*Shortstraw however was closin gup for the night. He changed clothing and was at this point laying down in bed with keria, or even more so about pushin gher down on to the bed just to do it. Again he asked evelyn to be part of it, but she didn't have too if she didn't want to. Solfora and Donte were now passed out. The night went well.
However Eve looked up after Hana, "i susspect your'll fail me." She stood, "i do hope you prove me wrong, becuse surely we are in for a fight." She mumbled to herself. She clensed her hand around somthing tight and headed out the front door. She looked around alot while moving through town untill she found Mordikei and walked up to him, "what are you doing out here? Wheres Kyle?"

Mordekai sat down on the bench and put his face in his hands. "I.. I lost him." He sobbed slightly. "He just ran off.. and now I can't find him." He grunted. "I've looked everywhere.." Mordekai didn't even feel Kyle's aura anymore. He'd really disappeared. All because he said something stupid. Mordekai knew Kyle really cared about Theodore and Evelin but he didn't understand the obsession. Where did it come from? And how did Kyle become so passionate about it? He'd hoped sending him to school would help break the bond a little but Kyle didn't show any less enthusiasm. And he was such a happy boy.

*Eve sat down beside Mordikei, "i see kid troubles." She shied, "not really my thing. But i guess since your my part uncle i'll try. I'm guessing the kid is hiding things. True nature that is. As a phonix and gaurdain child he will always have his secrites. He however will not like bing held down on things. I susspect he likes evelin and theador so much becuse they too are a mix. That and perhaps becuse of somthing more." She looked to him, "both keria and your wife was doughters of the sun. Meaning the three children are connected thorugh somthing we cannot understand..." Suddenly Veria appeared, "uncle..." she pused, "eve?" Eve shrugged, "i tryed to give alittle advice, not my cup of tea though. He's all yours." She stood up to leave. Meanwhile Veria took mordikeis hand, "Uncle i'm sure i can find your son. However we must be carful. I have suvalence everywhere both at the castle and the city, and there was a claoked figure who spoke to him through brainwaves about running away. Kyle will never be a ordinary child, however i also warned you on how you were treating him. By drinking, by being rapped up in sadness, you weren't bonding with him instead. So thats what we need to do." She smiled, "lets go find him. Before it's too late. Never give up, your child should be everything and more then enough to do anything. I understand that now, becuse I too will be a mother within a day or two. Come now, no time to waist." She stood and held out her hand. Leave it to veria, the one who truly loved her uncle to be there no matter how he dispised the family. IT was how it was, best be prepaired to fight for it.

Mordekai looked up. "He is everything to me." He tentatively took her hand and stood up before shoving his hands into his pockets. "Maybe I don't give him enough freedom, I don't know. Demi was always better at this. She always knew exactly what to do." He looked to the floor. "I'm trying everything I can to relate to him. He's so much like her... it's hard to.." He shook his head. "I didn't.. expect him to run away.. He's a smart boy..." He rubbed his eyes. "I never mean to.. upset him... he's all that I have.."

Veria nodded, "then you need to be on his side. It's okay to be the father when it really counts, but being it's just you and him, you need to be a team, not just son and father." She nodded and closed her eyes, "His aura is vary tracable by on becons. I can track him. However..." she opened her eyes, "only you can go to him to set thing right. I cannot get too involved." She took a breath, "be ready." She then tilported whereever she thought he was.
Meanwhile Eve was quickly trying to get going on her mission. With her starting early, that ment she would show up that much earlyer, wether hana beat her there or not. She admitt, she's slow compared to hana. She in comparicion had strieght though. This would be a ultamate test for hana as of the timeing. They were now going to a deathtrap.

Unfortunately however, when they teleported, they ended up in the exact same spot they came from. "Huh?" Mordekai exclaimed, confused. He then quickly looked back to Veira. "What happened?" There were only a few people powerful enough to do an aura block. Cale sat up in the bed back in the castle and scowled. He felt it again. He got up and grabbed his jacket as he rushed out of Veira's room and teleported over to them. It was about this time that Hana had left the castle too. "Cale-" "Whatever you're doing, Chris is involved." Mordekai pulled a face. "Huh?" Cale looked to him. "Christopher is a powerful Nephilim that terrorized us, so we killed him." He frowned. "Doesn't seem too dead to me." Cale nodded. "Yeah, we were cautious of the fact that it was too simple."
"Close." The shadowy figure stood over Soflora and Dante. "So very close." Kato stood up and growled at the figure. "Intruder.. Intruder master." The figure grinned at Kato and lightly touched his forehead. "Ssshh, kitty." Kato fell to the floor in a slump. Then he glanced over to Alice."Hmm.." He disappeared.

