Aedus finally found a trail to follow and caught up to a familiar it was a little black kidden with golden horns, the same he had been chasing half the day. The little kidden must have thought they were the ruler of the ruins the way they ran around like they owned the place. Aedus petted their head once he finally caught up and sat down to rest it had been a battle trying to keep up with this fast little ruler kidden. Aedus smiled and took a drink from his canteen. "Caught up with you finally you tricky kidden."

scooping up his new familiar who was strangely quite happy to catch a ride he started walking out of the corridor back to the fork he had been at earlier. Considering he had gone down the left one might as well see if the right had any luck. While there wasn't any dead ends, darkened parts, spiders or holes yet there was an interest sketch of beetles. Horus was weirdly drawn to them and his new friend enjoyed the pets while he stared at the mural. ,aybe he could draw it later.
" yeah I don't mind teaching you if you wanted. Uh well that is, I may not be the best teacher and... um... well... I can try?" Leto mumbled looking down at the ground. Oh that was a disaster. He was just going to totally stare over there at that mural. Winged nagas. Yep stare at the interested winged naga. Do not pay attention to any snickering or teasing comments. Actually that mural was really fascinating. He wondered why they had wings. Where they their interpretation of the nine.
It was always fun to see ancient cultures. Maybe later he could do some more research on the ruins, or talk a bit with the dr.
Aurora noticed the trinket but decided she didn't need any more trinkets. So she moved on to go look for other things to look at. She took her notebook out and started to take notes on everything she saw. She looked forward to writing everything down. Then Aurora started taking pictures so she could put them in her book about the ruins. Aurora wanted to write something that would make those who weren't able to come, feeling like they were there. She smiled at the thought it was amazing what books were able to do. Able to make a being feel so many things.
Coco thought she had seen something then she realized it was just another bug. She shrugged and went to go look for another familiar, Coco wanted to find a couple of familiars to take home to Kingston and Eliwen. Since neither of them had been able to come along on the trip. She went to go look for Vanna maybe they could help her find more familiars to take home to their friends. It would be nice. It was also nice to know Coco had other people who understood what she had gone through and faced the same challenges she faced dealing with being infected.
Aedus had gone down a dark corridor, which might not have been the brightest thing to do, but he kept going and ended up falling into a foot deep hole. Aedus hurt himself a little but it was nothing in his book compared to being torn to shreds by infected. So Aedus got himself out of the hole and dusted himself off and went to see if there was someone who could heal his minor wounds he was sore and pretty dirty at this point. This wasn't the worst off he had ever been, at least this time he was somewhere safe.
Odessa was surprised when she found yet another smooth rock after following a different familiar. She lifted this one to the light and watched the light play off of it, it turned out to be very opaque and didn't let much light in. If she remembered correctly, it was called lapis lazuli. It was definitely pretty, so she couldn't help but want to take it home as another souvenir. She hoped that in the end, she'd have enough to give some to the band and Kara, though her luck hadn't nearly been that good yet, though she supposed there was time.

Kiessi continued to use their flashlight for the next few corridors. They were happy when they finally found a better lit room, but didn't put out their flashlight, just in case they went into another dark chamber. It was better to be safe than sorry. They hoped that no one else was lost in the darkness, especially any children that might be afraid of the dark. They had to shake their head from that thought, hopefully, most of the children were with chaperones that could help them if need be, it wasn't like they were one themself.
They had almost left the area when they noticed a sack of coins. They reached down to pick them up, admiring the little skull bone.

Cass was having bad luck. They turned around and this time somehow ended up in a roped off area. He started calculating, trying to figure out where his navigation went wrong but was having little luck. He went to turn around yet again, when he noticed that one of the vespercats had drifted beyond the rope. "Hey!" He said impatiently. "We're not supposed to go that way!" The cat looked at him as if unamused. He sighed, shaking his head. "Fine." He carefully ducked under the rope to grab the familiar before walking back. The cat objected at first, so he carried it all the way to a new area before putting it down.

Trying go after Su, Anu's ears flicked and she came to a sudden halt, slowly turning to stare at the wall. What in blazes is up with these bloody walls?! Backing up in alarm, she almost tumbled over Saiya who darted out of the way in time and narrowed their eyes at the offending wall. Seems the familiar had heard the noise as well, whatever it was...
"Su, wait up!" Whatever the hell was making that noise, Anu wasn't going to stick around to find out. Breaking out into a trot, Saiya had to quicken their pace as well to keep up with their Grimm.
"Hm?" Suhail thought he heard Anukhet's voice from up the corridor. Had something happened? He went towards her voice, but as he did, he thought he spotted something on the floor. A bag of coins...? What would a coins be doing in such a normal-looking bag? Maybe they were candy? Well, he once read a story where someone kept biting coins to make sure they weren't wooden. He might have to do that. Chocolate coins were fine too, though.
Aurora ended up finding yet another bug she turned around and went to the doctor and said "Excuse me, I was wondering do you know anything about the various bugs here in the ruins? I've come across quite a few and was wondering if you could tell me more about them. I'm a writer and I own a bookshop not far from the school." Aurora said warmly. "I was thinking, with all the bugs maybe I could write a book about the bugs of the ruins as well as the ruins themselves." Aurora looked around the ruins so much that she could write about.
Coco grinned when she felt a familiar sniffing her again, "Why hello then, want to come home with me I have a friend who would just love you to pieces." Coco said cheerfully picking up the beautiful familiar. Cuddling the familiar to her chest and hurrying off to find Vanna to show them the familiar she was bring back for Eilwen. "Vanna?? Vanna?" Coco called out looking for Vanna around the ruins. Coco looked back and forth trying to get her bearings so she could get to a place where she might be able to find Vanna. Coco bites her lip thinking.
Aedus walked past the carving on the wall, he wanted to get healed more than he wanted to look around at the moment. He went to the doctor and said "Excuse me is there a first aid area? I feel in a foot deep hole, and it hurt a little." Aedus said downplaying how hurt he was since compared to everything else this was no big deal. Nothing could compare to the day he lost his eye and nearly lost Niamh to the infected. He waited for an answer since he wouldn't be wandering far while he was hurting unless he saw a really kool familiar than all bets were off.
8: You look into a hole in the ruin wall, and pull out a small object! You may pick 1 trinket.
L was using the wall to guide his way back toward the others. His hands felt nice on the cool wall. That was when his hand was met with a gap, and he knew it was a hole. He closed his eyes and listened and since he didn't hear any creepy crawlies, or scuttering legs he let his hand reach into the hole. What he felt was cool and smooth, he held it in his palm his thumb rubbing over it. It would be cool to keep this with him.
