Eira - Post 4

"If you're certain." Eira said, finding it to be a shame that she didn't want to stop by. No matter, not as though she was going to coerce someone to stay when she had plenty of visitors as it were. It was just too bad that she'd yet to play hostess to a Yaeli or two. Someday, perhaps. As the other woman mentioned how her employer wanted her to find 'establishments housing entertainers' Eira said, "Ohhh! Well... huh. If you'd only nearly bumped into me a little while ago."

She looked from side to side for a moment, then sighed, giving a little shake of her head, "The main musician of my inn, as well as my son who is training to be dancer, and a few others that I'm traveling with. They were just here but have gone ahead to enjoy the sights... so there is just me now at the moment." She gave a little chuckle, feeling that even if she were the only one here that she was more then enough since it was her inn and troupe that she'd be introducing the Yaelian woman to as it were. Giving the woman her best smile she said, "My name is Eira, you may or may not have heard of my inn and I. Mostly depends on how long you've been around these parts."

Driidi
post three

"I do, actually," Drii said with a snort. "I should be getting some gifts for a couple of people who aren't nearly as adventurous as we so obviously are..." He paused, raising his brows and smiling conspiratorially. "But there's so much here. What sorts of things would you want if you sat around all day?" Jamaa was a lovely woman who had given him the opportunity to change his life for the better, but they had decidedly different tastes.

Chryssa - 4

"My - my inability to watch where I'm going?" Chryssa's gaze was fiery with emotion, "Now we're playing the blame game? Not even enough of a man to take some fault?" She huffed and crossed her arms bitterly, "Out of all the earthlings to have to run into I bump into a complete prig."

Hearing his grumble the hybrid smirked, "What? Did Zena even decide to dump you as well? I wouldn't blame them honestly considering." At his next comment a small smile crossed her features, hiding the boiling anger which the girl slightly tried to suppress -who knew if her family was nearby after all? Causing a fight would only highlight her to them. Especially if she were to start throwing punches soon! But still! How dare he try to turn it as if she were completely to blame! He had been apologizing before he had noticed her! What if she had been a full blood? Would this even be happening? Truly a bit of this conversation was as if she were staring at her past rather than the boy before her. "So you believe if I hadn't attacked you then things would be fine, hmm? I see." She did a fake curtsy, "Oh then forgive me sir. Forgive me for not noticing that your pompous a** was blocking the road and that in my haste I stumbled into the full load of it."

Hold onto the anger, don't falter now just because some dumb man thinks to belittle you. Closing her eyes against the burning sensation, Chryssa straightened her back and brushed her hands as if to get rid of dirt, "I suppose I shouldn't expect an apology out of you so I should simply just get on my way, correct? Gotta save the pure air for your kind after all." He was fortunate - truly if there wasn't so many people around the girl would have been half tempted to sit on him until he apologized for being such a jerk.

Kyril - 2

"All the sweets!" Lacing her fingers with Koril's the little one bounced around on her heels. Could she see anything? Shaking her scarf back out of her face the youngling glanced around, "Koril, do you smell that?" She sniffed the air as something sweet caught her attention, "Do you think they're sweet buns, mamma? Ooooh! Can we can we?!"

Shadiya - 2

"And they're off." Laughing, Shadiya nodded towards her son as he went hand in hand with their daughter, "Don't worry, love." The dancer flashed her husband a small smile, "If all else fails at least I know Kyril has a scream that can pierce any eardrum." It was a small joke, but one that still made a knot in her stomach. Her daughter may be bold and may have the sense to stay close, but it didn't stop anyone from forcing her to go...

Shaking her head, Shadiya took a breath before smiling at her daughter. "Sweet buns? Sure thing~" She reached into the bag at her side before heading towards a stall, "Here." Handing them down towards her children, Shadiya reached over towards Dexurn with a smirk. "Do you want one as well, child of mine?" She teased lightly with a playful expression before tossing a sweet bun towards him.

Although it was said in jest it was ...quite tempting. They were pretty much half way back home and there were parts of her that missed the cold and snow. Or rather settling around the fireplace and sleeping through winter. But as she had stated before Sin'qua hated traveling. Even coming this far was annoying, sometimes she wished there was a faster method of doing it rather than by mount. But such a thing didn't exist.

Rather than answer his question about the writing...since most of her references were between him and her and...a lot of stuff she made up she was glad that she was able to escape to pick up something for him to eat. She kept an eye on him, as she still wasn't convinced he wouldn't just vanish off the face of the planet if she looked away for even a split second, but after she gathered something...looking reasonably appetizing she headed back. Makani was still in the same place as before but she leaned over and randomly decided to nibble on his ear.

"I dunno..you like more appetizing than the food I brought..." She whispered to him before she went to sit beside him. "As for my writing...I have been rather busy with it...perhaps you have become my inspiration." Sinny told the half true...he was her inspiration but he may of been embarrassed if he knew the ...content of her stories.

Gerraden wasn't perturbed by the amount of people surrounding them, sure it was much busier than any village in Jahaur but he was a friendly sort and being around this many people didn't bother him too much. But he did tighten his hold on Rishima's hand, he didn't want to get separated from his mate in this crowd.

Watching the three he pondered a few things slowly, for one yes...Rishima was right they had grown up incredibly fast. It didn't feel like it had been that...long since they were small and clambering all over Rishima.

"Well I don't want to ruin their fun if they are by themselves...guess we can keep an eye on them though..." Gerr mentioned slowly as he glanced at Rishima from the side, "Have..you ever thought of having kids?" He drawled wondering his mates reaction to the rather spontaneous question.

