For Example I went to buy multiple Aconites to help friends (entered the quantity I wanted), clicked 'buy' and it said 'Trade 50 wing stickers for Aconite' (not the right amount for the number of items requested). I clicked the 'buy with stickers' and sure enough it only gave me 1 item (though it did take the 50 stickers). Surely if there is the facility to buy in quantities we should be able to do so? If quantity purchase through Treehouse is broken then that's a pretty terrible bug. We will have it fixed right after ATS and we will run a script to refund previous orders. Currently Gaia has about 40 web servers handling everyone's requests, so this does happen randomly at times. We will be updating the web servers to hopefully solve this issue. In most cases it's related to security settings or anti virus software which blocks off non web based traffic

Golden Catch isn't dropping all rollers again , meaning that not all the items are being granted . January 14th, 2020: Lanzer Auubbrreeyyy zOMGHi. Myself and other players are still having an issue with some badges not showing up on the homepage under completed. Do you have any idea what's causing them to not show up? Uh oh, that bug is still being worked on. I spent a couple hours last time but couldn't find the root cause just yet. The zomg achievement system piggy back the Gaia achievement system and the debugging got pretty complicated. I'll give it another shot as soon as I can. Sorry for the wait. We're digging up some config info that were lost, and when we're done we should be able to add not just Bootsnake but a 4th server to reduce the lag issues. I couldn't replicate your issue so we'll need to find out more about the browser and OS you're using. Lanzer GOD DIAMOND features: games and flash spaces many are getting very laggy or not even possible to get into examples you can load the initial page to towns 1 but if you try to join a room you cannot towns 2 crashes after just a few rooms, 2 of 3 zomg servers you cant even log into anymore, and many games are unplayable can you apply some kind of fix or explain whats up? many users would be grateful including me We fixed a couple of issues over the weekend. Towns 2 should be more stable now and the zOMG servers should not have connection issues anymore. As soon as we get the Bootsnake server back up, we will open a 4th server to increase stability for zOMG. Games that run on the old sushi server seem to be unstable still, will go do another round of testing later today. We are working on Towns 3 now and it should be more stable than flash based Towns moving forward.

February 4th, 2020: Lanzer Susuu FeaturesDo you know about the Go Gaia app being broken? The Go Gaia app on my phone gets stuck on loading the catwalk. It also doesn't show my platinum or my gaia cash. I tried exiting the app and uninstalling it. It didn't help I'm also not the only one having this issue with the app. Do you know about these problems? and if so I hope you will fix this soon. Please let us know which phone you are using, and what is the version of your operating system whether it's IOS or Android, then we'll setup some test on a platform similar to yours and see what might be causing issues. It would also be nice to see if other elements are added into the app like accessing the marketplace on there as well. I feel like details like that would give the app some great potential. There might be a bug with the friend/unfriend function within the game. For now you can use the friendslist feature on the web site to add or remove friends. Can you have a look at the browser's console log and let me know if you see any errors being reported, and any description or screenshots of the daily treat page when it is not working for you? Something that I've noticed lately when selling an item to my store, after submiting the item to sell, the page will reload and there will be a prompt window to sell the item again (this happens when there is multiples of the item and a single occurrence item). Is there something weird going on here?? Thank you and also thanks for the hard work! I am a returning user! There might had been some changes to refresh the inventory based on your item stacking preferences. Will have to do some testing to find out exactly what is going on. We will make some javascript update later on that should remove any need for refreshing the page in order to update the inventory window.

When I first submitted a ticket I remember seeing some others posts about this, but as far as I know none of the other users had this issue resolved. Will this ever be fixed? There might have been an access check related issue with the shopping cart feature. We will check on it later this week. Lanzer MrTwinklehead Features - Daily Treats This might have been mentioned in a previous AtS, though this is my first in quite a while so please forgive me if this has been mentioned repeatedly already. There's been an issue for several users where the Daily Treats page doesn't finish loading. No video, no plats, just the "Loading Video..." comment. Me and plenty other people have clarified that we aren't using AdBlock on Gaia, so it's not that that is preventing it from finish loading. Sorry we had been looking into the issue and trying to find a different provider for Daily Treats. We could temporarily disable the feature but it's working for many others at the same time. Lanzer Skyailia Gameswhen can we get glow rates of Booty Grab be fixed....we are getting false times for our glows....meaning we are told we will glow at a certain time but we do not....these false glows are hurting us in the Booty Grab community.... Sorry I wasn't aware that the error was specific to the times given in the notification. There is a chance that the schedule server's clock might be out of sync. Does this sound like a fixable problem or am I out of luck? There is usually a solution to these types of problem, though to fix it we will need to know details to things such as what computer and which version of web browser you're using, as well as if there are any extensions running. Also, did you try running LK on a different browser? It'll also help if you can open the console log to see if there are any error messages while the game is loading. When I see them on zomg, they are removed from my ignore list on gaia. I simply can not ignore this person.
