled she began to munch away happily on the fruit not paying any real attention to the conversation of the others. After she was done eating Jade remained seated on Azriel and just began playing lightly with his ears amazed by how soft they were compared to her own. Then she'd switch to comparing her own tail to his. Switching back and forth between the two for a little bit amused.

Raerin tried to ignore the subject of where the conversation had almost gone. There was little to no hope his family was alive, much less that they weren't feral like most of the others in the hotel. To some extent, he wanted to find out who was responsible for this, or how it had happened in the first place...But he kept it silent for now. Their ideas seemed better at the moment.

"No probelm," Voila smiled at Jade. I hope her family is okay. "Do you know any place that is definitely abandened? Maybe that would be an ideal location."

Aurora pushed the feral instinct to the back of her mind and foucused on the here and now. She perked her ears to hear what the others had to say about what to do next. "What do you think?" she asked Raerin. If anything she was going to stick with him, being the first person she met after her transformation she felt more comforatble than wiht the new comers. Not only that, but her family lived way far away from the city, a good day drive and where they are currently was even farther. Her only family here was Snowflake, if Snowflake manged to survive all the ferals. She sat up and yawn displaying all her white sharp teeth, her belly full now she felt like a nap but shrugged it off.

"That may not be a bad idea, for now at least," said Raerin. "We could try and find a few more people who are still, well, people, as well. But what I'm wondering is what exactly the reason is that some of us changed only partially and some of us entirely. If we could figure that out, maybe we could figure out somewhere that people are changed less and might be a bit less likely feral..." He'd unconsciously started pacing between the whole group as he continued speaking.

Azriel though on Raerin's words for a moment. "Maybe it has something to do with the distance from the blast... I was right next to it." He looked around to everyone else "What about you?"

"Wait, the blast had a source?" said Raerin. "Of course, that does make sense. An epicenter...but where exactly was the source?" he asked Azriel. "Most of us didn't see it..."

"I must have been relativly close as well because I can still remeber running after my sisters dog and then suddenly feeling like somebody swung a piece of wood hitting my square on my back and a bright light," Aurora said watching Raerin pace. "After that I must have been knocked unconcious."

Azriel nodded "Yeah I was right next to it when it happened, a building just exploded, and knocked me out... I could show you were it was if you want me to." He had a good sence of direction so it shouldn't be to much trouble to find his way back.

Azriel shruged "I dunno I just moved here. It really seemed to stick out for some reason though.. not sure.. but afterwords it was rubble from what I could see." He then thinks for a couple more minutes "I don't remember seeing any ferals around it when I was their earlier."

"Maybe we can travel by jumping from building to building. Most ferals can't get us up there." Voila was excited that they might find something cool where the building had been. She felt the trill of adventure.

"It stuck out for some reason, but there wasn't anything to it?" said Raerin, his [pacing becoming slightly more agitated. "Maybe it stuck out because there wasn't anything to it. I heard about a building in this town before, that had no doors or windows to it at all. Might that have been it?" He stopped abruptly somewhat close to Azriel.
