Malcom looked at Momo while eating, shifting onto his stomach so he didn't dribble as much with his spoon, resting on his elbows. "I think he should find out. I think you two should learn. I want to learn too. I mean, I know all about my Hal, and he is very happy. And I'm happy. I like looking at the sand in the sky and I like sneezing and I like my lucky arm." he held up his stub, "I think he can taste happy. He can probably taste like we do, but since he doesn't eat a lot he doesn't know all the flavors. He just knows what it tastes like because he watches you eat. Kind of like when I try to eat like Hal but I can't because I'm not Hal." and laughed before starting to eat like the wolf, face becoming messy.

Malcom gave a squeal and a laugh, flailing a bit before letting himself be cleaned up, grinning from ear to ear and taking the spoon. "But I don't know how! I'm Hal now, remember?" but began to eat properly, sort of. He was lapping from the spoon instead of the bowl now, and catching Momo's eye he grinned and ate one proper spoonful.

"No. I like it hot." and began eating properly again. The maned wolf was sniffing at the pot now, sticking his nose in before eating from it, or he tried but he he backed away with a whine, burning his tongue.

Hal blinked, turning on from sleep mode and looked around. Had he remained in one spot the entire time? With a panicked look he listed to the voices outside the room, they still seemed to be eating, and his internal clock showed only eight minutes had passed. Why had he entered sleep mode? Odd, that wasn't normal. He walked back out quickly, holding p the boon. "A new blanket. We'll be needing this, however Malcom you'll be carrying this since it's yours."

Malcom looked up curiously. "Mine?"

"Well you can't always sleep with Monoki's things. So yes yours."

The dog whined its thanks and started to eat again.

"I started looking this blanket up in my databases." he lied, knowing that lying was a malicious program. It came out before he could even process it. "It has a good thread count and the bran was quite popular, it will keep Malcom warm and since it's a king sized blanket, you both could easily fit into it." he explained after a quick search into his database.

"Gimme! Gimme gimme!" Malcom jumoed up and towards the android, arms extended to receive the blanket.

"All right. Take good care of it though. We have some rope that you can tie it to yourself with."

The boy took it happily, looking at the fabric with a big grin. "look, Hal!" he showed the beast. "I have something!"

The wolf sniffed at it curiously before sneezing in approval.

"We can tie the lid on it and wash it later." Hal said, going to the kitchen and finding the lid, bringing it back and taking out the rope and tying it. "Malcom come here so I can tie it to your back." and waited for him to move over before tying. "Are we going to follow the underwater current, Momo? Or do you want a new direction? Being that radiation is in the air I'll have to clean you both out before we depart."

"We would run the risk of contaminating the water for the next person and I'd rather not do that. We can just guess which way it is going and considering where we came from was rather dry, we are no doubt heading in the right direction." he finished tying the blanket to Malcom. "There you go."

"Thank you! Look Hal!" he showed his back off to the dog before looking at the android, "Does he get to carry anything?"

"No, I think it'd be best if he didn't." he stood, grabbing the clothes and putting them back on. "We can get moving quickly, then."

"You look human when you wear those, right Momo?"

"But he's so nice. I'm not scared of you, Hal."

Hal smiled, "Thank you Malcom." and stood straighter as Momo walked closer, doing a quick scan of his entire body. "This should be no more than two minutes." he warned Momo, gently taking the human's face in his hands, opening his mouth before pressing his lips over it. Exhale, inhale.

Malcom stared. "You're, kissing? He cleans by kissing? Ew." he crinkled his nose. "I don't want to be kissed. Blech." and continued to make gagging and vomitting noises until they were done.

"There, that was a more useful kiss than the one before breakfast." Hal teased before crouching down. "But you need one too, Malcom. You'll get sick if you don't."

"You can't make me!"

"You're right, I cannot."

"Placing your lips on each other is kissing." he murmured, frowning but looking at Hal, walking over.

"Momo didn't like it either, Malcom. it took him a year to get used to it. I'll be gentle." he wouldn't hold the boy's face, he didn't want him to feel trapped. He leaned and covered the boy's mouth, exhaling oxygen and waiting, and waiting, he pulled away. "Malcom you need to breathe."

"But it's so weird!"

Hal chuckled. "Come on, let's try again." and waited for the boy to relax before trying, finding some resistance, but he managed to clean him out in under three minutes, standing. "I believe we're all ready to go then, Momo."
