History: A single mermaid who grew up Atlantic but longed for children, then one day, she was granted some children & gave them nice names, 4 of them she named Grey, Quorra & Angela. When Eira turned 15, Quorra & Grey turned 16 & Angela turned 18 years old, they was permitted to see the open waters and as a chaperone, Celes accompanied her.
