She drew back the hammer on the gun and gave Cass a flat look, "The name's Eden Trucks, I'm the head of security, and you're a galdurn liar." She dug her knee further into Marcus's back for good measure. "So since we're playing the question game, why are you impersonating my personnel? Is this some sort of corporate biological warfare or a government cover-up?"

Well the zombie was dead. Or dead-er. But for whatever good that did. The woman--Aria was a mangled wreck. It was a wonder she was even standing with wounds like that. Much less, threatening them.
And then there was Dakota.
Ryan teetered a little, growling, as Dakota used him to climb back onto his feet. "I swear to God, Dakota, if you pull my pants down, I'll get her to spray you again." Blindness or not. There was no excuse in his books. Regardless, due to the fact that the fellow moon hunter was in fact blind, Ryan allowed him to use him as support.
"Umm, good plan and all, but last I checked this place was infested with zombies. I don't think we can risk another encounter like that."

Holy crap. Now the mist leader was bearing a mace at them. Actually, hadn't Aria been acting weirdly this entire time? This was hardly like her. She hadn't even summoned her weapon. Wait, did that mean--great. Sighing, Wilson tugged at his mask, making sure it was clearly dangling around his neck while he held up both hands.
And his smile was not a yandere smile, thank you very much. Wilson then pointed to Dakota. "And that over there is Dakota, if you haven't guessed it already. Also, Ryan has a point, but what other choice do we have if we want to get out of this building? Unless we find an elevator to minimize encounters, but even then we don't know what exactly will happen."

"Okay seriously, he's really my husband, my name is really Cassandra Hasan, he's really Marcus Hasan, and the fact you're calling me out on not being security for the reason of being head of security and not for the fact that I'm in my pajamas is kind of nice, I'm not going to lie." Seriously, she was in her pajamas. This was what happened when you lost everything you owned to a Kaiju Insanity Titan.
"Miss Trucks, I was claiming to be a part of security because I was hoping to be able to find survivors and I felt that if I claimed to be someone in an authority position it would increase my odds of getting people out of here alive with minimal fuss. However, I can see you are smarter than that, so.." Cass unsummoned the entirety of her weapon, leaving both of her hands empty as she held them up in front of her. "I'm a civilian who got caught up in this mess, I don't think I'm smart enough to be part of the government, to be perfectly honest either."

Aria's shoulders shook as she struggled with her weapon of choice. "Don't touch me." She repeated again, "I don't know who you are or where you came from or what the hell is going on but don't you dare come any closer!"

"Hey...Hey." Okay if she wasn't Aria....."Okay let's start over. We've all said our names, What's yours?" Dakota didn't move from his spot at all, the spray finally dimmed down to just a mild sting, and his vision was returning to normal. If anyone mentioned tears, he'd punch them in the face. "We won't touch you, I apologize again about that. And as we said, We're part of security. Looking for Survivors to get out of here. I need you to calm down Miss." Dakota tried to gentle his tone.
"We don't have a lot of time, and unless you want to stay with the other zombies, I'd think a smart woman with you would realize the position we are all in." He looked at Wilson, as if to say....'DO SOMETHING WILSON.'

The look from Dakota didn't go unnoticed. "Hmmmm." Wilson crossed his arms and lightly cupped his chin with one hand. "We could do as you say and not come any closer, but are you sure you can handle those zombies on your own? Or maybe you're planning to stay inside this room until somehow they all disappear?" He gestured all around him. "If you want to get out of this building, I would say it would be best to stay with us."

Ryan had to bite his lip and look away. Watching Dakota talk seriously, while tears were streaming down his face was a trigger for laughter.
He would just... watch for zombies until they were done talking and decided something.

It was plain to see that she was thinking, wavering. "I don't trust you," she said at last. She was looking straight at Dakota as she spoke. "I'm not wearing my nametag yet you knew my name and said it several times. You... all of you don't look like security."
Aria tightened her grip on her weapon of choice. "Explain." Pause. "Please." A single word forced out and weighed down with desperation.

Oh s**t, How did he explain.
"Um, Okay s**t." Dakota rubbed his hand over his head. "We aren't security. We are a team called hunters. We are sent in when something....unnatural happens. The truth is, we were sent here to find you and other possible survivors."
He kept looking at her though, sighing at the look.
"And we know you because....you know us. Before this, you had another job....a really important one." He turned to Ryan and Wilson again, jabbing Ryan in the stomach for laughing at him.

Wilson wanted to say something, but first he needed to gauge Aria's reaction at Dakota's vague explanation. Testing the waters, so to speak. He merely glanced at Ryan and Gale before looking back at Aria.

For his trouble, Aria activated the fire extinguisher and sprayed Dakota with it. He would find himself cold and damp. Oddly enough it was soothing compared to the pepper spray earlier, even though now his clothes were very likely ruined with white residue. He would have Questions from Candance that he would have to Answer later.
"Bull." Aria said at last. She leveled a look at the other hunters. "Anyone else want to give it a try? The truth this time."

Floor 9Marcus just sighed. "I'm wearing my wedding ring if you don't believe her. And as further clarification- we got called here at 5 in the morning and told to find people." He grunted not enjoying knee in the back. "Also you look a lot like my boss Miss Carr.... who was a person we got woken up at 5 am to find." Can he be allowed to get up yet, his leg was falling asleep.

Dakota took the blast full on and just stared.
And then walked away.
"I'm leaving. I don't have to deal with this....." And then proceeded to rage kick zombie a** outside of the office.
