Shocking...I have a very specific problem. Is there a tutorial on exaggerated anatomy? I got an idea for a comedy, but when I exaggerate breasts for boob gags, the breasts don't fit on the torso. I've read and seen it done, like in Bleach or Eiken, but I have trouble doing it myself.
...isn't it?
To be perfectly honest, the best way to learn how to draw exaggerated anatomy is by learning the real thing first. Manga, after all, is an exaggeration of real anatomy, as is American cartoons and superhero comic books. To master the "manga style," you need to learn anatomy first.
I have a tip for you for exaggerated breasts, and I am quite serious on it. Learn to draw fat people. It's no joke. Find some references online of obese/plump women and draw a few of them. You'll learn very easily how fat can hang out and still look normal. The overweight person in action also helps you with the way the fat moves with the body.
...I am very sorry for the horrible imagery.

Ummm...are there any tutorials on how to draw the characters from Bleach. I reallly want to learn how to draw Renji, Rukia, Ichigo, and Hitsugaya.
4laugh Eyeball it. Take a reference photo of the character of your choice and copy it (without tracing). If there is something you notice about the character, write a note on it. Back when I was still drawing characters from series, I drew ON the reference photo, I marked it with anything I noticed. Many manga characters have faces that look like ovals... but with some parts that are angled. Figure out how that oval fits, draw lines to figure out how the chin and cheeks are angled, and figure out how the eyes, nose, and lips/mouth fit in. It really works.
