"Darn..." Tiek sighed and wondered if anyone here knew what was going on. "You have an interesting shape.." Now that he was gaining shards, shapes made more sense. "What is your name?" Maybe this was too forward, but he realized that he had no idea what social niceties were.

Of course, she knew better than to assume that every attempt would be that easy. The little things were pretty damn evasive, to say the least. Or well, when she made an active attempt to go after one, they seemed all the more stubborn to stay away from her.
She was beginning to wonder if these things were sentient, judging by how they liked to float close, only to go whizzing off when she tried to grab them.

Surely there was a better way to go about catching these things. A net, for example, or some kind of trap...
For a moment, Ixyguin eyed the destruction around her, wondering if she could salvage anything. It only took her a few seconds until she admitted that it was kind of a ridiculous idea and promptly dismissed it with a sigh.
And then she somehow grabbed one when she lifted a hand with the intention of rubbing her temples.

Zauus bent down and picked up her fragments before her hand was taken by Zihyu. She could not help but mimic Zihyu's dance to celebrate the achievement. She followed obediently with the other girl. Zauus saw the one that Zihyu picked up, but decided to let it go. She was almost done and Zihyu needed more to collect. And besides, she liked seeing someone else happy to collect another fragment.

At this rate, she was beginning to wonder if it would be better if she stood around idly and just stretched her hands out in an expectant manner. Because clearly that would work.

Licraesa smiled, and she found that meant she looked happy in an attempt of a greeting, but she wasn't sure if her shape could properly emote. "We are alive," she said, nodding her head in response. "I wish that was a thing I knew, but..I'm afraid I don't."
She turned back to the dangling lights in the air, hand outstretched.
"We're here for a reason, I think."
Someone appeared in the corner of her eye-- another yellow-heart, and she waved at them, too, before reaching out to grasp for a crystal.
It slipped through her fingers.

It was a rather strange request. or at least Maiden would have thought so if he knew what strange was. "Um, you have some grey on there." the little shadow decided to point out, directing a finger to the middle region of tthe shadows body above its heart core. "For some reason, you seem excited, why's that?" he decided to pipe up as he stalked behind a gem that was trying to walk along a broken piece of metal.
"You seem... like after you touched that thing it made you excited. what's excited?" The gem was in his grasp and it did look good, taking it in hand and trying to push it in front of his face, to test the warmth.

The sudden sound had the tips of his head up in alarm as he looked around for the voice. "Did you hear something?" He was asking the handsome creature.

Was trying to snatch one out of the air like a cobra a good strategy? She didn't really think so, or even if it was, she wasn't so sure that she could move that fast. Honestly, she was still trying to get used to her body and the fact it felt so unusual, but well...
At least it felt a lot better than it had when she first woke up. That was a plus at least.

Clumsy flailing didn't really seem to be her thing. In the end, Ixyguin determined that the best thing for her to do would be to go with the last strategy that had worked...
...Which was basically stand there, wait until they came to her, and then grab them.
Somehow or the other, it seemed to work.

"Have two now! You must be ..." The word escaped her for the moment especially as the glimmer of another fragment caught her eye. As she wandered toward it it appeared that it was some sort of trick of the eyes as there was nothing there. Or was there? At a second glance she caught the illusive fragment and made a grab for it. 'bye...'

"I think the blessing is agreeing too much." She covered her face again, thinking that it would end the yellow flush of her features.
It didn't.
And while she was busy trying to hide her embarrassing little attribute, She was missing the cutest thing in the world. Or maybe she didn't, as she looked briefly up to watch the small dance of his ears. her own fluttered in response but she paid them no mind. In fact she didn't even notice at all.
She couldn't stop her hands as they reached up...up and up until she was just about to touch them. Then a rough bump into her shoulder cause her hand to jerk and latch on to one of his ears, pulling it down.
"OH MY JACK I AM SO SORRY." She yelled, looking behind her at the girl and panicking. "I AM SORRY TO YOU TOO." Though she wasn't sure why.

Seeing as the goddess had departed, Aima turned to the rest of the setting, eyes wide with curiosity. Fragments, floating around her in beautiful harmony with the rest of the scenery. Music seemed to play from each one as it fell.
"Hello," she said to one as it fell into her hand. Was this another creature come to aid her?
Almost instantly a hazy image filled her mind. Sunlight streaming through an open window, signaling morning. Loud car horns and steam hissed through the air, beginning the day's dawn. A lazy girl lay in bed. The girl was her.
Her eyes opened, and she was back in the ruins. More questions.

After catching five, Ixyguin decided there was no reason to continue. After all, despite the fact she had managed to grab a couple, none of the words that flickered through her mind had seemed familiar. It was odd, really, but...
