Of course she wasn't bending water. She was bending air and the snow was just riding along the currents. She wasn't in no way a water bender..unless by some strange fate she was and didn't know.
She blinked hearing the voice on the wind. Her head turned a bit as she looked down and eventually spotted Taizen. Her face went red quickly. How long had he been down there?! "Good morning Taizen..um..how long have you been there?"
She scooted off the edge in dismount, falling groundward with staff tucked under her left arm.

"Not very 'long'... Maybe just a little bit under the 'enough' category..." He said, he looked up at the embarrased Niima, for what reason he knew not why. "It's nice to see you... Airbending....?" Taizen asked slowly, he hadn't been there for the complete regime for Niima's training, so he only saw the end. It would have been foolish to say waterbending, after all, air was an easy element to use, to create illllusions. Taizen was sure that if there had been more than one water, bender, scratch that, more than one kind of elemental bender, the show would have been a huge success, giiant, Mountain high. Taizen thought that such a display of bending might be plausible in the firenation, or earth kingdom, if they needed to pay for they're dwellings with they're bending.
Taizen seemed to be thinking about this, so he halphazardly slung the bag over ihs shoulder, for comfort.

She landed firmly on the ground a few feet away from Taizen, the snow about her landing point spilling outward from it's resting pace as air was focused between her and the ground to cushion the landing. Her hands quickly went about fixing her hair as she approached and stopped a good distance away from him.
As her hands lowered she corked a brow at him. He sounded so unassure to what she was doing. "Yes, Airbending. Since the snow is so fresh it is easy to pick up. And since air is, unlike water, not visable to the eye.." She shrugged a bit, clasping her hands at the small of her back. "Erm. So what are you up to so early? Planning on leaving without me?" She nudged her chin towards the bag.

Taizen smirked and turned his head so that he could sigh without being seen, "I thought so, air reminds me of the stage hands to a play, they help make things work onstage but are never eally seen, that said, it shouldn't be too hard to emulate waterbending." Taizen smirked as he thought of this, every element hade it's advantages and disadvantages, so he shouldn't have been surprised- or dissapointed- to hear that Niima was airbending.
"This? Well, maybe, Taikai was being kind of suspicious, but I doubt he'd actually want us to leave. Nah, were just taking our stuf down so that we can get the boat ready, plus we have to unfreeze it, let it dry out a bit, it would be horrible if you came and found the boat soaked." He smirked some more as he glanced at her glider, "Nice thing that... Hey, did you see anything flashing? It's sorta what brought my attention to you, who knows, it might be parashooting firenation." He joked, though he only smirked some more at his ingenious, not very becoming.

She rolled her eyes and looked off to the side as he started talking about her airbending being like a stage hand..gee thanks? She noticed a group of girls and found herself nearly copying Taizen's smirk. Aww his lil fanclub was following him around. How....cute.
Her eyes trailed back to him and she raised a brow. "Flashing? Might of been the snow reflecting the morning sunlight but as anything like a flare of light..no I haven't seen anything." She pulled the staff closer to herself, curling her arm about it so that it rested in the crook of her arm.
"If you need any help bringing stuff to the boat me and Guardian could help..if needed of course. I know how you menly men are..can't let a wee girl like myself show you up too much." Was that a tease? Yep!

Taizen cast a glance in the direction of th efanclub, it was sorta weird, firstly he wasn't used to getting attention that he didn't plan, secondly he was beginning to wonder whther they'd follow around the rest of his duration in the temple.
As Niima began talking about a 'wee girl' show him up, Taizen laughed, but not the normal, 'wow, thats funny!' laugh, more like a 'Wow! Prove it!' Laugh. He smirked at the airbender in front of him. "Well, if it isn't a girl volunteering to help? We should probably alert the press." he said in a semi-serious tone. "Now, if you really are volunteering, then I guess I can't really decline, besides, it was going to be annoying going up and down the mountain..."
He might have coughed to hide his laugh. "But I guess Guardian can help out... If you want you can watch..." Excellent sniper accuracy, Guardian could definately help, and if Niima insisted, she could come along... and watch the men carry the bags...

Bing! Challenge please! She began to move close to him but ended up passing him up. Well with a short pause at his side, she gave him a sidelong look and a charming msile to match the look. "I'll be at your room with my things in a few then. Shouldn't you be getting though? I am sure Taikai is getting frustrated doing things alone..and at his age.." She tisked Taizen as she started moving along.
She was a few feet away when a snowball caught the side of her face and she growled out, rubbing the spot as she looked to where it came from. The group of girls where giggling, and one of the darker haired girls had another fist of snow ready to launch. Niima gave that 'i dare you' look and the girl obliged, sending the snowball flying. Feet quickly shifted and the staff went up and about in a half arch, sending a burst of air across the snow..drawing the snow in full bulk. Over the whole group of girls. HA!
Feet drawn back together she snorted and went on her way, rubbing the spot where she had been hit. Stupid girl had put a rock in there and Niima knew it was on purpose..She didn't even look to see if Taizen had left or had watched, she just kind of stalked off like..well..a mad feline..

