Julian had stayed close to Lumi when the Santa-thing had reared up and attacked them again. Maybe it was that he was too stunned when it started eating other students or perhaps it was just that he didn't want to leave her side and risk her being one of the snacks, but either way, he hadn't joined in the fight this time.
Besides, his classmates had seemed to handle the last of it without too much trouble. It had burst apart, after all.
Tickets rained down upon them, as well as other students; he was glad that this hadn't turned completely terrible. He caught a ticket as it fluttered by and tried to shake some of the peppermint smell off it before pocketing it with his others.
"I'm really sorry about dragging you into this, Lumi," he said as he turned back to her and gave her a sheepish little smile. He picked up something that had been momentarily discarded and offered her a fairly large stuffed animal. Its head and tail made it look like a fox, but that was the only way to tell, because it was completely made of black fabric, with white bones sewn onto its arms, paws, and face, with flowery scroll-work in shades of purple on top of that. "Why don't we go somewhere a bit less exciting for a bit?"

Lumikki just sat and stared at the creature as it came and went. It was eating students. There was no way she was going near that thing, it would try and eat her too clearly evident by the fact that it kept picking up students. Looking at Julian she just smiled and giggled slightly,
"Ah it was nothing. Besides...I uhm...wanted to see...well I wanted to uhm have you see my dress...is it uhm...oh."She completely was derailed on her train of thought when she saw the stuffed animal being held out to her. "Oh that's so cute! Where did you get it? Wai...wait is that for me?"She reached out to take a smile playing across her lips, tears slightly at the corner she was really kind of surprised and it was an odd feeling. Then hearing him ask about going somewhere else she just nodded slowly,
"The midway games are kind of fun and a lot less...dramatic"She grinned happily as she leaned closer to him, kissed his cheek and took his hand in hers.

Eitri landed with a thud, watching as tickets fluttered down all around him. A goofy grin spread across his face that seemed to be a result of more than just the alchohol he had consumed. He stood up, a ticket sticking to his nose that he gleefully pocketed. It was only one but that was better than none! He was a little wet but at least he smelt nice and was still in one piece. Things could have gone a lot worse.
He hurried off back to the prom tent, grinning ear to ear and humming softly.

Shaheen was so done with this. As much as the war woman loved a good fight, some of the enjoyment of it was completely sucked away by Shiks highly questionable behaviour throughout. Sure, a woman loved to be complimented, but there was a time and a place for such things!
So, she watched with lips pursed together as students and horsemen alike were consumed, highly considering knocking the executioner into its path so he might be eaten as well.
Lets face it. He would totally deserve it at this point.
When the santitanator exploded, she was only mildly surprised, and reaching out to snag some tickets, she turned on her heel to stride back to the tent.

Xaejil covered her eyes as the Santa thing exploded. Joyful gore sprayed like a weird sick sort of shower and she reluctantly released her magic rope and slid to the joyfully gooed ground.
Taking the cue from the others, Jil snatched up a handful of tickets before heading for the indoors. Her dress was definitely disgusting and she hadn't even gotten into the formal dance yet.
Even so.. she already was enjoying this school.

Oh. Cursed. Mess. It was a peppermint jack fest. Circe quickly picked up the tickets that had been taken and made a face. Maybe it was better to hold them away from her for a while. Circe looked around and realized everyone was heading off to wherever they needed or wanted to go. Maybe she should return to prom. She shrugged and headed back towards the tents.

Simply watched as it snatched up several more students, and then even more. Somehow, while sitting on the ground and tending to a small rip in her dress from debris, she hadn't gotten snatched.
What? How the hell? WELL! THAT WAS NO GOOD!
Sadly, she just didn't really have it in her to keep fighting, but it seemed to... do itself in. The last two were too much and... "Ew..." She cringed as she found herself plastered with wet gooey tickets and Jack only knew what else. She cringed a bit before peeling the tickets off of her and standing up as she essentially shook her whole body down not unlike a dog.
Icky bits everywhere. But, well... now they where on someone else maybe? Either way... "WELL IT'S DEAD!" And with that cheer of happiness the ghoul pranced off happily, tail flicking back and forth as she went.

Woo, that was a rush.
Being eaten by a Santitanator was something he did not expect, but it sure as hell made him pretty giddy about the whole thing. Prancing off, he figured he should get cleaned up a bit before continuing such a WONDERFUL PROM.

Maple had been miserable, obviously, thinking this was really her end. Being eaten by something. But, suddenly, she felt the walls of her doom shudder and then convulse, and suddenly it burst right open sending her rocketing towards the ground. She fell with a thud. The little witch was free. FREE!
And oddly feeling very cheerful. Maybe it was knowing she was going to live? She didn't know. All she did was that she was going to get out of here, as she did.

Olivia also was released, flying out of the belly of the beast at it exploded from too many belly shots (and too much food. Huh, this might have been a lesson on that). She fell with flop and a little bit of a roll, getting her dress a little more dirty (frowny faces) but nothing worse for wear.
"Huh," she sighed as she got up and brushed herself off. She felt a little wet? Odd. Well, she was out now, time to go enjoy the rest of Prom. OuO

Ithi was certainly relieved, though she couldn't say she helped much at all. With a small shiver and a puff of sand, she changed back into her humanoid form, relieved to see that her dress was intact. Everyone seemed to be rushing away from the scene as fast as they could, not that should could blame them, but it did seem the proper course of action. Stuffing a ticket or two into her small purse she hurried back toward the prom. She'd heard someone talking about a photobooth, or maybe even games! Those could be fun!

Danny frowned and moped rather loudly as she shrunk back down to her proper side. This wasn't fair at all! She'd been cheated. She could've gone to prom as Jackzilla. JACKZILLA.
Oh well. Nothing left but to go ride some rides and have more fun.

Ying on the other hand, was nothing but relieved to shrink back down to size. Having Kiwi on her shoulder actually kind of hurt, but once he was off she was all too happy to go back to their relaxing dance.

Rikki was pretty sure there should have been some comical 8-bit sound effect to accompany him shrinking back down to his normal height. It would have made the experience more fun. Now he was just regular Rikki - still shorter than his ghoulfriend.
He took her hand as they raced back towards the tent. He was ready to get back to normal prom things.

 Well that was a fun little turn of events... If fun could be counted as watching students and Horsemen getting eaten... Eh! They still got barfed back up, an action that made the witch put up her parasol in protection against the spray of people and peppermint and sugar cookie crumbs. Thank Hecate for the Highwire Ballerina props! And oh look! Tickets! A lot of tickets! The witch cackled as she scooped up some soggy tickets, grinning to herself as she skipped on back toward the main tent. Now it was time for some dancing! [Exit to Main Tent]
