"Takes a master to do it right. Fortunately, we've got one here." In response to her second question, Lucifer put one of the triangles of rice in her hands. "Try it, and I'll tell you."

"Bonito is fish flakes, generaly from cod. Not the scales, if you're thinking of that. They flake the fish and use that." Lucifer tilted his head slightly. "Cook here generally uses tuna, though. He did today." He popped a much smaller one, this one a circle, into his mouth."

"Sleep." He flopped back on the bed, soon asleep.
--TIME SKIP TO NEXT WEEK BECAUSE I SAID SO--
It was midday, and Court was in session. Shura and two other girls sat on cushions, in their everyday wear, rather than their best. Lucifer had his shirt only half on, having only his right arm in a sleeve, the other sleeve of the unbottoned shirt hanging loose, his hair in dire need of brushing, and leggings that were obviously hurriedly yanked on, to go by the long tears, and the Court was clearly unprepared for this, being in all states of either undress or everyday, except for one. Robert was in his best clothes, and he paced in front of the three girls, his face a mask, though his eyes shone with greed.
"What do you want?" Lucifer snapped, irritated, his fully regrown wings fluttering around the throne impatiently.
"It is clear the girl you have chosen from the three," the other demon said, his voice oily as ever, "and I wish to take her hand instead."
Lucifer scowled. "Nothing gives you the right to override me." The Court chorused agreement.
"Ah, but isn't your wife supposed to be submissive? Miss Shura here is anything but, and I can tame her."
"You're the one that needs to be muzzled like a dog!" One of the elders snapped. "Your greed knows no bounds, I've seen you grabbing at other girls! I'm not surprised that one tried to burn you!"
Robert grinned up at the elder, though his eyes were narrow in anger. "You believe the nonsense of a female? Everyone knows that females are better than-OW!"
Lucifer had thrown a hidden knife at the other demon, cutting his cheek. "Aren't you a bit behind the times?!" He hissed. "Or is your brain dead and rotted, as I thought?!" Robert glared at Lucifer, grabbing for a blade he did not have.

"Oh, you really want a wild creature?!" He grabbed Shura by the hair, and pulling out a hidden wrist blade, pulled the girl up, the short blade at her throat. "Guess neither of us can have her!" He started walking backwards, forcing Shura to come with him.
Lucifer jumped, taking flight, another throwing knife in hand. "Try it, I dare you!" He snapped, his eyes slowly beginning to turn pitch-black. "You won't get far!" He dove, using the blade to cut Robert over the head. He grazed Shura as well, though that was primarily hair, and a slight scratch on the skin. Robert growled, and was forced to duck, using Shura as his shield. Lucifer dropped the blade, the knife clattering by Shura's hand. He flew around the throne, diving and pulling out a longer blade from behind, still in midair.

Robert shrieked as the blade dug into his leg, and he pushed the girl away, only to have Lucifer, eyes pitch black, dive bomb him, and tackle him. That two demons tangled, fists flying. Robert was swearing, his voice almost lost under the steady yell of Lucifer's, who was using a different language entirely, though the tone indicated that it wasn't good. The Court reacted, pulling them up and apart, both screeching at each other.
"Looks like someone is now exiled!" An elder shouted. Robert was now grabbed by his hair by a rock demon, and dragged away. Lucifer was held down until a metal collar was around his neck, a long chain attached to it. With the chain and aid of two other rock demons, the enraged demon was dragged out of the throne room, screaming and spitting on all fours.
The elder kneeled down next to Shura, a young healer next to him. "Past the head and shock, are you all right?" He asked, Lucifer's screams echoing in the distance. "That's why we can't piss him off. His eyes go black, and he goes insane. We have to chain him into a pit until he calms down and goes back to normal." By then, his screams were barely audible, just echoes of echoes. "Come, lass, it is clear that he chose you. A good choice as well. I wasn't yawning through dinner with you as one of the two I was with!" He chuckled then. "Give him a few days, you might be able to visit him then."

"I just wish that the nitwit that's now in exile learned a few things that he ignored. Really, what an idiot." The elder said as the healer examined Shura's head and face, tracing or circling injuries, healing them.
"Done." She said after a minute.
"Different is good. Variety is good. That's why we like you. You don't blend in. Couldn't if you tried." Chuckling, he ruffled Shura's hair. "Never told you before, but Lucifer's my godson. And it's lunchtime." At that, the Court left, talking to themselves. "Let's eat in the kitchens." He said, rising and offering a hand.

The elder chortled. "Tiny feathers everywhere when I visited him. He could fly as a toddler." They arrived at the kitchens, and having full trays of food pushed to them, the elder accepted one and led Shura to a table. "Ask me anything about him." He said, beginning to cut into his food.
