Amos listened carefully to the young man's story about he came into contact with Lily. It all seemed to fit the bill and fix any loose ends in the old legend about her. The old hunter looked a little surprised by the information. He never knew Persephone would have the guts to try and trick Hades. She always seemed so passive and submissive. But what did Amos know. He had never visited the underworld of Hades. But from the sound of it, he might have to, just fish old Hades out of the river of souls. Not that he would though. Instead, Amos focus more of his attention on Lily.
"This definitely changes things." The old hunter sighed. "If Hades stuck in Styx, then it must be chaos down there. More importantly, it's given Lily time to plan her course for genocide." Amos bluntly dropped his bombshell of information on the table before further explaining himself. "You see Arthur." Amos said leaning forward on the table. "You aren't the only one that's in danger. Another mutual acquaintance of ours. Katrina Nave is also being targeted by Lily. But this was mostly an attempt to intimidate myself. Miss Aides is after something I possess that can wreak total decimation of life on earth."
The hunter smacked his lips together, feeling his mouth go dry from of this talking. "She's after something known as the Ruyi Jingu Bang, otherwise known as the staff wielded by the great and powerful Monkey King. The rod itself has the power to grow and shrink to any size, but also kill with just a touch. The latter of two abilities has be sealed away by an ancient spell, but I fear Lily may know how to unlock it."

 Artie Hopper Artie looked over at Korosu when she let out a little sigh and saw a strange look in her eyes that gave him a light shiver, though didn't know why, before looking back at Amos. He noticed the surprise on the old man's face about some of the information that he had given him. Soon, Amos started to speak again, dropping a so called bombshell, "I already knew that, it's one of the things she's mentioned during our last two meetings. As for Kat, then I would suggest you protect her because I have a feeling she may do something that could endanger her life so that she can protect this town, which would be a problem. Also, I already know about your staff that belongs to Son Goku, as for what you could do with it... hmmm... Why don't you speak to Will, the Diplomat of the dragons, or if you can find him since he is in town currently, Danny, the King of the Dragons, also regarded as the strongest being on this planet. It's pretty easy to tell what he looks like with his black hair with blue highlights as well as his black suit and blue dress shirt. The most noticeable feature he has would be his cape that he wears all the time and the floating crown he has." Artie explain, similarly dropping a nuclear bombshell that the strongest creature was currently casually in town. "If you explain your circumstances, I'm sure he'll help you out, Will has said that he's a good guy." He added with a light smile as he got up and got three cups of water before coming back and giving one to Amos, and one to Korosu before sitting himself down again. "But, that is my opinion on the matter, after all, the king himself as something to gain in protecting this town." He finished as he drank a bit of his water.

 Korosu snapped out of her thoughts once Artie gave her the cup of water, "Thank you," she said with a little smile and sat up straight. Amos thought he would be dropping a bombshell on Artie, but in reality is was dropped on her. She remained calmed through all that was said. Despite her getting lost in thought, she was still paying attention to the men as they spoke. Korosu stayed silent, it didn't seem like her place to speak. It was all new to her, it's not like she could help out in any way either. This is why I hate leaving my house. People are walking bombs, waiting to explode. She thought, taking a sip of her water. For Korosu, she didn't care of your race, she hated everyone equally. Her ears perked up when the staff was mentioned, but thought nothing major of it. So now everyone's in danger excluding myself, just swell. The girl rubbed the side of her face, not sure how to handle the situation.

Amos watched and listened quietly to Artie's explanation of everything he knew. The hunter did cringe a bit when the boy referred to the Monkey Kind by his Japanese name. Something about the Japanese name version just didn't fit right with him. If he ever heard someone say Son Goku, Amos would usually correct them and then give them a long lecture. Lord knows how many times Amos' master ingrained the history lesson into his head. The hunter would make damn sure everyone else would too. But, this wasn't the time to be picky with words.
Then mention of there being dragons residing in the limits of the city was a bit of shocking news. Dragons. Here there be dragons, in the city. Just casually living. Amos couldn't remember the last time he met a dragon. He'd come a across wyvern and drakes, but not full dragons. From the sound of it, if Amos could just alert the being of the potential danger, perhaps the threat of total genocide could be eliminated. It sounded like a good enough plan, but where was this guy? Well, it could be too hard to find, The King of Dragons. Amos backed his chair out, not touching his cup of water at all. "Well, Mr. Hopper. Thank you for answering my questions. I hope you have a lovely evening." The hunter gave a shallow bow of his head and picked his sword before heading to the door and exiting the boy's apartment. gynophobia

Artie Hopper Artie closed his eyes for a moment as he thought for a moment as the three of them sat there in silence to take in all that had been said before taking out his phone and checking something as Amos stood up. "Yeah.. no problem." He replied as he glanced at the man as he started to head to the door. "Downtown Boulevard." He suddenly said before the man was out the door. "Check the Downtown Boulevard, you will find him there." The boy said as he looked at Amos with a light smile as he put away his phone into his pocket. "I hope things will work out." He finished as he stood up and put away his cup and Amos's cup. Once the man was gone, the boy let out a light sigh as he moved to the couch in the living room and sat down and leaned back, feeling a bit tired from all that serious talk.

Korosu leaned back in her chair, still sitting at the kitchen table. She sighed and stood up, placing her cup in the sink. "Well, that was unexpectedly serious. Heh." She laughed lightly, trying to lighten the mood. Korosu sat down at the far end of the couch, away from Artie. "Are you alright, Artie ?" She asked, looking over at the lad, "It's getting late, isn't it ? Shouldn't you get ready for bed ?" She asked with a little smile. Korosu wasn't sure of the time, but it felt late. The girl felt tired herself.