Taizen might have swallowed a bit of saliva before answering her with his normal smirk, "'A few of my things?' You really are trying to use me for my manly strength." He held his arms up and flexed, this really was morely a show of 'manlyness' than a show of muscle, as, he didn't have much, and since his sleeves covered his arms, if he had any, they wouldn't be visible. The power of the human imagination was great, because he had sworn that one of the girls in his fanclub almost fell over.
He waved goodbye and headed towards where he was supposed to meet Taikai, he turned back to see how Niima was taking his 'manly' display when he saw a girl from his fanclub throw a snowball at Niima, he was dumbfounded when he saw a bit of rock fall out of the snowball. They could have put out an eye! He might have been slightly releived when he saw that Niima was well enough to bend a wave of snow at his fanclub, who he was beginning to dislike.
As Niima stormed off, and the darkhaired girl smiled in triumph, commenting loudly to her other friends about how the 'Floozy' was angry. Taizen stomped over to his group, not having to work very hard to place an angry look on his face, which he could see shocked the girls, the dqarkhaired girl regained her posture almost immediately. Oh, Taizen! Are you here to see if were okay? Well, don't worry, that floozy didn't-" Taizen was so angry he didn't even bother asking her why she acted like she knew him, "You could have hurt her!" Taizen stated, the girl looked a little surprised, "But of course you saw her bending at me! She could have gave me a concussion or-"
Taizen dismissed her words with a wave of his hand that sent the snow near his feet flying out. "Look, I don't want you guys following me around for the rest of my stay here, I don't like people who would start fighting with they're own people!" Taizen turned and stormed off, the darkhaired girl looked scandalized, and the other girls were wide eyed, waiting for the dark haired girl to say something, not choosing to think on they're own. The girl must have recovered her speech, because he heard a 'Hmph!' followed by angry words. Taizen was too far away to hear how she was dishonoring his name, this was exactly the reason he wasn't social-capable.

It took her a whole five seconds to put her anger aside. After all the girls were just trying to show off. They just choose the wrong girl to do it against. She rubbed at the spot where the rock had hit, a small scrape but nothing to worry herself over. She saw some of the monks she knew and placed on a cheerful smile, waving to them as she passed. For every bad seed there was a good. And the girls were not really bad..they just..jealous was a bad at shifting good judgements. That was probably while she didn't dwell on the girls so much. They were jealous of her because she spent so much time at Taizen's side. So..in a way..Niima was victorous!
As she entered her room she nearly stumbled over at the sight of Guardian's head stuck in her rucksack. She laughed aloud as the feline's head jerked back and forth trying to get rid of the cloth. He was probably after the jerky snacks she had packed for the feline. Moving over she tapped the feline's clothed over head. "Serves you right. Come, we should get going." She carefully drew the rucksack off, the feline's fur poofing out. She smiled as Guardian whined out. She shook a finger as she started to stuff things back into the sack. "No Guardian. Now come here."
Guardian followed the 'order' and she placed both the ruck sack, a bundle that was her sleeping bag, and a sack filled with food good for traveling. She stood back and watched Guardian circle about a bit before stopping to look at her. She smiled and motioned to the door. "Lets go find Taizen and Taikai so we can help them move some stuff okay?"
With that said she exited the newly empty room and headed down the hall to Taikai and Taizen's room.

Niima would find Taikai chewing Taizen out, and Taizen seemed to be ignoring an abundance of what he was saying, "When I say; 'get some provisions for the travel.' I don't mean, 'soak your troubles away in the bath for hours!" Taizen sighed, and the man continued, "Really Taizen, I'm dissapointed that I have to tel you this, you are the most responsible waterbender, scratch that, the most responsible young man i've met, and you just suddenly decide to stop? Taizen, as a waterbender-a great water- you need to spend more time keeping on schedule, why, when we get to the southpole, I doubt I'll be teaching the benders there by myself! Your my star pupil! Your supposed to be an example!" "Niima! Nice to see you here on time, I didn't actually think that you'd come, what with, being so frail."
Taikai sighed and rubbed his temple, "Perfect, when I finally get a pupil that is 100% focused on bending, he gets side-tracked by puberty..."

