February 4th, 2020: Lanzer Traveler2548 Shops - Marketplace Try it on FeatureHi! The arm pose your avi is using is ignored when trying things on in the marketplace. It defaults to both arms down which is a problem when the different arm positions mean different things. For instance, both arms down on this avi shows a purple bear in the MP dressing room instead of the seafoam colored bear I'm actually holding. Very frustrating/annoying trying on different extras for this avi when the bear is purple. whee Can this be fixed to use the arms position you've already chosen and not default to arms down? Thanks! Yes I can add an additional check for arm poses during preview. It shouldn't be hard to do, so we should be able to have this added sooner than later. Jak Bauer Gentlemanly Swindler ItemsSo last week I mentioned I had my trading pass revoked upon becoming an angel subscriber due to the system wrongly assuming it may be fraud. I asked if it was safe to buy GC or would I lose my ability to trade for a week or more ANY time I bought GC. I was told it's safe to buy GC and my trading pass/ability to buy from MP was restored. The system was just 'learning my spending habits' I bought GC and BAM immediate total loss of Marketplace and trading pass. Again. Im not buying huge amounts of GC. I'm not buying custom amounts. It was ONE GC purchase and immediately banned again. Banned for supporting the site, that's super frustrating! It also isn't reviewed in 'a couple business days' like the automated private message states. You've now made me afraid to spend any money anywhere on your site and I still can't use the mp or trade after over 2 weeks back on the site. Can you look into how you apply automatic suspensions upon GC or subscription to see if it needs some work? I can't be the only user returning after a hiatus. Hi there, I checked with the billing people and they said your trading was re-enbaled and to pass this along to you: As we said before we have implemented a new system to make sure that the purchases that are made are not any type of fraud. Since it is new, it's still learning your spending habits. Please be assured that unless we find fraud your account should not be banned. The more information we have the less this will happen. We apologize for the inconvenience. Lanzer I'm sorry that this happened to you. I'm very confident that it does remember a Gaian's account and whitelist upon approval. I will look into your account and try to see why this happened to you twice. The trading pass revoking actually is only related to GC purchase and not subscription. Either way I'll look into this issue. Sorry for the trouble.

Something that I've noticed lately when selling an item to my store, after submiting the item to sell, the page will reload and there will be a prompt window to sell the item again (this happens when there is multiples of the item and a single occurrence item). There might had been some changes to refresh the inventory based on your item stacking preferences. Will have to do some testing to find out exactly what is going on. We will make some javascript update later on that should remove any need for refreshing the page in order to update the inventory window.

March 3rd, 2020: Lanzer rheostatic FeaturesHey all! I'm rather sure you guys are aware that voting in Arenas is not granting currency like it normally does! I use this as my main method to "cap" since I prefer not to clog up my post history with bumps. Is this a permanent change or a bug? If it's the latter, any ETA on when it will be cleared up? Thank-you guys for all the hardwork you do! We expanded the granting system last week to have better reporting. There might have been some bugs introduced. Please let me know what is the expected behavior and how it is different today so I can ensure it's working properly. Lanzer Haji Demon Games Runway The gold prizes are absolutely laughable in today's economy. The amount of gold first place winner gets in Free category won't be enough for his entry fees for gold. Can Runway please get prizes fitting the inflation? Perhaps minute amount of cash prizes added so there will be some semblance of stability with time Good point. I'll see about increasing the rate and make the rate keep up with inflation.

There is a bug that messed up the gold to platinum conversion for voting. We will be fixing this bug tomorrow. Sorry about that. Lanzer 2k19 Features Why didnt the plat work? it seems like plat made things more eh. Are you working on something else for the inflation to fix it? As inflation is a factor of how much gold is granted over how much gold is removed in the economy. Platinum was made to adjust the rate of which gold is earned versus marketplace prices, though in practice we also need to greatly lower the amount of gold earned across the board, and that had been a tougher action to take. Lanzer GetRektNerd Bidding Feature:Would it be possible to add commas when you go to confirm bid amount? This feature is implemented when you go to list items on the marketplace but I feel like it is much more essential for bidding since you can get in bidding wars trying to be fast and then mistype. Easy way to lose a lot of gold/platinum for no reason. Is this relating to workshop? I marketplace does have commas, right?

Something people could easily deposit or withdraw their plat from, making it easier to save for buying items or art! It can be really tempting to have all your plat visible on hand  We don't have such a feature planned, but if the interest is there in the community we will add this to the todo list.

Profile comments no longer give out the amount they usually did on the first post which was about 100-500p (I'm not exactly sure), but now only gives out 1p. Plat earnings from posting has also dropped a bit. This has been happening since last week. It's incredibly disheartening for people who have no other means of earning plat and is a real annoyance. We're currently making adjustments to increase the platinum payout overall, though we messed up and it ended up messing up the reward. we will be fixing it this week and the platinum payout will increase by a lot. Lanzer Alexander Rainer Games / EventsWith the zOMG Easter event, once you break a Golden Egg or Solid Golden Egg after the first time, is it only supposed to give out 1 platinum as a reward? I remember getting more in previous years, and I've seen people pass up helping others in zOMG because there's no incentive to break them, as they can take at least 2-3 hours without much/any help. Sorry we recently moved everything to the gold granting platform but it's not granting the amount of platinum we want. Once the bugs are hashed out it'll be granting the right amount of gold. Lanzer Super Skagz Features On the marketplace, in our stores, item listings expire and then are returned to the inventory. We have a function to cancel a bunch of selected listings at once. Can we have a function to renew a bunch of listings at once for the same price and time they were originally posted? I hope this makes sense. It can get annoying to re-list 50 items if you were undercut or they didn’t sell. Even if you’re super fast, that process takes about 10 minutes to get through a full store. I see. I'll look into the possibility of having longer listing times and auto renew. Lanzer What Happens At Night Plat earningsI know there was a boost to the amount of plat that you can earn per post and what not, I was wondering if the cap was also increased? Yes the cap was increased along with the boost. Though the system doesn't work on a hard number but involves a lot of conversion through stats collected through previous days/weeks of earnings across gaia and inflation stats. I'll try to have everything sorted out as soon as possible. Sorry for the long wait.
