Not necessarily. He feels that women shouldn't fight because of his wife dying during an attack on their coloney. He only uses "Woman" in referance to a person when he doesn't know their name, like in ep. 4 when he fought Noin. He calls Sally by her name and even respects her as a fighter. He calls Catherine "miss", I think, but my manga is packed and I can't check. He also said her soup sucked. xp Anyways, the "weak onna" thing is a steriotype and not really something he does, just like the rants of Justice that you see in fanfics.
Plus, 'Fei's Chinese. Why would his catchphrase be part Japanese?
