Lily smiled at Nalyne's comments. "I do need to see about getting a new servant to cook for us," she said. "I may be able to cook small things like this, but I'm hopeless with anything else. And I do need someone to do the cleaning around here. I can't remember the last time our rooms were cleaned, and they could use a good dusting now." She took a few bites of her breakfast and silently wondered how he found it so delicious. She wouldn't say it was bad, but it wasn't nearly as good for her as it seemed to be for Nalyne. She didn't take long to finish eating. She stretched a bit and then sighed when she heard a knock on the door. The light in the room started to turn a bit harsher as Lily got annoyed by the interruption. She got up to answer the door and found two guards with a letter from Allistair. The guards stood by as she read the letter. Nalyne would notice the light in the room turning a deep red and becoming incredibly hot as Lily started to get angry. Her emotions had always caused such things to happen, but this sort of thing had never happened so quickly before. "Dev's been kidnapped by Nashirr. And apparently Nashirr is stupid enough to be working with Goh."
Lily turned toward the guards with a furious expression. Before she could speak, there was a loud bang as the harsh red light in the room focused on the nearest guard and caused him to explode in a bloody display. Lily looked disgusted as she found herself suddenly covered in blood and other bits of the destroyed guards remains. The light in the room returned to normal as Lily's anger faded and was replaced by pure disgust. She moved a hand up to try to wipe some of the mess off of her face. "Send Allistair a message that says we'll be ready to help with the situation when they arrive here. The remaining guard quickly ran out of the room, leaving Lily alone with Nalyne again. She turned back toward Nalyne, still covered by the mess from head to toe. "I may need a bit of help with getting cleaned up. And would you kindly explain why that happened?"

Nalyne was also a bit shocked at what happened but had to smile at her disgusted expression. He gave a soft chuckle as he crossed the room to her and took her hand to lead her to the bathroom, "I think I know what it is and I'll try to explain it to you while I help you clean up," he said simply as he led her into the bathroom and started up the shower. He undressed them both and got into the shower with her, talking as he got her under the water and started to soap her down, "Since we're joined on a soul level now, your powers have been enhanced. It'll take you a few days to adjust to it so you'll have to watch your emotions. You're very good at control when you want it so I know you'll be able to do it. You'll also need a safe spot to practice with your powers until you understand how they've evolved" he explained as he washed and conditioned her hair then washed the rest of her. Of course, he enjoyed every moment of his hands moving over her body and he never made any attempt to hide his attraction to her or his love for her. As he moved back up he cupped her face and placed a light kiss to her lips then met her eyes, "We'll find him, Princess. And we'll get rid of my half-brother permanently. Just keep it together for me and I'll help you wherever and however you want," he told her softly as the water poured over them both. He knew that they had to get ready to leave but he also knew that she had to calm down or there would more bloody messes to come. "Do you want to go to Gypsy's or wait for them to come to us?" he asked her softly, trying to give her another measure of control over the situation.

Lily
Lily allowed Nalyne to lead her to the bathroom without any resistance, wanting nothing more than to get cleaned up. She listened as Nalyne explained that her powers were enhanced because of their Mating bond. She thought about it for a moment. "I'll have to make sure to do everything I can to keep my emotions under control," she said. "I can't afford to blow up guards every time I get pissed off. Luckily, I happen to know a certain someone who is very good at keeping me in a good mood." She enjoyed the quick kiss to her lips as she always did, but gave a soft sigh when he spoke about the situation again. "I'll do my best to keep it together. Trust me, I don't want another mess like this one. I like blood for obvious reasons, but only when drinking it. I'm not exactly crazy about being covered in blood like this." She considered his next question for a moment. "We'll wait for them to come to us. Allistair's letter mentioned that they were planning to come to us, and I don't really see any reason to change that plan. And I doubt that Gypsy would be happy if I accidentally blew up one of her servants or recruits. I know that she wouldn't do anything because of Morrigan, but I'm trying to work on my relationship with Gypsy. She and I have never really liked each other, but Morrigan really loves her, so I should try to improve things." That statement made it clear just how much Lily cared about Morrigan. She had always resented Gypsy for taking her closest friend away, but Lily was trying to move past that and work on her relationship with Gypsy because she knew that it would make Morrigan happy if they got along.

