Someone from my old quest thread told me that I should open a shop, but I knew that I could never manage one since I already have a charity and such. My coding is quite simple compared to what the other shops make, but I guess some people like the simple style!
No problem! The guild in general becomes more active after an announcement is sent out since most people forget about the guilds system ^^;

Haha yeah you've got the right idea, I'm personally turned off by threads that have so much clutter that I'm feeling more annoyed at their pretentiousness than generous haha. Anyway, you're on the right track with keeping it simple in my opinion.
Yeah I definitely noticed that the guild gets more active after announcements after the popularity of my giveaway thread skyrocketted overnight haha. I don't think the guild's in any danger of ever disbanding due to unpopularity though (~:

I've been pretty goood, this week's been huge. I've been doing interviews and writing articles, but my tutor's been happy with one of my articles, I'm yet to see what my other one thinks (I have that class in roughly an hour). The weather's starting to get colder too so that basically kills my motivation for going to uni but I'll soldier on haha. There've been pretty hectic storms the past two days, perfect weather to stay home, if only... My day's been pretty damn good though, had a class this morning, had lunch with my friends and am now just finishing off the draft for my next class.
I hope the charity's going well, I'll drop by when I next have the chance! (~:

...welp Steampunk is 205 million, Yellow is uncomputable with Ultimate Rival (that's 5 billion alone) [though without that, it's 72.5 million, couting Keymaster but not Blessed Hat] Nano-C is complete bs (5 billion!) the rest of Blue Set is 265.25 million, Kamilla's Vamp Top is for naught, the rest of Red Set is 456 million, Incomplete Violet Set is 21 million (that's at least; Eldritch Assassin is betted)

What does it mean to give to others, and why do people do it?
While I do have a really long-winded talk about the concept of giving, it's pretty scatter-brained and rather difficult to read.
Therefore, I'll give the gist: Giving is: 1. a necessity for survival back in the old days, when people lived as a small group with neither advanced tools nor a sustainable food supply 2. the only way how babies even grow up properly 3. an act that strengthens the bond between the giver and the receiver 4. something that is inherently selfless, but can have selfish motives 5. an action that brings out generosity and gratitude 6. a way by which the differences between one and another are lessened, especially the gap between rich and poor 7. an amazing thing that is an integral part of the most powerful emotion of all: love

I'm doing pretty alright today. I have four interviews to do for an article that's due tomorrow night, so I'll be under the pump writing out the transcripts from them but writing the actual article shouldn't be too much of a struggle hopefully. It's worth 35% of my mark for the unit too so that makes it even more insane. But I'll survive. Other than that I don't know what I'll do, probably read A Game of Thrones, play Dark Souls and watch anime if I have the time. What about you?