*Veria frowned, "... i had a bad feeling it was him in town." She cursed, "this is bad indeed. If he has kyle then... we have a vary big problem." She was now dead serious, "cale you can sense him, then you can track his movments right? I know there isn't too much yall can do... but... it's time i face him myself. He cannot take my cosen like that. Now it's personal." She looked to mordikei, "uncle I'm sorry to say, but i'm now taking charge of the situation." She pointed, "get back in the castle. wake up shortstraw. Warn him... but leave keria alseep for now. She will freak out in a horrable state." She turned to Cale, "please tell me you can track this guy. It's not often i fight out alone in somthing, but he's hurt too many of you. Now he has kyle, unaceppteable."

Mordekai glanced back to them as he started to make his way back to the castle. This is just like what he just said to Kyle. He didn't know properly who this Christopher person was, but for Veira to get directly involved would mean he was trouble. As much trouble as his sister. Then again Veira got involved in a lot more than she was probably prepared to admit. Mordekai thought sadly as he came through the castle doors and quickly made his way upstairs. Cale winced. "It's hard to track him. He jumps between places so much. I guess he's on a mission now that he's back. And that's never good news." Mordekai slowly creeped through the door to their bedroom as he carefully went to Shortstraw's side and shook him awake. Kiera slept not so soundly next to him. "Hey, Shortstraw." He whispered. "There's a problem. This guy... Christopher's back. We think he's taken Kyle."
"Huh?" Kyle looked around himself in the darkness of a room. "Where am I?" He spoke to himself as he lit the carpet floor on fire so that he could get a better look of the room. Old, dusty, crammed with cobwebs. He automatically didn't like it. He looked around himself and clutched his arm. He must have landed in an odd position. Was that teleporting? This room was crammed and made him anxious. "How did I get here?"

*Shortstraw woke up quickly and put a hand over his mouth. He then looked to keria, damn he still said it outlaud. Shortstraw let go and checked the sleeping kids as he whispered. "It's confermed then. Let me guess... Veria." He sat up and turned on the side of the bed. "Alright then we're up aginst cales brother. Last time cale and I distroyed the guys soul. If that dont work, that means he either used the same trick ameile did with soul shards and fragments... well... actully thats the only way. Being a halfling, i know both heaven and hell wouldn't bring him back." He looked to mordikei, "this is a nightmare and more for keria. You must understand She must be protected at all times. And i'm going to do just that. However if i'm taking her with me everywhere..." he pulsed, "wait... if veria found out she would be telling me directly or sending me a messeage in my head." His eyes widened, "she sen tyou didn't she." He stood up and reached for his coat. "That means i'm suppost to hold the fort. She's going in!"
Veria on the other hand nodded, as she seemed to stare off into space a bit. "Alright hunny lisen. I'm going to use you this time. You are like chris, in which case that means your teliporting is simalar... im going to need to take your teliportation signature and use it to pinpoint the guy, if he then jumps i'll appear with him and we can dish it then and there." She looked to him, "but on the other note this will disable your teliporting for a few hours or nor when i use it to jump. Meaning you wil be left behind." She smerked, "momma has a big babby to teach a lession to." She took his hand, "ready?"

Mordekai went after him. "Yes, she said that'd she'd sort it. But won't it be okay? I mean.. Veira herself will easily be able to do this.." He said however unsurely as he glanced back to Kiera. "She said she didn't want Kiera involved anyway." He looked back to him. "Are you going after them?"
Cale made a face but nodded slowly. "Let me just... try and get him..." He concentrated. "I think he's moving around fast purposely." He squinted. "I can't get him." He tried to concentrate harder, then his face seemed to go a little blank. "Gone. Now he's gone too. Not just Kyle." He shook his head. "I can't get him at all."
"I took you here." Kyle turned quickly to see the same cloaked man standing in the corner of the room with his hands in his pockets. Kyle tried to see who it was although knew it wouldn't make much of a difference to his confusion. "You're the man from before." The figure nodded. "Well noticed." Kyle blinked. "So you took me here? Because I was saying I wanted to run away?" The figure nodded. "That's right." Kyle scowled. "This is kidnapping." The figure grinned. "This is what you wanted." The figure was suddenly behind Kyle as he spun around again. "Don't you want to know where your mother is?"

*Shortstraw shook his head as he leaned on the doorframe. But he had good eye of keria, "no. Veria's order is to stay here and gaurd the fort. If she sent you to come tell me, instead of doing it herself, that means she needs me to make sure chris dosn't get to keria or the kids as a major levrige. After all he messed up keria bad last time. She would have died if not a second later. I can't alow him near her or the kids. However, that dosn't mean i can't send my people to help out here and there. Evelyn will be most helpful." He put a hand on mordikei, "veria is the strongest and most intelligent so far that i known... even more so then keria, just becuse she's constant with it. However she's never fought in a fight of one on one before. If thats her plan... then she's going to need our support." She looked back then to mordikei, "you said he has kyle?"
Meanwhile Veria frowned. "damn..." She glared, "there must be another way then... where ever he's stopped if it's blocked that would be where he would put kyle." She looked cale in the eye, "the second you get a trace, you get me there. For now, go and protect charrlet." She actully forced cale to teliport to charrlet as she held out her hand and a snake tworled around it. She looked to it, "alright it's time to get to work. Go and get it." She let the snake move on as she then started to relocate. She started to tap into her sorces hidden around places then to the demon realm where she started to gather some demons, "alright it's time to locate a halfling." She called out. she wanted to take this guy head on. He was a real challenge... finally a perfict fight coming her way.

