Powers ↡ Enhanced Dexterity - Pascha has preternatural dexterity, allowing him to control his muscles with great precision and speed. This allows him to speedily perform a variety of tasks from assembling and disassembling objects to dodging projectiles at a speed that defies the naked eye. He almost always lands on his feet and bounces back quickly the few times his feet are uprooted. However Pascha is a middling combatant and mostly uses his abilities for building things and basic survival.
Enhanced Mental Processing - Pascha’s mind works at an accelerated rate allowing him to process and use information as quickly as he can read or hear it. He can determine how most things are built at a glance and safely take them apart or rebuild them. This ability does not affect his intelligence per se, but rather affects how he uses the information he receives.

Pascha can best be described as cheerful but absentminded. He mostly keeps to himself, not because he dislikes spending time with others but because he is often preoccupied with his projects. When he is engaged in conversation, he can come across as a bit scatterbrained. He can be hopelessly distracted by anything he can put together or take apart with his hands.
Political Opinion ↠ Pascha does not have a political opinion or any real awareness of other kingdoms or their subjects. For years the war only represented an opportunity to test his early designs for things like weapons, armor, vehicles, and machinery. It was only when his brother was attacked that Pascha began to see the war as the awful tragedy it truly was. But even then he continued to build weapons of war for his kingdom. He did not and could not focus on how these weapons would be used. He could not allow such thoughts to interfere with his need to create.
Biography ↡
Pascha was the second born of the Allegri children, three years after his older brother Aksell. While the brothers loved each other, it quickly became apparent that they had very little in common. Where Aksell was very caring in his youth, Pascha was always a little distant with others. It was never intentional, but was nonetheless true; he was far too engrossed in his projects to make deep connections with others. He had more in common with his younger sister Sonia, but even with her he was sometimes just too absorbed in his work to make time for her. He didn’t mind much that she sometimes watched, though he always cautioned her against letting out all of her rambunctious energy in the workshop.
Initially Pascha was meant to be trained to be Aksell’s right hand man, supporting him when he took the throne, but he proved unfit for such a duty. However his sharp mind and quick hands earned him a place among his kingdom’s premier scientists and inventors at a young age. He was practically raised in a workshop and, while he knew that life was unusual and a bit insular, he wouldn’t have traded those years for anything. He took to this work eagerly, wanting both to stretch his creative muscles and to win the approval of his family. He did love them in his own way though he had difficulty showing it.
When Askell was attacked and killed while travelling with his fiance, Pascha was knuckle deep in a new tank design. His oldest brother was gone forever, seemingly in an instant, leaving Pascha with a deep feeling of guilt he did not know how to express or dispel. He should have been able to create something that would have protected them, something that would have at least brought Aksell back alive. Since then he has been even more immersed in his work as though he can somehow make up for his past failings. He never speaks of these feelings or of Aksell.
Despite this tragedy, Pascha did not feel any need for vengeance or hatred for other kingdoms. Instead he internalized his feelings of guilt and channeled them into his work. Soon he disappeared into himself once more. It was easy enough to do as his mind simply would not release an idea until his hands had brought it to life. And with his only peers being bent on the pursuit of martial superiority, Pascha was focused on the same. Being sent to a university threatened to throw a wrench in his usual activities, but Pascha was nonetheless curious. His conventional education had long taken a backseat to nurture his talent for invention and he tentatively welcomed the chance to experience schooling the way other people his age would.

Pascha can determine how to use any machinery at a glance. However he avoids using weapons as many of them require more skill than just knowing how to use them and he has always been a mediocre combatant.
Pascha’s eyes occasionally change color with his moods. Most commonly they are seafoam green or sky blue.

Pascha’s first unsuccessful brush with love sent him into a spiral. He has been slowly pulling himself out and focusing on improving himself physically. He has adopted a strength building routine and is learning from fellow students how to fight unarmed or with knives in response to the dangerous conditions at Utopia.

Inflation - Can inflate his body to be over five times his size. When inflated, it helps absorb physical attacks. Normally happens as a way of defending himself.
Steamroller - When inflated, he can roll himself and get faster and faster. He struggles to stop unless he starts deflating.

