More hair, just slowly building it up- Frost was determined to get it at least a little better than where he'd started... though it was hard to say if it was even possible. Ears back and tail down, the ghost glared as he debated adding in more bones.

A sigh, he managed to slowly lower a tooth into the brew, not spilling on himself, not getting bumped, and not dropping it- much better. Now to just not ******** it up. Nervousness began to set into the boil. Would he make it, could he make it? Would he just ******** it up?

Xiomara kept getting distracted. Not only that but she mixes the wrong ingredients.
She stopped and sighed. She had to continue. Failure was not an option.

The room sneeze to be getting colder and colder as the minutes go by. She want sure if the room had to be cold for the potion but it didn't have to be this cold.

Xio stopped her mixing and sat dow. She was finish and done with mixing the potion. She kept getting distracting, or mixing the wrong ingredients. To top it off its so hot.

Merope emerged from under his desk, shaking a cracked vial at Ren. "Yeah. Right," the undead boil grumped as he dropped back into the seat, sulking as he listened to the professor. He threw the items together, chewing his half-lip as he added in the cracked frog's breath. He hoped that whatever was in there was still in there. Matteo gave Zephyros a small, encouraging smile. "With the way you're going... I think it'll work." The quetzalcoatl seemed to be doing well enough on his own, so Matteo turned to focus on his own ingredients. Unfortunately, Matteo didn't appear to have Zephyros' natural aptitude for potions -- though it probably didn't help that he threw the whole of the Wolfsbane in first, partly out of ignorance and mostly out of curiosity to see whether or not it would explode.
It didn't, but the mixture bubbled ominously. Matteo's visible eye gleamed. Interesting...

The churning liquid was beginning to turn a rather worrying shade of puce. It bubbled -- then fumed -- and as much as Matteo liked to think an explosion might liven things up, this looked downright acidic and liable to burn his skin off. Not the sort of 'fun' he had in mind. Carefully, he pulled down his rolled sleeves over his elbows.
"You might wanna stand back." He warned. The next ingredient, the golem clay, was handled far more carefully. Matteo cradled it in his palm, testing its consistency. It smelled of earth, and whatever magic once held it together was threatening to crumble. He'd have to keep that in mind, in case he ever decided to add such a material to his puppets...

Right. This wasn't working. Maybe he should have used the bat spleen by now? Matteo grabbed the small, slimy thing, considered cutting it, but decided against it after the resounding belch his sorry attempt at a potion made. Right then. In it went. Matteo couldn't mess up now. There was still a bit of clay left. Carefully, ever so carefully, with small fingers adept with delicate work, he sprinkled the dirt into the potion.