Ergon 4

Brow rising, his gaze hardened at the woman. "You assume far too much, girl." Zena dump him? He was loyal through and through! He was only here for one thing. ..Too bad he couldn't be certain where that one thing was. "Clearly you see nothing, with your head up your a** like it is!" he snarled. Hands clenching, Ergon had to fight to keep his composure. "I have yet to hear you sincerely accept any part of the incident as your own mistake!" Gods, he should just walk away. "All you can manage is sarcasm and sass to try covering your foolishness. Leave it to a hybrid to be unable to keep her tongue under control."

Oblivious to Gyuri's concern he nodded his head, "Yeah she was apart of a traveling group. They dropped in our village for a bit before they parted ways." Borra mentioned casually, perhaps a bit too casually. "She played the violin and was very good at it. I was kinda jealous. " Borra admitted with a slow laugh.

At his second question he went quiet his hand coming up to touch the hilt of the lute carefully before removing his gesture. "I.t..s. complicated. I love the lute..but..." the minstrel trailed off happy then to see Gyuri taking charge of the conversation and pointing out instruments he may be interested in. There was such a variety and every single one he picked up felt foreign in his hands.

None had the comfortable feel and it disturbed him and how much he disliked the feeling. With a new instrument in his hands he strummed it and flinched. It had a completely different sound as well.

"I dunno...maybe I am just hopeless.." Borra joked as he replaced the instrument.

At her fathers prompting she found herself biting her lip, although she would of happy spending more time with Mirin alone she would of felt bad leaving her father since he did take the trouble and time to come with her in the first place. She knew this wasn't his kind of thing and she was honestly hoping for his expertise on choosing the right weapon for herself.

"Um....would you mind if Mirin comes with us? Unless you don't want to come Mirin...which I understand it..may be boring for you." Korra asked fiddeling with a bell feeling a bit selfish at the moment. She wanted to spend time with both these people, but she wasn't going to just up and leave her rather either. She had more manners than that drilled into her growing up.

Makani - Post 4

Allowing his head to tilt to one side Makani found himself listening intently to what was going on around him since he wasn't able to use his magical senses at the moment. There seemed to be a lot of conversation going on at the moment, making it a little hard to really pick up on a lot, but he got bits and pieces here and there. One person talking about a booth where someone was selling 'jewelry beyond measure', another couple was talking about how they should get something for their little ones, another set of voices were talking about whether or not one among them might be able to take on a certain someone in the crowd.

The fragmented conversations drew his attention completely and he found interest in all of what he was catching, to the point he didn't even realize when Sin'qua had returned. Not until she'd actually gone and nipped him that was. A squeak of surprise escaped from the blind sage before Sin'qua spoke up, saying he was more appetizing then the food was. Giving a sighing sound he said, "For a moment there I was worried I was being nipped at by some passing stranger... I'm glad that it was you instead, Sin'qua." How odd would it have been otherwise?

Giving a smile as she settled down next to him he reached out, ever so carefully, to take a bit of what she'd gotten them to eat. As he chewed he listened as she said she was busy with her writing and that he'd become her inspiration. Giving a smile he said, "I'm glad I could help in some small part." He was oblivious to what sort of writing she did and what sort of inspiration he was to her, but he was still glad he could help somehow.

Koril 3

Koril gave an exaggerated inhale and smiled brightly. "Smells yummy!" Scurrying along, he let go of Kyril's hand so that he could take the sweet bun securely in both hands. Taking a big bite, he moaned and jumped around happily. "Yum yum yum!"

Amari was happy to see that changing the subject seemed to work, he smiled as he was able to take his mind off all the wedding business and just talk to a normal person.

"Well when you are born and raised in a place it often can feel unexciting. New and unexplored is often better." He managed as he turned to face the young woman, his skirt swirling at his feet. Looking over the girls frame he noted that she had a nice build, and given her colours he easily picked out a fabric he felt suited her.

"You know...I think this colour would really suit you." He managed as he pulled a pale purple from the stack. although it wasn't flashy in design the simple patterns along the edges really gave it a sharp look.

Dexurn 3

The mention of his daughter's shriek made him wince with a mix of amusement and concern. The girl certainly did have a set of lungs on her. He hoped she wouldn't have to use them in a negative way ever again...

Catching the bun, he grinned and leaned over to kiss Shadiya's cheek. "Who needs a sweet bun when I have you?"

Rishima
- Post 4

Giving a nod of his head Rishima said, "It might be best that we let them play. It would likely be less fun for them if their uncles tried to butt in on their fun." He said with a chuckle, feeling that they would likely see them as a drag on their fun. Still, it was nice to see the lot of them, even if it were from a distance. Perhaps when the festivities were over and if they were still about Gerraden and himself could go and say a quick hello to the trio of little ones?

As Gerraden suddenly asked him about if he ever thought about kids Rishima turned to stare at him, his mind whirling rapidly, his antennae moving just about as fast themselves. Did he ever think about kinds? Should he be honest? Should he tell him his true feelings about the subject or hold off because Gerraden was still so young? Should he turn the question around and ask what Gerraden thought about kids and if he ever wanted them in the future? As he thought about it he started to fidget a bit before he decided that it was best that he told the truth. Of later Gerraden seemed to want to know what Rishima was thinking, not wanting for the older man to keep secrets from him, right? It was best that he told him the truth of the matter.

Deciding this he looked at Gerraden and gave a nod of his head, "Often times, yes."
