No, Nikolai didn't want to think about that, not now. All that mattered right now was that Leon was free and back in his arms. He continued to whisper reassuring things to his lover while tenderly holding him, though he could already feel a lump of hatred sinking in the pit of his stomach. Whoever harmed his dear Leon would pay.

Perhaps it was Leon's imagination, but the prisoner's relentless laughter somehow found its way in, if even for a second.
Nikolai didn't seem to notice it. All he did notice was the hesitation and fear in Leon's voice. A frown settling on his lips, he nodded. "Of course. Come, dearie, we'll be out of here in no time."
"Not by that power of yours." Fredrich said as he reentered, a tired and cranky look on his face. "This prison is special thanks to the paranormal. Powers are unusable, so you'd better get used to walking."
Looking at the detective, Nikolai nodded slowly. "I'll call us a ride then." he said and pulled his phone out.

About ten minutes later a car pulled up. The front door opened and out walked a bewildered Markus Wilhelm. "Jesus Christ! Do you have any idea how chaotic the school's been since you two ran off?" he snapped, a vein pulsing at the side of his head. He had every right to be angry, too. He was stuck taking care of both their classes while dealing with little brats!
Taking a moment to calm down, Markus looked at Leon. "... So you didn't do it, right?" he asked about the stabbing.

Markus looked at Leon as told, but hesitated. "No, but..." You sure look like hell, he wanted to say, but he had a feeling none of the teachers wanted to hear that.
As Markus got the car running again, Nikolai sat besides Leon and put a supporting hand on his arm. He opened his mouth to answer him, but how could he tell Leon that his old friend was the reason for all this? "... Let's just worry about getting you home first, darling." he said quietly. He wasn't even sure if Leon had the mindset for such news.

Was it the latest fad for celebrities to become detectives? First there was Han, then there was Ellery with his hints, and now Eun-ho. Two more and he'd have the entire band!
"Why did you apply for this job?" Fredrich asked, crossing his arms. "Shouldn't you be working on your next concert?"

You're here to protect people and abide by the law. Understood?"
