Description: This is a sonic vibration based ninjutsu. Channeling chakras through the bones the jutsu creates powerful vibrations that if presented to an enemy, will give small but intense fractures throughout bones and microscopic damage to flesh. A master of this technique can go as far as to damage blood cells within the bloodstream to make a foe's blood unable to carry oxygen. As an inexperienced practitioner is likely to break his own bones and cause general trauma to the internal organs of both himself and his foes. Seeing that almost no chakra even escapes the body during the technique, it has very chakra costs. but even to a God of copy cats, this jutsu is downright deadly if the user has no way of countering damage to his or her own body. Recommended that the user has EXTREME regeneration or something similar. There is a ranged version that is meant for attacking the senses of sight, hearing, and touch. While not technically Genjutsu the jutsu's effects still impair the senses or trigger false sensory anomalies. The ranged version can also double the required chakra to cast in order to block incoming projectiles or to misguide either very fast or very heavy projectiles. And finally the jutsu can be used on a scale so small that it allows the user to feel all his surroundings like sonar. This has less of a chakra cost per second than the average shinobi regenerates per second. and close to no health risk.

Sealing Expansion

Shūshuku Suru (収縮する to constrict) S Rank
Creates a physical barrier that quickly gets smaller and smaller, crushing whatever is inside of the barrier unless they can manage to break the barrier before it crushes them. The barrier ignores the terrain and only crushes organic matter.

Yōyū Suru (溶融する to melt) A Rank
A seal that when placed onto metallic surfaces causes them to rapidly heat up and begin to melt if it is not removed in 1 post. It will not melt chakra enhanced metal such as custom weapons or weapons wielded by weapon masters/samurai.

The seal may also be placed on human flesh for S rank cost, and will cause both flesh and bone to melt from skin if the seal is not removed quickly. This seal must be placed by hand however.

Noizu o Tsukuru (ノイズを作る to make noise) A Rank
A seal that once placed and activated creates a high pitched noise that is constantly emitted until the seal is destroyed. The noise causes intense pain and ringing in the ears of anyone located near it.

Kyūshū Suru (吸収する to absorb) S Rank
A seal that when placed on a surface will passively absorb and store chakra, up to a maximum of 50. The seal can then either be destroyed or placed upon a new surface and released, potentially allowing you to steal and regen someone's chakra. Chakra is absorbed at a rate of 10CP a post.

Hikari o Jokyo Suru Tame Ni (光を除去するために to remove light) S Rank
Similar to the Genjutsu, Journey into Darkness, this jutsu creates a barrier that extends 50 feet in all directions creating a dome that blocks out all light, creating pure darkness within the dome. From the outside however, it appears normal.

Jūryō o Tsuika Suru (重量を追加する to add weight) A Rank
A seal that continuously gets heavier the longer it is attached to an object. It starts off by adding 50% of an objects weight to itself and increases by 50% each post, meaning that at 2 posts, an objects weight is doubled, and after 4 posts, it is tripled. (For every post the seal is attached to a person, their speed is reduced by 1, including the initial post it is placed.)

First, we don't have a Sound Sage class, so that is out the window already. Secondly, moves invovling sound are incredibly restricted due to the fact they are basically unavoidable and auto-hit. This custom is Denied.



A few issues I have with this need to be resolved. One, since it is a three layer barrier, if I spend SS chakra, does it create 3 SS barriers that all need to be broken in the same turn by individual SS rank jutsus? If so, uber denied.



1) Is the first one basically a rose that would wrap around a target and crush them? (the wording on it is weird)

2) Denied, to similar to wood clone, just use that instead.

Still denied, just use the one he used, you can use SS rank at Chuunin.

Cry me a river, we all have to learn them. Or, you can go on this thing called a mission (since missions rewards right now are Word Count x 50) and just buy an auto learn.

Description: Cecil near-instantly grows a set of bone wings, that cover around his entire body to shred techniques of B rank and lower or to fly off quickly into the air. Add C rank amount of Chakra to block A, Add B rank Chakra to block S, Add A rank Chakra to block SS. The wings can be used to fly quickly away from the current location but only for a post before the wings disappear once again. If used to block B rank techniques or just fly away, it requires 3 post cool down. If used to block A rank techniques it requires a four post cool down. If used to block any S or SS techniques it requires a five post cool down.

Description: Cecil near instantly grows a long tail of bone that can reach up to 15 feet around him for one post to attack or block if needed, all though if blocking it won't cover the entire body like his wings. This would be more useful for a direct attack like for example a chidori. The tail is extremly fast and can go in more then a straight line making dodging it almost impossible. Its initial free counts as a B rank chakra infused bone attack. Spend C rank to make it A rank, B rank to make it S rank, A rank to make it SS rank. The free cost requires 3 post cool down while the A rank attack requires four. the S and SS require 5

Rakurai Bunshin no Jutsu needs to be reduced in strength. You either need to make it A-rank and they have reduced stats by -1/-1. Also you need to list how many clones are created when the bolt lands.

Rakurai Bijon is fine.

Instantaneous movement isn't allowed aside from the Hiraishin, which this is basically trying to do a Hiraishin with lightning only. So this one sadly has to be denied.