Nalyne gave a soft chuckle that he knew full well would tease at her senses as he finished getting her rinsed off and leaned in to give her lips a teasing kiss before he shut off the water, "Then let's get dried and dressed," he said softly, "Even though I'd much rather take you to bed... I suppose we'd better get ready for guests," he added in a teasing whisper and placed a light, teasing kiss right behind her ear. When he pulled back, they were in the living room and dressed. He was in a similar outfit to what he'd worn when they'd met and she was wearing her favorite outfit, the one that always had him near-drooling every time she wore it. He was also wearing his sword again. Something he'd hoped that he would never need again. But it would give Goh a final death, something the b*****d was really needing... Outside of their rooms, Gypsy's portal opened and let her, Morrigan, and Allistair out. Gypsy looked at the door as the portal disappeared but she hesitated to knock. She finally looked at Morrigan, knowing he'd guess at the reason for her hesitation. Gypsy knew that Lily didn't like her for taking Morrigan away. She knew it but didn't know how to fix it. "Allistair. You're up," she told him without looking away from Morrigan. Her Wolf was her lifeline right now and she didn't know how to fix that either. She knew that it was a burden on Morrigan and a problem for them both but she had no idea how to fix any of it...

Morrigan
Morrigan immediately noticed Gypsy's hesitation to knock on Lily's door. She pulled her in close for a hug and placed a quick kiss on lips. "I know that you're a bit nervous when it comes to Lily, but it'll get better for you two," she said softly. Morrigan had never commented on it before, but she had always seen how Lily felt about Gypsy. She would have to be blind to miss the way Lily's expression changed anytime Gypsy was mentioned. She knew that Lily had always hated Gypsy for taking her away, but she had never mentioned it because she had been hoping that the situation would get a bit better without her having to make them sit down and talk it out. But they didn't really have much of a choice if they wanted to save Dev. Lily would have to talk to Gypsy and try to move past her issues with her.
When Morrigan released Gypsy from her hug, she tried to make it clear that she didn't view anything about her as a burden. She knew that Gypsy had a lot to learn when it came to a lot of things. She understood why Gypsy had so many issues when it came to interacting with others and understanding emotions. She knew that Gypsy's life in Hell's Cradle coupled with her life as a mercenary hadn't exactly helped her to figure out how to deal with her feelings. Morrigan understood that and knew that Gypsy would need her as a lifeline for a long while.
Allistair
Allistair rolled his eyes as he watched Gypsy and Morrigan. He wouldn't usually be as impatient as he was right now, but he wasn't exactly in the mood to wait on others while he was so worried about Dev. He stepped up and knocked on the door. He waited impatiently for Lily to open the door and then entered the room immediately, gesturing for Morrigan and Gypsy to follow him.
Lily
Lily enjoyed Nalyne's quick kiss and smiled a bit when she saw that they were suddenly in the living room and fully dressed. "That's a handy trick," she said. "You may have to start using that one more often. It makes things so much easier." She heard the knock on the door and opened it for the group. She didn't react when Allistair simply rushed in, knowing that he was being a bit ruder than usual due to his worry for Dev. She tried her best to manage a smile towards Gypsy as she and Morrigan entered the room. "It's always good to see you two, though I wish it was under better circumstances." She gave them all a moment to sit down and then got serious. "So what exactly is going on? Allistair's letter didn't mention too much detail. What's the full report on the situation?"

