Caerwyn took a deep breath.
He was tired of this place. He was tired of running, and tired of danger, and tired of all of it--but there, ahead of him, was another tear, and he had a good feeling about this one.
He charged forward, and managed to find a stable path, dodging around the abandoned antiques left here. Although he did bump one or two, getting little jolts for his trouble, he still managed to make good, steady progress. He was almost free, and once he was out, he could go home.

For a moment, when she first found herself in a new, dark place, after barely escaping that awful forest, Mirielle wanted to despair. It was never ending, a desperate struggle forward to try and escape somewhere that might just...be inescapable.
But no. She couldn't give up,. She wouldn't.
She took a deep breath.
This would not be the end.
She broke into a run, expertly dodging items that were in her path. Shew would get out. She had to get out.

When she stumbled through the rift to find herself in darkness, Abbie felt a burst of rage in her chest. <********. This.
She was tired of being pursued, tired of being trapped, and tired of being miserable. She wasn't going to let the growing, clinging despair of this dark hole drag her down. She was getting out, she was finding her friends, and they were going to go home together and maybe get a pizza or something, she didn't know, whatever it took.
She charged through, pushing for the rip in space, and dodging obstacles on her way.

s**t. She wanted to go back to the creepy forest. There was nothing here. The dread ate at her, making her breaths come out in shallow, rapid puffs. She tripped over the discarded objects, stumbling away from them and the creepy, empty, numbing sensations they caused. This place was horrible and she had to continuously pinch herself, trying to urge herself forward. Find Jai, find Jai, find Jai-- She murmured the words like a mantra, the only thing she could hold onto in this emptiness.

He wasn't entirely sure what had cast aside all of these worn, old, broken objects, but part of him almost wished to pick some up, bring them out of this mess. Repair them. It was a sentimental clench on his heart he hadn't anticipated experiencing. The shock of it kept him moving, squinting through the darkness towards the distant, dim rip in the world. He couldn't do anything for these things, but he did quietly urge others around him forward, trying to push them out of this darkness and dread. The static was still moving towards them, still consuming. It was either be consumed by that, the darkness, or keep moving.

With bare feet, she padded quietly. Still moving towards the tear up ahead through the darkness. She looked about for Lulu, Abby, and Hania. Now and then, she'd somewhat pause, helping someone near her who tripped on the scattered, forgotten objects. Keep moving. It's what they all had to do. Keep moving. She'd no interest in being consumed by the static or the dread that sent shivers up her spine. None of it was good, none of it was okay. This was worse than Horror... ugh. But they could keep moving, if nothing else.

Coming into Dread, Hopelessness, Abandonment... whatever this was after Horror was... chilling. She looked over the forgotten, broken objects tossed about as goosebumps rose on her skin. It was a graveyard of sorts, she felt. She shook her head. One step in front of the other. Go slow. This too shall pass.
