Charlie nodded. Looking up at the cave ceiling along with Claire, frowning, wondering what she was doing. Then looked back down at the baby who smiled at him. "Hey there." He giggled slightly.

((I GOT TO GO, I'll be back on in like an hour or either later on tonight.))

Charlie's face got crimson, but he smiled and kissed her back, only this time on the lips, something he had never done before, and something he was very nervous about. Once their lips touched his hands began to shake nervously, then he pulled away from her, looking into her eyes. "If we ever get off of this island Claire, I'm taking you with me." He replied. "I lvoe you too much to let you go."

There was an awkward silence in which Charlie just stared at Claire, then he smiled and kisse dher on the forehead. Too bad there's not a jewlry store around here . . .I'd buy you a ring if I could." he replied, ducking his head slightly. He kissed the baby on the forehead as well, then got up. "Im going to tell everyone the great news, that is, if they aren't alreayd on their way here."

Charlie left and headed down to the beach. He was overwhelmed by what had happened. Of course he was in pain and he felt close to going unconsious at any moment, but there was such joy inside of him that he couldn't help me go and tell everyone.
"Charlie. Get her away." A voice suddenly replied.
Charlie swung around. Ethan grabbed him by the neck, placing a hand on Charlie's stomach. "Take her away from here. The others are coming. They'll take the child." He let Charlie go and then vanished. Charlie held his throat, but then something donged on him . . .his pain . . .his cuts . . .his brusies . . .thye were all gone.

Charlie ran back to the caves, grabbing Claire, holding her close and the baby. "We've got to go." He replied. "They're coming."
Suddenly the sounds of shouts and cries came from the beach and Charlie grabbed Claire by the arm and took off with her through the jungle. "Come on!" he cried.


Jack ran off into the jungle to get the guns he had buried. He grabbed them and went to Sawyer and Kate and grabbed them and gave them to them. "Here." he replied, then ran out to the intruders which Sayid and Boone were already trying to fight off. Locke as well.

Charlie and Claire got further from the camp as they had ever been and they now stopped as the sounds of gun fire got fainter and the smell of the ocean did as well. Charlie ran his fingers through his hair, looking around. Where were they going to go? He couldn't keep Claire and the baby gone forever. They might get sick and then they'd need Jack. Voices all around Charlie began to whsiper . . .he swung around and pointed North.
"That way." He replied, taking Claire's hand.

"I don't know!" he shouted. "I'm just trying to get you and the baby far from the others that are coming." He replied. They ran upon some large bushes and Charlie began to pull them back. He gasped, seeing what suddenly came into view. "Claire . . .we are diffently not a lone. . . "