Artie Hopper "Yeah, it was pretty serious.." Artie replied as he stretched a bit. At her comment about it being late, he looked at the clock, it was barely 1 pm. "More like it's still early afternoon..." He replied with a sigh and a light laugh, all that serious talk made it feel later than it actually was. It also didn't help that it felt rather warm in the room because of the warm weather today. "I am tired, but I'm not really feeling sleepy." He stated and laughed a bit. "So, what now Korosu? I don't really feel like finishing this movie now. Is there anything you wanna do?" He asked her before feeling a light shiver go down his back as he remembered earlier when she had held on to him.

"Oh ?" She looked over at the time, "God damn, it feels like later. Wow." She pondered his question, what else could they possibly do ? She didn't feel like watching a movie either. "Uh, what do you do for fun around here ?" Korosu asked, tilting her head back. "I'm not entirely sure what I want to do either. I'm up for anything right now." Maybe she could figure out a way to get closer to the kid. She looked down at Xo, Hm. Maybe he could help me out again, but this time I'll make sure he gets away with it. What he could do is beyond me sadly. Korosu let out a light sigh.

Artie Hopper "..Fun? Umm.. Usually I'm just playing video games or am hacking the Pentagon." Artie replied honestly, though he did just say something rather terrifying in a casual tone. "So, honestly, I really have no idea on what to do, but jeeze it's really warm today.." He added with a sigh as he stretched a bit, feeling somewhat uncomfortable because of the warmth in the room. He let out a light sigh as he leaned back on the couch and closed his eyes for a moment.

She let out a light giggle. Hack the Pentagon, he was a funny boy. Korosu noted when he said we was getting warm. Without realizing it, she placed her cold hand on his face. "How does that feel ?" She flashed a smile, hoping her sudden contact with him didn't scare him. The only thing she wanted to do was cool him down. "D-Don't forget, I'm practically a walking ice cube." She moved closer to him and placed her other hand on his neck. "You don't mind this, right ?" She asked with her little puppy dog eyes, trying to guilt the boy into letting her continue to touch him. This was the breakthrough she was waiting for. For the first time, she was happy it was kinda warm.

Artie Hopper Artie blinked a bit as he felt a cool sensation on his face, causing him to open his eyes and saw Korosu touching his face. He blushed lightly, though he also paled lightly, "A-Ah... i-it feels nice b-b-bu-." He started to reject as she put her other hand on his neck as she moved closer to him and said that she was basically a walking ice cube and asked if he didn't mind as she gave him puppy dog eyes. It was really hard refuse at this point since she only wanted to help him out, "A-A-Alright, y-you can d-do this.." Artie finally said, giving in to her request with a wry smile as he started an attempt to at least enjoy the coolness of her hands. They were really nice for such a warm day, so he couldn't help but relax a bit from it, unaware of Korosu's sneaky plot.

Korosu giggled silently again, happy Artie allowed her to touch him. A little light bulb went off in her head, why cool just his face when she could cool his whole body ? Being too shy to ask, fearing his response, Korosu took the initiative to sit herself on his lap. Korosu knew he would have a problem with this, but he'd have to throw her off before she'd consider moving. "Y-You don't mind this, right ?" The girl asked, snuggling onto his chest. Things were going perfectly for now. Korosu was seeing how much she could get away with before he got really uncomfortable.

Artie Hopper Artie could clearly tell that she was happy, but before he knew it, she was suddenly sitting on his lap. "W-W-What a-are you d-doing?" He asked quickly as she started to snuggle onto his chest. He wasn't sure how to respond when she asked if he didn't mind this before he noticed that his whole body was starting to feel nice and cool. He bit his lip a bit, she did feel nice and cool, maybe she was just trying to cool him down. While having some doubts, he gave his reply, "A-Alright.." He said carefully, blushing a bit as he felt her body press against his, feeling her coolness against his warmness.

(( NOW IF WE'RE TALKING BODIES. YOU GOT A PERFECT ONE DO PUT IT ON ME. )) Slowly, she placed her hands on his cheeks. "Heh, nice and cool ?" Korosu asked, smiling warmly. She waited a bit before going in for the kill, she already has the boy pinned, now it would just be a matter of seconds. If she could get up the courage to do so, she was still figuring out how to casually make her move while making it look like an accident. Maybe I could just lean in and say Xo pushed me again. Hm, but would he really believe that again ? Korosu thought, not realizing she was leaning in closer. It wasn't entirely noticeable, at least not to her. By the time she realized, her face was close to his. Nervous in what to do, she blushed and quickly kissed his forehead. "S-Sorry about that. Hehe." She laughed nervously, this was becoming harder than she thought.

Artie Hopper Artie remained still as she slowly placed her hands on his cheek, "Y-Yeah.. i-it is.." He replied with a slow nod as he was blushing lightly. It was at that moment he noticed that her face seemed like it was slowly coming closer, which it was. "K-Korosu?" He said her name and she seemed to snap out of it and suddenly kissed his forehead before laughing nervously. Artie's face at that point was rather red as he looked her in the eyes. "I-I-It's fine... d-d-don't worry about it.." He replied with a light smile, but his mind was racing. He knew what was going on, but he couldn't just tell her to get off and risk her getting mad at him or depressed, he doubted that he could handle that, so he didn't say anything, but he was worried about the direction this was heading.