Gypsy was justifiably nervous about this meeting but she wasn't about to screw things up for Dev. She glanced at Allistair as they walked in and gave him an apologetic shrug of one shoulder on her way to stand behind the chair that Morrigan sat in. She looked at Lily but had no idea what to say to her. So she felt that it was best to say noting for now. That way, she couldn't screw things up. Right? Nalyne just winked at Lily then gave a look of encouragement to Morrigan. Then he crossed to the table to look over what little he'd picked up about Nashirr's places. He'd done a little research since the a*****e had come to visit... Right about then, Gypsy realized that she'd called this meting and knew that she had to be the one to get this going. She cleared her throat a bit and looked right at Lily, "Dev's been taken by something that smells like Goh's newest pet. But the only one that could really want him is Nashirr. From what Dev said, it has to be that island he's taken over. I would have simply gone to get him but we may be going up against Goh. I figured that it would be better to go in a little heavier armed," she explained to them simply. Then she looked over at Allistair briefly then back at Lily, "I only have one request for this, though... Nashirr is mine. And I want him whole and healthy. He has a blood-debt to answer to," she added with a hint of a demonic growl, the only evidence of emotion she'd shown so far. Then she swallowed it. Only Morrigan really knew how she truly felt right now. Through their bond, the wolf could feel the nervousness from meeting with Lily, the desperation to rescue someone she owed a debt to, and the pure rage she felt towards Nashirr for what he'd done to her family. Nalyne looked up briefly then selected the appropriate map for the island and brought it over to show to Lily and the rest, pointing to the building they needed, "I see no problem with that as long as he pays for what he's done. They should be here. Dev will most likely be in one of the basements, if the blueprints and rumors are to be believed," he said simply, keeping his voice calm as he looked over at Lily, "Princess? Should we go bring him home?" he asked her, hoping that she'd see where she was going wrong with things and get her head back in the game. He knew that if she kept pushing at Gypsy, it would cost her Morrigan permanently. And he didn't want that pain for her. Besides, he knew how impatient Allistair felt right now and knew that they had to get going. Preferably now and not after a fight here....

Morrigan
Morrigan watched Gypsy for a moment, easily sensing just how nervous she was. She gave a quick shrug at Nalyne's encouraging look, knowing that she couldn't really do much to help the situation between Gypsy and Lily. How could she help when things were so awkward between them because of her? She could try to say something, but she wasn't sure that she could do much more than force them to pretend like things were better so that they didn't upset her. So she remained silent throughout Gypsy's explanation and allowed everyone to process it all. She got up and began to examine the map Nalyne had produced. She considered things for a moment and gave a quick nod. "The basement makes the most sense," she said. "It would give Nashirr plenty of room to work in, and it would be the best place to keep Dev without anyone else stumbling across him. But which one would be the best out of all of them?"
Allistair
Allistair was starting to get a bit fidgety as Gypsy explained the situation. He knew that Dev was in a bad situation, and everything in him was screaming at him to go to him now. He knew that he couldn't afford to go without the others, but it didn't help when he thought of the fact that the one he loved was in so much danger.
Lily
Lily listened to Gypsy's explanation with a blank expression. She was focusing on keeping her rage in check, something that would be obvious to Nalyne from the way the light in the room kept flickering and getting hotter. She wanted to yell about how trusting the Blades had been a mistake if their security was lax enough for someone to get in and take Dev. But she knew that an outburst like that would drive Morrigan away for good, and she didn't want to lose her friend. She tried to calm herself back down by reminding herself that Goh's servants were created to be extremely skilled and able to get past the strongest defenses. It didn't completely get rid of her frustration, but it helped. She took a moment to compose herself. "Of course we'll help get Dev back from that b*****d," she said. "I care about him a lot too, and there's no chance that I would leave him in this situation. And while I would normally demand to take Nashirr to make him suffer here, I have a feeling that nothing my best people could do would even come close to comparing to the horror you'll subject him to. So you can have him. Not because I really care about any blood debt, but because giving him to you would be the worst possible fate for him. He's all yours. So when are we leaving?"

