(this computer makes my posts look so tiny... crying )

Kei then flipped backwards with a twist in the air. It was only natural to flee once you were no longer the one 'it', no? The two were so childlike together... despite being both teenagers. Could it be that they had missed out on their childhood pushing forward on the dream to be a shinobi? Well... if the two weren't ninja... they they would never be able to run at such a speed... that was for sure!

((Big enough for me =) ))

Navalie heard the quietness that was going around. A bit of laughter but no chatter. It has seemed as if the two were making up for lost time. Times of a happy childhood. Navalie never experienced a true and happy childhood like most shinobi did. She never bothered with anybody but herself and was often excluded because she chose to be. Things were different now though. She felt like she should have as a kid as she had never played tag before in her life before now. She just hoped to dodge or escape the tagging of her opponent.

Navalie, being tagged by Kei ran after Kei hoping to be fast enough to tag her. This was a wonderful day that she didn't want to end but it would eventually. Things lasted for ages in her mind and she couldn't help but think what life would be like without her friends by her side. Things would have been worse then before and she was glad that she had gone to Kiri and learned ancient techniques to help stabilize her mood so she wouldn't be so depressive. Things just turned out the way they should have in the first place at the end. She continued life and desired to make the best out of it.

(Ho much longer do you want to go for, since this is a never ending game, lol?)

Lei continued to twist and turn, lunge and jump, making her way through and past the tree branches and boulders that ever crossed her path. This was the longest she'd gone so far without getting caught by her old friend in the never ending cycle of a game. It kinda reminded her of the old argument of which came first; the fire or the phoenix... and then the answer was how a circle doesn't have a beginning. There game was a circle, going round and round, back and forth between the two girls.

((One more tag. What do you think?))

Navalie continued to chase after Kei with hope of tagging her once more. This game was funny but it, if left unstopped could go on endlessly like how she wanted childhood to be like. It was fun being like a kid for some reason and she always wanted to grow into a strong shinobi and ignored her childhood. The world had a different aura today and things didn't seem as if any other day had. If only everyday could be like this.

((Okay >.<))

Navalie soon dashed off in the opposite direction in utter hope to run away fast and quick. The game was shaking up to a game of nonstop fun which was always a great thing. She had a bit of knowledge of the game know that she was playing it. One person touches you who is the tagger and the one tagged has to tag another person. Simple, just fit for little kids.

(36>30, 27<30, 28<30, a headshot and two near misses.)
The first shot was easy, a simple reflexive throw on his left. The target never stood a chance; the soaring puppet appeared to show a look of terror as a flying kunai stabbed straight through its head. But the location of the second target remained a mystery to Katare. It had to be somewhere he couldn't see it... Underneath him! Katare slid to the edge of the platform and launched a "kunai of faith" into his blind spot. Whether it hit or not didn't really matter: The third target that his peripheral vision caught 50 feet below him on his right did. The final shot sliced the sky, and quite nearly sliced the puppet's neck as well. A somewhat upset Katare leaped to the platform 8 meters on the right to find an unmarred puppet floating 76 feet above his second kunai, which appeared stuck in the ground near the edge of the area.

As Katare tore his primary weapon from its accidental victim, he beheld what appeared to be two girls of his age level playing a game of tag, and based on their speed Katare figured that they were probably of his profession as well. Placing his kunai in his pouch, the boy took a very quick mental measurement of the distance between the platform and the game of tag; realizing that it was far less than 100 meters, he then screamed "WHEE!" and carelessly hurdled into the sky. Rather expectedly, he fell everything-first in an absurdly unlucky belly-flop. Quickly dusting himself off from his seemingly-suicidal fall, Katare mimicked the speed of the person who seemed to be 'it' and inquired, "Hey, can I play?"

(7d6 damage for the 70 foot fall, since I'd feel bad about the awesome entrance otherwise.

143-29=114Hp.)

(I guess we'll go for longer then, eh? Lol. Alright but this time, when we roll, we need to state who we are going after, alright?)

As soon as Kei was tagged, it took just a twist and a jump for her to reach out and tag Navalie in rturn. With a smile, Kei prepared to make another run for it... until a very liud crash emitted from behind. Turning to see what happened, she saw none other than Katare... He just so happened to be a friend of hers from the academy. "Hey Katare! Sure you can join in... it would probably be funner with another person... cuz then the one who's it has to chase one of two people... " With a smile towards Navalie, she gave him a small nod before coninuing. "Since you are now joining our game... You're it!"

(Vasically, all we are doing is adding our dex mods to our rolls. I roll and then you roll, if you beat mine then you tag me, if not then I get away.)

1d20: 15+3= 18

Another flash of a smile and Kei disappeared into the trees. She hoped dearly that she would not be caught, though... being caught could be fun sometimes. Twisting and turning through the branches again, she practically flew by. She wondered if she would ever be fast enough to become invisible... that would be quite interesting, would it not?

(...Oh, I wouldn't have it any other way.)

"Cool!" Katare absolutely loved being it. It just seemed more fun to chase his friends around than it was to strive to get away. The kid gave Kei a good fifteen seconds to get away, then began the thrill of the chase. Katare bolted towards his old friend, exponentially faster than he was when they had last seen each other. Katare would be disappointed if he still failed to catch his friend...

( eek your mod is 10! Iswear if you tag me, I'll never catch you again. gonk )

1d20: 10+3= 13

Kei turned her head to see if Katare was behind her...and he was... and catching up too. Stifling a giggle, she stepped up her paced and dodged around more tree branches and boulders. This would be much funner than just two people... Now the cycle had broken... Kei wondered if she was tagged if she would go after him... or Nav? Hopefully she'd gotten away by now... since Kei herself was apparently Katare's target.

(Sorry... I could always shunshin and add 4 to the number, which would beat your 13 by default.)
Katare started by gaining on her, but then his mind began to wander and his feet did the same. After about seventeen seconds, he realized what he was doing wrong and attempted to shake his stupidity off. Damn it, what am I doing? Why was he taking it so seriously? After all, it was just a game of tag... Whatever, he needed to think about the running now. Katare attempted a sprint towards Kei...

(4+10=14. A horrible roll, and it still worked!)

Katare gradually gained on Kei, and after a time he managed to near her. A smile appeared on his face as he came ever closer to his target... "Tag!" The boy turned tail and ditched his friend, concentrating only on being gone ASAP.

(9+10=19. Sorry for the short post...)

(Lol, no prob. And don't you dare add that extra 4! crying )

1d20: 15+3= 18(I was so close!)

With a twist and a turn she ran after him. Kei noticed the boy was extremely fast... she wondered if he had been working on his speed the whole two years they hadn't seen eachother. Kei stayed close on his tail though... every now and then it would seem like she was about to cathc him, but them with a small burst of energy, he would get another couple yards ahead of her again... Oh well.