Mordekai shrugged sadly. "We think that's the case. Kyle disappeared as soon as Christopher arrived, so it's the only thing we have to work with at the moment." He sighed and went to sit on the floor. "I had a fight with Kyle and he ran away from me." He dipped his head into his hands. "And now he's going to be lost to me just like Demi."
Kyle's eyes widened. This guy knew about his mother? "You won't know." The figure grinned wider. "And why not? Being as I am I know a lot about what's between heaven and hell." Kyle knew it, his mother wasn't in either. "What are you?" Christoper brushed back a little of his long blonde hair and crouched down to Kyle's level with a small smile. "I'm Christopher. A Nephilim. My mother was a Demon and my father was an Angel. They were both taken from me when I was very young. But our kind can't go to either heaven or hell, because of the other power that lies inside of us. It's because of this I know a lot about the in-between. Humans call it Limbo. Yokai call it the Shinigami realm." Kyle blinked and was interested in every word. This man sounded like he knew what he was saying. But why bring Kyle here? To this dusty place? Why did he seem kind of scary? But he had a familiarity to Cale's easygoing aura. Kyle didn't like Cale very much. But he felt he could like this man. "We don't have much time, Kyle. Our lives are endangered. Are you with me?" Christopher held out his hand. Kyle was too curious to resist. He took his gloved hand carefully.

*Shortstraw shied, "mordikei... theres a chance with veria." He sat down beside him. "I know becuse... i was her first victum... i was her first experiment. She may be involved not only becuse of relation or even you for that matter. Usally stuff like that, she dosn't do such things, she supports from the background. I think she's in fear that chris will actully partner up kyle. As a kid he will most likly take a offer too. Veria may fear a new evil could be created out of your son, and in which case, she is going to confront it. At least thats what i get out of it after carful thought. Either way, if he does have kyle, theres a chance he will have to learn a big lession before he comes back to you. I'm sure he will come back, but the question is how long will it take for him to relize what he chooses. He's a kid with serites and absolute power after all. It will go to his head."

Mordekai winced. "It's my fault." He sighed. "I shouldn't have let Demi go to fight.. Demi should be here helping me.. she knew what to do.. I'm not cut out for this at all." He repeated the same thing's he'd been repeating since the day Demi died. Since then he'd visited her grave too often. Kyle never came with him though. Not once.
"Do you know where my mother is?" Christopher smiled to Kyle as he stood up properly again. "I've talked to her myself." Kyle's eyes widened more. "She's alive?" Christopher looked away. "Not quite..." Christopher looked back to him. "Not too long ago, your cousin Kiera and your mother went to fight Kiera's mother. Their mother was an evil woman, and she never seemed to die. So they decided to end it. Unfortunately, as they tried to kill her, Amelie dragged your mother with her. So they both died. And they both went to the same place. The Shinigami realm. And they both became Shinigami's." Kyle looked down. "What's a Shinigami?" Christopher smiled a little. "They're the beings that are living but not really living. Once they've become a shinigami they are erased of all their memories and given a notebook, in which to kill humans with. They're the passers of judgement for humans. They decide when they die." Kyle frowned. "So she won't remember me." Chris crouched back down. "My parents are Shinigami too. They don't remember a thing." He smiled. "However I know a way for your mother to come back." Chris got serious. "But first.. to be able to do this you need to stick by my side. It will take a little time. And in this time I can teach you things." He looked around himself to the fire that lit the room, then back to Kyle. "You're a very special boy, Kyle. I acknowledge that. And I can help you. Is this what you want?" Kyle soothed a little and nodded. "Yes."

*Shortstraw looked to Mordikei, "dont. No one knew that ameile could do such a thing. And Demi was beyond ameile... so no one seen it coming theres nothing more then that. Now you have to hold up your familiy. Even if small." He stood up and looked down dead serious, "i know you look at our family and think we are a bad omen. The Yokai family though does go through more then any other family in the world, though one thing still remains. We get through everything that comes at us with cofidence in who we are. One way or another we help eachother out when weakened, and we stand together when even the damndest happens. So get up. Set your way, and dont ever give in. Kyle is your son. Teach him, nurcher him. He will do wrong, and he will do right. it's up to you to be there when it all falls and pick him back up. Enough of this sadness thing about Demi. This is what she would wont right. Well them make that happen Mr mordikei."
