First, there was darkness. Nothing else around except nothing at all. It was only when there was a flash of life did something, theoretically, exist. Even if that something was....still, nothing much. Only when fingertips brushed softly against the vast nothingness did a spark appear. Whispers, something. Words. A voice? A beckon. A greeting.
Something there, now.

Awakening RP: Kismet was cussing up a storm. She wasn't going to keep the kid, whoever or whatever they were. She'd had the misfortune of merely finding it along the same time as Zhyvre. The demon smiled lazily from the other side of the barrier Kismet had hastily constructed.
The Kumiho cussed again, and placed her hand against the stone. "Time to hit the ground running, kid," she hissed, and her tense shoulders dropped ever so slightly. "No idea where you've come from, but you can't wait any longer. Need to figure out where you're going from here. Fast."

Awakening RP: Kavita sat on the floor and stared at the stone in front of her in anticipation but also a bit of anxiety. What if her child didn’t like her? What if something happened? She shook her head at herself. She could keep playing the what if game all she wanted but it’d never give her an answer. The only way to find out....would be to awaken the baby. She gently reached over and smoothed her hands down the stone, pulling it forward to cradle in her lap. “Wake up my darling. Wake up so I can meet you.”

Awakening RP: Cyndal was so excited, the day was here that her family is now becoming larger. Her mate, Qadim and her have 2 beautiful stones and she is waiting impatiently to awaken them together but she can not wait any longer.
Reaching over she gently touches her stone, and coos "Little one come meet your Mother, I have waited so long for you".

Dara had placed her precious stone in a makeshift nest of some clothes on her bed side table. A place of honor, in the hybrid's opinion. Every morning she would talk to it before rushing off to class. Every night she would sing to it until she couldn't keep her eyes open. Then Dara found herself unreasonably busy with studying and had forgotten it was her responsibility to awaken her stone after it had rested for a week.
The morning after finals dawned bright and Dara was talking to her stone when she noticed the date. "Oh... Oh! Ohhhhh!" The hybrid was so excited she almost forgot the instructions of how to awaken. Finally, she calmed down enough to place the stone delicately in her lap while sitting on her bed. "I'm sorry I'm late, but it's time to welcome the world. I'm excited to meet you, Nava." Dara placed her hand on the stone with the widest smile ever.

Awakening RP: The week had flown by and after a really bad night of gambling Azuri found herself gently petting the small stone, voice soft. “I’m sorry kid. I’m going to try to do better..to make a future for us. We are family after all..you’re all I have.” Voice trembling she bent to kiss the stone, heart racing as she spoke the words that would awaken the stone at last, the one she’d been awaiting would be here. “Time to wake up my love.”

Awakening RP: Erendriel didn't mean to knock it over. He was just waiting for Imani to get back to her room. Swallowing hard at the now glowing stone in his hand, he didn't know what he should do. More importantly, he couldn't figure out why Imani even had an imbued soulstone. So many questions danced through his head. How should he be feeling about this? Why had she kept this from him? What should he do?
Well, he knew one thing; he couldn't just hide that he touched the stone. There was no way that would be believable. So, he set the stone to the side and waited for Imani to get back.

Awakening RP: Nox had previously had trouble when attempting to awaken a stone. He looked down at the one in front of him and squeezed his eyes shut tightly surely this one would work right? surely this one would awaken.
He reached out a lightly brushed his fingers against it. "Please come out." He didn't know if he could handle any more complications.

Awakening RP: Although the sibling stone had been safely taken by the shade hybrid...Once she'd imbued, the Grimm wanted nothing to do with it. This left the poor stone in an interesting situation, sitting on top of a shelf for however long. Thankfully, it wasn't long at all until the stone was finally picked up and transferred elsewhere...into the hands of someone who seemed to care for a it a little more.
"Please feel free to arrive..." the soft voice beckoned as the backside of a a claw was run down the side of a crystal.

Beryl was waiting for Azure to get home, as she had finished cleaning she curled herself around the three stones, and hugged onto them, her tail gently curling around them as well. Beryl Gently touched them each with her claws. "I hope you all awaken soon, its time to be out, and I am sure you all want out as well" Beryl smiled as she pats each of them with a hand and waited.

Awakening RP: Nuka had been touching the stones whenever he had the chance; he knew they wouldn't awaken before they were ready but he really couldn't help it. The grimm nearly shivered in excitement, unable to even focus at the academy. Now... now, the stones were glowing more and it just felt time to awaken them.
Hesitating, he real quick pulled out his phone, sending a text to the lab-dweller and his lover. A quick "I'm gonna go ahead and do it" because really, Nuka wasn't sure if he could wait long enough. Helios would have probably preferred the stones in the lab, but Nuka wasn't quite sure if Helios would be interested beyond 'harmless' experiments.
Taking in a deep breath, his fingers danced along the smooth surface of the two stones. "Wake up, my loves," he murmured softly.

Awakening RP: The stones began glowing and Cure wasted no time wrapping them up and taking them to the hospital. To Plague. He wouldn't do this without his lover, his love, his best friend. And so, now he stood next to his peach, small smile playing on his lips as he wrapped an arm around Plague's middle, hand covering Plague's smaller as they touched the stones together. Their children. Their first children. Lovingly, Cure nuzzled the side of Plague's neck, already planning where he can get more stones.

It had been a week. More than a week. Kidd had wanted to awaken the stones immediately but Venus had surprisingly convinced him not to, to wait until the right moment happened. Thanks to the nine, he agreed.
The stones may have sapped most of their energy but there was still enough for Venus to drag his butt out of bed, sneak out and get into a boat late at night. Accidentally, taking the stones with him. He stared at the two before quickly touching them. "It's time to wake up." he petted them once before chucking them back onto the boat.
He couldn't get attached. He needed to get out of there and go. Kidd could have fun dealing with the new two terrors.
And so he went.

Hunter felt a nervous thrill of excitement pulsing in his veins. It was finally time to awaken not one, but four stones. Lucien had brought home two, and Hunter had done the same without realizing his Alpha's plans. When they had revealed to each other what they had done, it had been a moment of horror and blissful joy. Hunter felt tears welling in his eyes just at the thought of his handsome Grimm. Lucien had loved him despite being Hallowed, and of small stature. Their children surely might have some traits of them both..but Hunter wondered would they be Hallowed like himself? The thought filled his heart momentarily not with joy, but dread.
What if...
No. He stopped those thoughts the best he could. Lucien had long since put to rest the demons he feared about being Hallowed. A small smile slowly pulled at the corners of his lips.
In his arms, Hunter held four tiny precious stones imbued with both his and Lucien's energy. Sniffing softly he nuzzled the collection of stones. "Alright sweethearts..it's time to wake up. Daddy will be home soon..and I want to get you four ready to meet him. I love you all so much..we both do already." He whispered as a few stray tears rolled down his cheeks freely, a glowing smile on the Grimm's face as he cuddled the little stones close to his body frame before placing each in their respective cribs.
