right now my guilty pleasures are
het pairings with hinata *dodges fruit* i know! yaoi guild = not het, but it is a guilty pleasure! redface
other than that...
duo maxwell/draco malfoy (same initials so no having to change the towels)
robin/slade
iruka/kakashi and sasuke/naruto (never even liked the series and now look at me -_-)

Guilty pleasures, you say? Hm. I'm pretty shameless, so it's hard to feel guilty, but some of my less-recognized/kinkier favorites are as follows.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Lust/Riza, Russel/Fletcher, Ed/Hohenheim, Ed/Fletcher
Naruto: Itachi/Sasuke, Orochimaru/Kabuto, Kakashi/Sasuke, Gai/Lee sweatdrop , Gaara/Temari (sandcest in general, be it two or three siblings) sweatdrop , Ino/Sakura, Iruka/Naruto, Neji/Hinata (because I'd love to see it done well)