Nalyne leaned over and gave Lily a simple kiss to her lips as a reward for controlling her temper on her own. She had more control than she thought she did and he made sure to encourage it every time she acted on her own with it. He then moved to collect his sword and buckled it in place easily, though he was getting tired of the need to carry the blasted thing He also brought over the weapons his family had given to Lily as gifts and let her choose her own based on how she was feeling. The bow would act with her light powers, the daggers were just as deadly in much the same way, and the shortsword was unbreakable. His family had given careful thought o the gifts they'd given her and he was more than grateful that they'd accepted her so well. Gypsy gestured for everyone to stand over by Allistair, "We can leave at any moment now," was all she said, clearly more than ready to go as well as she formed a portal that would open directly into the basement where Dev was likely to be, "Morrigan, you're first through in case anyone besides Dev is in there. Then Allistair so that he can see to Dev. Then Lily and Nalyne, I'll being up the rear then head upstairs," she suggested the best course of action and had to give a small smile when Morrigan simply nodded. But before Morrigan could step through, Gypsy put a hand on her shoulder and gave the side of her neck a light kiss, "Be careful, My Wolf," she whispered to her softly, not really caring if Lily saw how she felt about Morrigan at this point. She and Lily would have it out later, she knew, but it was vitally important to her that Morrigan be careful. She didn't know what she would do if anything ever happened to her... ((Exit as desired and appear over there as you like))

Nalyne gave a grin when he released the kiss and let her come to herself enough to realize that he' brought them home then he simply winked at her and left her so that he could go run that bubble bath for her. He deliberately left her to think about how to handle Esabel. She'd left him with Lucy, so he'd given her Esabel. Besides, his niece would need to be monitored very heavily with just about any child she was going to spend any time around. It was just just safer that way. He already had a feeling that he knew how to handle Lucy... He got the water started as she followed him into the bathroom and gave him the pleasure of undressing her like the gift she was. He helped her into the tub and finally turned the water off, "You relax for a few moments while I take care of a few messages. That way, we won't have to worry about anything but focusing on helping you relax," he told her as he placed a light kiss to her lips then the top of her head and left her to relax in peace. He moved back into the main room and wrote out his messages; letting Lucy know that he wanted to talk to her when she had the time and that there was no rush, one to his family to let them know the situation, and one to let Esabel know that Lily wanted to talk to her tomorrow. Of course, knowing Esabel, she'd appear whenever she felt like it. Thankfully they loved her, so they put up with it. But he was smart enough to arrange for when the messages would be delivered, which would give them some time to themselves for the night. At least, he hoped so... That done, he moved to arrange for a few other things to make the evening special.

Lily
Lily blinked a bit in surprise when Nalyne released the kiss and she realized that they were back in their rooms. She watched him walk into the bathroom after that wink, leaving her to think about what she should do about Esabel. She loved Esabel dearly, but she was concerned about how Esabel would be around their child. She knew that Esabel would never hurt any children, especially family, but she was worried that Esabel would teach her child how to play some of her 'games'. She would have to have a very serious talk with Esabel about it later so that she could set some ground rules.
She gave Nalyne a few minutes to get the bath started and then walked into the bathroom. She had to give a soft laugh as he undressed her like he was unwrapping a precious gift. She leaned in to place a loving kiss on his lips before allowing him to help her into the tub. She let out a soft sigh of relief as she settled into the hot water. She pouted a bit when he said that he was going to go send a few messages, though she decided not to say anything about it since he was doing it so that they wouldn't have to worry about anything for a while. "Just hurry back so you can enjoy the bath with me," she said.
Lily allowed herself to sink down into the water when she was alone. She couldn't remember the last time she'd just gotten to relax like this. Everything had seemed so crazy lately. She and Nalyne had gotten their time alone to Mark each other before the situation with Dev being kidnapped, but that hadn't exactly been relaxing. It had definitely been pleasurable, but it had also been primal and about as far from relaxing as she could imagine. Figuring out that she could cause things to blow up with her increased power if she was too emotional and then learning that she was pregnant had only caused more stress. So she was letting herself sink down and allowing the stress to melt away in the hot water. When Nalyne returned to the bathroom, he would find her asleep in the tub. It seemed that she had fallen asleep without anyone nearby to distract her from how sleepy the hot water made her.