To save Taizen's hide or not? Sure why not. She saw Taikai out the corner of her eye, rubbing his temples in frustration. She focused on Taizen and wrinkled her nose at him. "Yes..well..It took a bit longer packing those provisions on Guardian then I thought. He kept trying to eat them. But they are packed and ready. Miss Kathri said that she would have a second pack ready which Guardian can pick up for us while we are down by the boat."
Now she never said that Taizen asked her to pack the provisions, she made it seem more like he had planned Guardian to carry it..after all it would leave more for them to carry since food was usually more heavy. So she never lied, just was very planned with her words. She would send Guardian back up with a message to the kitchen for another pack of food. They had asked if she wanted more and she had originally declined to their dislike so this should make everyone happy.
She teasingly shook a finger at Taikai. "I think she has the sweets for you because she's packed quite a few sweet breads for you." She turned back to Taizen and smiled roguishly. "Since I am so frail I guess that means you can carry my share? After all..I'm wounded! Speaking of which.." She looked towards the door expecting to see the girls peering in. She was slightly confused..she had actually expected to have to fend her way in! But they were no where in sight..hmmm...

Taizen smirked, it was convenient to have Niima along, she practically saved him a whole hour, maybe two of lecturing. He'd have to thank her later, but by 'later' he meant: In a few weeks, when she forgets that she had saved him, and would probably not want ot tease him about it. "Thanks Guardian, I knew that having a big male creature along would help us out! " He stooped low to Guardian so that he cup the tiger's face and play with his ears. "And I thought I'd have to carry the load! Thanks again Guardian." Taizen had a self satisfied smirk on his face, and Taikai wasn't sure why exactly hell had frozen over, but maybe he could get used to 'slightly less moody Taizen'
Taizen stood up and turned to Niima the smirk as smug on his face as ever."Niima, I guess I should thank you too, without you, Guardian wouldn't have come to help! If you could, remind me to give Guardian some extra fish, I'll cook it especially... And I guess if you want you can have some left overs..." He checked to see if his teasing had worked, to find Niima preoccupied with looking around. "What, is Guardian's 'other half' due to fly in with a pair of cubs?" Taizen asked, though he had concluded that she was looking for the fan club, he was satisfid that he had sorta repayed Niima's kindness... although if you looked back on the timeline, it would be Niima epaying Taizen, but he wouldn't bring that up... Yet...

She tilted her head to watch Taizen give Guardian the praise and sure enough the feline was enjoying it. His tongue even lollied out between his massive maw as he purred out. She rolled her eyes at both the comments and Guardian's shameless act for attention. Not like she was expecting Taizen to thank her. Heck she wasn't even sure he even realized she saved his rear. Men. pff. "No thanks. Besides if you cook it, I'd lible to give me a tummy ache." She waved her hand in a dismissively manner as she moved to her racksack. "And no..looking for your over obsessive fanclub." She grumbled out dully as she began to dig around in the sack while Guardian was preoccupied with Taizen. Her rucksack seemed to be much lighter then normal. Alot less was within. She pulled out a twine wrapped item and moved over to Taikai.
"By the by, Master Taikai. I had one of the women put this together for you. I am not good with fur so I had to ask someone else to do it. It should be able to smoothly fit between you and your parka for some extra warmth when you need it. Taizen obviously doesn't need anything like this. The hot air in his head keeps him warm enough I believe..Or maybe it's just his large ego..hmm.."
The corner of her lips twitched, almost as if she where struggling not to grin. The item she offered wrapped up was simply as she stated. A inner jacket made of fur to line between Taikai and his parka. She didn't wait for Taikai to accept. Tenderly placing the item in his hands she moved off, tugging one of Guardian's ears as she moved. And with that the large feline followed at her side. "Shall we go? Or do you wish me and Guardian to go ahead?"

"Oh, are you trying to join them? I am pretty great." He said with a smirk on his face, the smirk didn't even leave as Niimacommented on his ego. Which was not bruised nor harmed in the least. Acknowledgement of his ego showed that it was there, and that the world would eventually have to deal with it. Although, he did cough to hide a smile. Taikai was quite humorous the way his expressions moved from one another. Kind smile, to surprise, to embarrasment. "Ah, Niima, I couldn't, I don't need it, and..." All the same, he hadn't removed the fur from his hands. "Thank you Niima." He said finally as she began to head off. Taizen jogged to catch up with Niima, "Well, We all have to stay together, we have a map for the trip down, but we figured an airnomad such as yourself might know the way down better."

She flashed Taikai a sweet smile to let him know she had heard his words of gratitude. She worried about his health. After all...he had to teach Taizen and she was sure that alone was enough to give someone a hernia.
Her attention turned to Taizen and she craned her head in that usual 'curious' fashion of hers. "Mm...well it depends on where your boat is. Heck, if Guardian is shown the way he could fly us. Well. One at a time, considering the sacks and stuff."
Nomad..Yes, that was her once again. When she thought she was going to stick to one place...then came along Taizen. She smiled a bit. It wasn't like she minded. She broke her trail of thought quickly before she dove too deep into those thoughts.
"You said you had a map..may I see?"