Stefano tries to not take things too seriously. He likes to make jokes about his trauma and tries to laugh away the pain. He is a kind soul and likes to look for the best in others.
Political Opinion ↠ Loves the music and vibes that come from Musique. The people he has met from Corthyr seem like creeps but he is open to being proven wrong.
Biography ↡
Stefano grew up poor with his father and refugee mother in Caduceus. His parents never stopped smiling despite struggling to put food on the table. His parents always taught him the importance of kindness and treating others with respect. Due to his lower status, Stefano was often the target for bullying. One time when he was being picked on for his clothes he started to inflate. His classmates started laughing at him over and over. After this, they would follow him home every day and throw rocks and sticks at him until he started inflating. Then they would roll him down the community hill, continuing to laugh at him.
Eventually, he grew, and was able to defend himself with his power but there was still one flaw. Once someone strong enough pushed him, he struggled to stop rolling. He would get faster, and faster, taking down anything in his path. He was seen as a terror in his city, despite not being the cause of his inflation. With his parents being threatened with forced eviction or death, Stefano ran away to join the war, only leaving his parents a note explaining his absence.
Being a part of the war had it's advantages. There were free meals and plenty of ways for him to bulk up. He had even gained the nickname "Fatman Gonzales" due to his ability to inflate and knock over several men with a single roll. After several battles, Stefano gained nobility for his actions and was able to provide his parents with a stable home and living. When offered the opportunity to represent his kingdom at a new University meant for peace, Stefano was initally wary of leaving his family behind. After being promised an increased bonus, he hopped on the nearest steed and made his way to Utopia.

Unrestricted Movement - With her incredible dexterity, Mackenzie can fluidly move around in any environment or conditions, allowing feats such as kicking off any/all surfaces including intangible and ever-changing surfaces. They can move with complete ease on land, air, water or anything else. She can treat any substance, terrain or angle as if it was a solid, flat and smooth surface.
Flash Step - Performing sudden bursts of speed, Mackenzie moves so fast it appears as if she has teleported. She is able to maneuver at the high speeds accurately and does not cause any shock or disturbance to the surface stepped on.
Personality ↡ Young Mackenzie has spent a fair portion of her life sheltered from interaction with much of the outside world. This isolation has led her to develop the desire to learn all that she can about the world around her. Curious and eager, she can also overstep her position by attempting to interject herself into situations, not to interrupt, but to be included and experience or learn new things. Being a middle child among eight it has also left her with a desire to be noticed, but it also left her with a lower sense of self. This often leaves her feeling that she is not good enough or is making a nuisance of herself, causing her to apologize often.
Political Opinion ↠ Having had little interaction, all her opinions on the other kingdoms comes from what has been told to her. She was taught the history, strengths, and exports of the other kingdom by her governess, who showed the value you of each. Her brothers and father have told her stories of the war, and their grudge for the loss of two of her older brothers and cousins from it. Although they were loved dearly by her, the prejudice that they projected did not settle onto her shoulders as it did theirs.

Born to Marius and Adriana Talsvlander, Mackenzie is one of the eight children. She is the second youngest of the family's three daughters and the middle child of the eight siblings in total. Her early childhood was spent in good company amongst her siblings. Much of her time was spent in the classroom, and the rest at the lake in our in the fields and forests on the estate. Protected from the horrors of the war until her older brothers, Thomas and Georgie, went off to join what they believed to be a grand adventure. At this time she was only ten, her brothers her senior by nearly that over again. At the fireplace, their father would read the letters from his brave son's, heroes both of them in his mind, until the day came that Georgie's letter was delivered by courier on horseback in haste.
Georgie had always been a loyal and trustworthy to his siblings, so to hear that he died when he and his men fought to the last men standing came as a terrible, but believable surprise. Before this, Mackenzie had suffered little trauma except to be picked on by the boys of the family. The loss of her brother struck her deep. She was not alone in her loss, and the family held together well until the letter for Thomas came only a month later. Her father became reclusive. Once, he could be seen playing with the children outdoors and even swimming with them in the lake. After the letter from Thomas, he spent much of his time in his study in quiet contemplation. Letters began to be delivered quite frequently, and it soon became apparent that he was in correspondence with others.
It was at this time, that her and many of her siblings powers were becoming more comfortable to them, and they began to practice its use in play with each other. Making the best use of the families land. In all this time, her father and mother had more or less allowed them free reign as long as the stuck to their studies and lessons, but at the behest of her father, less and less time was spent away from the estate. The governess, Miss Bellouis continued their instruction, but much more attention was directed towards not just of their own kingdom, but of the others and their own culture and history.
The family knows little of what was in the letters, but at the conclusion of the war, and a declaration of peace, his jolly self seemed to return. It was not long after that her father brought her to the side, and told her that she would be attending the Utopia Academy. With her oldest sister and brother now married, it left her as the oldest unmarried sibling, she had take a fair portion of the raising and guiding of her younger brother and sisters, to give peace to her mother and father, so she did not know what to make of the sudden change. However, the academy seemed to mean something quite real to her father, and in a effort to please him has thrown herself to the idea of meeting knew and exciting people from the other kingdoms and make friends.