Nalyne finally got back to the bathroom and had to smile when he caught her asleep. He gently drained the tub, dried her off, and carried her into the bedroom to slide her into the bed. He pulled the sheet over her then the bearskin blanket. He gently caressed her cheek then headed into the livingroom to take care of a few more things, fully intending to join her when he was finished. But he wanted to make sure that they both got a break for a few hours, at the least. So he took care of some of her paperwork, settled a few of the applications to join the Re, and even a few new jobs settled in. For the new jobs, he found one of the slaves that wanted a promotion and settled her to cleaning the rooms for Lily and himself; he also hired someone to be their personal cook. He knew that the two new slaves would take some pressure off of Lily, and they'd been screened very thoroughly... He finally took in a deep breath and let it out slowly before heading into the bedroom. He stripped down and slid into bed behind Lily, pulling his arms around her and smiling when she turned over and curled into him with a pleased sound. He caressed her hair and pressed a light kiss to her hairline before closing his eyes, hoping that they'd be able to get a little bit of rest before anyone descended on them...

Esabel and Wolfe had made certain that the meeting with Nyx and Lily went over without a problem. Nyx had been accepted easily as another of Lily's sisters and as Wolfe and Esabel's future mate. Nyx had been spending alot of time with Nalyne preparing to rescue Ilea. Unfortunately, Goh kept moving her. So there was only one place and one time to get to her: when she was giving birth. Which was expected to be any day now. So Nalyne had to leave with Nyx to head for Goh's original castle. He didn't want to leave Lily unprotected, so he'd left Esabel with her. Where Esabel was, Wolfe wasn't far off. So Lily had extra protection. But while Nalyne and Nyx were gone, Lily's water broke... Both women froze for a moment then the lights started going wonky and Esabel simply leaned over and cupped her face to get her to focus, "Esabel knows what to do. You just do what you practiced and walk around the room a little bit, breathe, and head for the bathroom. Esabel will make this better," she told her simply. Lily had opted for a water birth, so Esabel went into the bathroom to run water into the tub. While she was in there, she simply used her dark energy to pull Lucy into the room. When she started to say something, Esabel held up a hand to stop her, "I know you don't like Esabel. But this is an emergency. You just deal with it. When it's over, Esabel will leave and you can do as you like. But yous has to help with this one. Lily's gonna have her baby and you have to help keep her powers under control and be supportive and be nice and let her break your hand if she has to," she told her firmly then checked the water, "Nows... Go help her walk while Esabel gets the bath ready," she added. Thankfully, Nalyne had made certain that they'd have the perfect tub. Basically, he'd given Lily exactly what she'd wanted.

Lily and Lucy
Lily was struggling to deal with how big she had gotten during her pregnancy. Nalyne kept telling her that she was beautiful, and she could feel through their bond that he meant it, but she was having a hard time feeling like she could be beautiful so far along in her pregnancy. Esabel had been keeping her company and trying to keep her mind off of worrying about Nalyne dealing with Goh when Lily's water broke. The lights in the room started to flicker before suddenly turning extremely intense.
The lights in the room kept going crazy as Esabel cupped her face and told her what to do. While she wouldn't normally take Esabel's advice on these sorts of things, but Esabel actually perfectly described what she needed to do. She nodded and started to walk around the room as instructed, trying to keep track of the time so that she could head to the tub once it had gotten filled.
Lucy was extremely surprised to suddenly find herself in Lily's bathroom with Easbel standing nearby. She tried to open her mouth to ask what was going on but was interrupted when Esabel held up a hand to stop her. She listened carefully to what Esabel had to say and let out a soft sigh. She couldn't go against Esabel on this one. She really did want to help Lily and try to restore some sort of bond with her. And Esabel was really trying to do what was best for Lily in this situation.
She moved toward the door and stopped just before heading into the bedroom, looking back toward Esabel for a moment. "I don't want to dislike you, Esabel," she stated softly. "You've been there for Lily and loved her as family. You were there when I couldn't be. You're a bit annoying at times, but I do want to try to consider you as family. It's just hard to get past everything Ren did."
She moved into the bedroom and started to help Lily with walking around the room as they waited for the tub to finish filling up. She gave it a bit longer and then helped Lily into the bathroom, helping her down into the tub. She stayed by Lily's side the whole time, never letting go of her hand, even when the pressure did actually threaten to break her hand. The lights in the bathroom freaked out for a few seconds, but Lucy quickly used her own light to calm down Lily's as she tried to help her sister through the birthing process.

