Matt's chain moves were landing with swift accuracy, and when he manged to lift Chrono up onto his back, the fans knew what was coming. A move that was rarer than any other in The God of Punk's arsenal!
But unfortunately, such a move wouldn't occur. Chrono managed to slip out of it, and before Matt knew it, he was driven down to the mats with the 'Aternus Paradox'. Pain shot through his forehead on impact, sending massive jolts through his body.

After that finisher from out of nowhere, Chrono looked down at his fallen brethren.
Not sure where he picked up the adrenaline, or the energy he got back up on the fan barricade as he crossed his arms.
Then made a giant leap towards Matt as he yelled out 'FOOT DIVE' as he attempted to drill both of his feet into Matt's chest!

Considering how Matt was nearly unconscious once more due to the painful blow to his cranium, he was in no shape to roll out of the way of the 'Foot Dive'. With Shanahan laid out on his chest, Chrono's feet cracked against his back, only sending further jolts of pain through his body. Any kind of upperhand The Punk had previously seemed worthless at this point.

Rolling away after the stomp due to the momentium, Chrono got up and looked at Matt.
Not saying a word as he moved closer to the God of Punks, he attempted to get him to his knees at least
to roll him into the ring. It was time for this match to be kicked up a notch...
But first! Refreshments
Chrono if he had successfully gotten Matt into the ring would roll out of it and go to the fans as he'd grab one of their sodas, and one of their hot dogs.
Taking a sip of cola, he'd hand it back to them as he looked at the hot dog...
There were some dastardly ideas in his head as he grabbed some fixings and headed back to the ring.
You know Matt, I've been meaning to tell you something.. Christina over there?
Tu chica hace burro muestra todos los martes...
Which means your girl does donkey shows every Tuesday..
So allow me to give you something that she's quite used to..
and well... I know she loves them when mustard is involved because let's face it she loves golden showers...
But you? I take it you're the kind of guy that loves mayo... He said as he dribbled the hot dog in mayo,
and attempted to smack Matt across the face with the mayo covered hot dog..

Matt was effortlessly rolled into the ring, laying lifeless for another moment before beginning to come to as Chrono entered the ring once more. With shaky arms, he pushed himself up to a base in the middle of the ring, before forcing himself up on a knee. Halfway through Chrono's speech, Shanahan turned his gaze up to the man, a sneer crossing his lips. "Insults... Get you nothing..." The God of Punks whispered right before The God of Time decided to add some -more- insult. But by now, Matt was tired of insults.
A hand quickly shot upward to deflect the hotdog at the last second by colliding his wrist with Chrono's. Immediately after, his other hand moved up as he bolted to his feet, aiming a punch directly at his brother's throat. Hope he wasn't munching on that hotdog.

A shame for Matt he was terribly predictable, from the catching and the throat thrust..
Considering he's been aiming at throats this entire match.. Dodging the throat thrust. Predictable..
The God of Time said coldly as he attempted to clock Matt in the side of the head with his elbow from his free hand.

The elbow hit, staggering Matt only for a moment. But he wasn't going to just lay back down. He forced himself to remain on his knee as he reached forward, attempting to hook his arm around Chrono's knee and yank his footing out from under him.

Winding his arm up to attempt to strike Matt with another elbow across the face, he was suddenly grabbed,
Get off me you damned dirty punk.. he yelled as he was pulled down
Matt had yanked his footing out from under him!
You know what's a good thing to have in the morning?
Coffee, coffee is your friend? Dunno why this is relevant to the match
But that's currently what I'm having now, that and raspberry yogurt
Not sure why but I wanted yogurt this morning and we had orange and raspberry
Raspberry seemed the most pleasing..
Did I mention I'm cooking tater tots at the moment, like as we speak?
Again non of these things are exactly relevant to the match
But if there 'was' a lesson to be had in all of this, its to enjoy the simple things
Take the time out to really realize what you have done as a person
Take the time to realize what your characters have truly accomplished
Because it is that one simple thing that drove us to do what we do...

With Chrono sent to the ground, Matt quickly scrambled up to his feet. Without wasting any time, he charged at the ropes and came rebounding back, moving with a sudden surge of adrenaline. His foot shot out as he came back to The God of Time, attempting to send him back a few years with a harsh punt to the head!

The Punt, a brutal effective move when done correctly..
Imagine if you will a driving force that hits you suddenly in the side of the face
Enough to send you flying...
Now imagine a near seven foot tall, over three hundred pound man rushing up and hitting you..
Not a pretty sight one would imagine..
Chrono was used to punishment, he had dealt with it his entire career
and while Matt's kick wasn't enough to 'kick his head off' or send him back a few years..
it was enough to send the God of Time flying at least a few feet.
Grunting in pain from the blow, the God of Time laid motionless for a moment as his body was near a turnbuckle.

With the punt landing it's target, Matt slowly brought himself to a halt. For a moment, he looked like he was ready to fall over dead, but he quickly shook it from his head. He had to push through, he had to persevere. His eyes turned to stare at the downed Chrono, a small twinkle appearing in his eye... What was he thinking of now?
Without hesitation, The God of Punks paced over to the man and attempted to rouse him to his feet via hair pull. If successful... He attempt to ram the man between the two upper turnbuckles!

People often ask, why is Chrono's hair black and green?
Well not often, but they have asked before..
It's symbolic, at least for him
Black, represents death as far as color spectrum goes
However black isn't a color, more like a hue, a shade if you will...
Regardless those who aren't artists, or art majors, black is a color
and as a color it represents death.
Green, normally is associated with willpower, that driving force that keeps us going.
However, in this scenario it represents life.
For green is the life giver on Planet Earth
Life and Death
Chrono views himself as an Entity of Life, an Entity of Death
Time, is a force of both life and death..
That is why he has two colors in his hair..
He brought life into the federations
He's brought death into the federations..
A maker, an ender...
Time..
Being kicked in the side of the head was disorienting to say the least, being pulled by his hair...
That was crossing the line... No one touched his hair..
Being angered by the hair pulling he was about to strike Matt in the face but he was rammed into the ribs
and the turnbuckle hard, his back was aching, his ribs were practically dust by now.

Chrono was firm between the turnbuckles, and Matt... Matt was ready to make up for the lack of upperhand he had thus far. He stepped over the rope and onto the apron, wasting no time to climb up on the turnbuckle above his brother. With his feet planted on the middle ropes, he attempted to grab Chrono by the waist and lift him up with a powerbomb hold, then inverting it to the Gory Bomb position if he was able to.

Chrono couldn't do much at the position he was in, as he was lifted up into the powerbomb hold,
then subsequently for the gorybomb hold..
The fans knew what were coming, Chrono knew what was coming, pretty sure that Matt himself knew what was coming.
But had Matt ever did such a feat from the top of the turnbuckle? Was he able to?

Shanahan stood firm on the ropes, with Chrono held tightly onto his back. There were few times in history that he had landed the move he was trying, but he wasn't nearly as roughed up then as he was now. Even holding The God of Time on his back was like a boulder for his weakened arms, but his desire to best Chrono was stronger than the pain...
With a mighty roar that dared to shake the very arena, Matt attempted to flip Chorno over his head as he pushed off the ropes... He was doing it! He was going for The Last Corner! (The Last Corner - Around the Corner off of a high platform or turnbuckle.)
