I like reading very much to the point where I'd rather read than study for major-subject exams. My favorite authors are the following:
Jeff Somers
Jim Butcher
Neil Gaiman
Patrick Rothfuss
Terry Brooks
Terry Pratchett
Tom Clancy
I decided to start writing so I can tell to other people the story that has been in my head for years. I currently have writer's block, and as such, my story is on hiatus.
I also write poems.
I have several other hobbies which I will not say here due to laziness. Head on over to my profile.
I have told people that if I am not to become a successful engineer, then I am to become a successful writer and/or mangaka. welcome to the guild, and it's nice to see someone else who likes jim butcher here xD I hope you have fun here biggrin

Hello! I've been actively searching for a guild like this for... oh probably a week now... and I'm super excited to have found this one! Not even gonna lie... I giggle every time I see the name because it's so punny.
Um I write a lot, I have a writing store, am working on my own novel, and plan to major in creative writing (even though my dad thinks it's a bad idea)
I'm looking for somebody to help me edit my work both for the shop (mostly for the shop) and for my own personal work (because commas are my sworn nemesis)
I'm best at writing that's heavy on description, a little bit rusty with my poetry though it used to be my favorite form of writing (though I never really liked rhyme schemes)
Anyways, I'm so happy to meet you all biggrin

Hello, all.
My name is Nemo.
I'm 18 years of age as of June.
I draw, knit, crochet, sew. All different kinds of hobbies, really. I could never keep myself entertained on only one of them, so I decided to do them all!
I can never leave my appearance alone (mostly my hair. It's been dyed, cut, teased, grown out and bleached and dyed again. More times than I can count, really.) I'm always finding different ways to do my makeup and style my poor, poor hair.
I enjoy writing short stories, but as of late I've been craving to do something more. I want to write a short novel or something similar. But, I have my doubts that I'll ever really be able to write anything longer than a few pages. I've also done quite a bit of poetry, although it's not exactly my strong suit.
My favourite writers are Edgar Allen Poe, and Robinson Jeffers. Poe is one of my biggest inspirations, and he is forever at the top of my list of amazing writers.
I also roleplay frequently, which I think helps to fuel some ideas for my various stories and poems. (If anyone is interested in a new RP partner, feel free to PM me.)

Hello! My name is Samantha. My friends call me Samanthie or Sammy. I am 20 years old.
I love writing; anything and everything. I mostly write fiction and poetry. I have written a few epics, so I could utilize both. I also love dancing, swimming and drawing.
I don't roleplay. It isn't that I have anything against it, I just don't do it.
I am a Meg Cabot fan, I have read almost everything she has written (except her new tween/kid books). Even things she wrote under a different pen name. It isn't just that I like her, but I grew up on Princess Diaries, the Mediator, and later Queen of Babble.
I also like Shakespeare, he has a way of using words and manipulating them into telling a story.
I watch a lot of crime and detective dramas. Law and Order, CSI (before Sara and Grissom got together), Criminal Minds, Elementary, Sherlock, White Collar, Grimm, and Rizzoli and Isles.
I used to watch Beauty and the Beast- but now hate the main characters so cannot bring myself to watch it.
That is probably more than you needed to know, or wanted to know but I felt like writing.

Hey there! I've been writing for awhile now, mostly fanfictions for the heck of it. I never really posted them online, but I still like writing them for fun. I've only recently started role playing, it can be fun. But my grammar's not all that great and I have been trying to improve on it.
I would like to write a book someday too I suppose, but who knows? smile

hi i'm dissolve me and i'm ultra new.
i don't know if i love writing but i keep coming back to it. like chasing a really fickle ex.
i like to read and draw and construct worlds and characters that i really want to share with all of you even though i don't really know how to.
my favourite writers include Nathaniel Hawthorne and E.E. Cummings. i hope to be productive in this guild n_n

Hi I'm Newton and LOVE to read.I'm 19. I've been collecting (and spending money on) books since the 2nd grade and the first collection I ever finished was the original Nancy Drew series ( a few of them with weird front covers; if anyone can tell me more about them I'll be really grateful). I usually read novels but depending on my mood I can read anything from manuals to bibliographies ; as long as it's written in English . I can write poetry,anecdotes and I am "competent" in technical writing; so if anyone needs a paper to be proof read I can help.