Thanks to Lucy's help, Lily had no problems with the birth. Esabel was attentive and helped with the entire process. She was calm, for a change. While being less 'herself' usually left her open for attack, this time it was a good thing. She was able to be clear in her instructions to both females. She was able to handle the entire thing as if she'd done it numerous times. In the end, the baby was born and Esabel moved to wrap the baby in a blanket while Lucy helped Lily clean up and get out of the tub, wrapping her in a soft robe then helping her into the bedroom. They both got Lily tucked in and holding the baby. But then Esabel looked at both women and made an odd decision. She leaned over and placed a light kiss on Lily's forehead, "Spend time with your sister..." she whispered softly to her, hoping that she would understand and wouldn't make a big deal of it. Then she impulsively gave Lucy a kiss to her cheek, "Esabel's gonna go find Puppy and cuddle for a bit. You two visit and enjoy some sister time," she told her and headed for the door. What she didn't say was that she was thinking of giving Lucy exactly what she wanted. Esabel was planning on leaving. She'd wait for Nalyne and Nyx to come back with Ilea, and she'd talk it over with Wolfe first, but she thought it would simply be best if she left. Although, it was likely only Lucy that would notice that Esabel had reminded them both that they were sisters while leaving herself out of the equation...

Lily and Lucy
Lucy followed along after Esabel without a single moment of hesitation or defiance. Something about the way Esabel was acting was actually making her feel more comfortable with the whole situation. She was relieved when the baby girl was born and wrapped in a blanket, though she suddenly frowned when she saw a flickering light coming from Lily. It only took a moment for her to realize that they weren't quite done yet. It seemed that Lily was carrying twins, something that they hadn't been able to see due to immense power coming from Lily and the babies. Luckily, Esabel had quickly figured out what was going on as well and adapted. The second child was delivered without issue, adding a baby boy to Lily's growing family.
Lucy took the time to get Lily cleaned up and got her into a robe before getting her back to the bedroom. She was relieved that everything had gone so smoothly. She watched Esabel placing a kiss to Lily's forehead and was immediately suspicious when Esabel kissed her cheek and said for them to enjoy some sister time. She immediately noticed that Esabel had left herself out of things when referring to them as sisters. She knew that she would have to have a real talk with Esabel and work things out before the other woman did something that would upset Lily.
Lily rested on the bed for a moment, looking down at the babies in her arms. "I never expected twins," she whispered. "But I can't be upset about it. They're both so beautiful. I don't know that I could be happier." She paused for a moment, considering names for the twins. She found that she had two names that would fit perfectly for the babies. She'd have to discuss it with Nalyne later, but she had a feeling that he'd give her what she wanted. He loved to give her what she wanted.
She looked up to Lucy, considering things for a moment. "Well, there is one way that I could be happier. You need to fix things with Esabel. I know that you're upset about the fact that mom only made her my sister to replace you, but that isn't her fault. She's been a great sister and I love her. She loves me. And she's tried to show you love as well, Lucy. All I want is for us to be a family. All of us. So please just fix it before something bad happens because of it."
Lucy gave a soft sigh and a simple nod. "I'll do what I can. I can't promise that I'll succeed at fixing everything, but I'll try. I've never really been good at admitting when I'm wrong." She suddenly smiled at Lily. "Before I go find Esabel and talk to her, there was someone I wanted you to meet. You kind of met her back when Goh's followers kidnapped Esabel, but you didn't talk to her or anything." She focused for a moment, reaching out to Regina. They still shared a bond, though it wasn't nearly as powerful as it would be once they had truly Marked each other. It didn't take long for her to connect to Regina, and she simply gave a slight pull that would make it clear that she wanted her to come to her.
