The alchemist was stubborn: she simply couldn't part with her greed and give up the idea of catching herself some nice minipet! She almost grabbed one of the poms around, but when she already reached its tail, just by the corner of her eye Eisheth noticed something shiny in the snow. A token! That might be even better than a Pom: the horseman wasn't stupid, and noticed those little things were quite popular among the visitors. And anyway, it's bad to pollute the environment, isn't it?...

After Marigold had eaten that apple, she found herself here. In this very, very cold place. OAO!!!! She wasn't happy. Not happy in the least. She wanted to be somewhere else and was too preoccupied in making her way to even bother taking a minipet.
Besides. They were more likely to eat her anyway x^x

Faint really couldn't help himself as he walked by the booth again. He still had the little burn hole in his pants to show for his previous attempt, but there were just so many fluffy furry things running around. He tilted the lip of his cheap cowboil hat down and headed toward where the majority of the minis were wreaking havoc.
Except he didn't make it far before a mini came barreling into his leg. /he gave a surprised snort and bent to scoop it into his arms, wrestling animatedly with it at it snapped at his arms and fingers.
That had been far easier than his previous attempt.

Just before he was about to leave the booth to the rest of the masses trying to wrangle the minipets, he stopped at the gathering of seemingly more docile minis. He watched them for a long moment before... just snatching one. No one would even notice, he was certain.

As she walked past the booth, Mei noticed something odd. Snow. She was going to just walk on by, but on second thought. The snow was most certainly quite out of place. And the booth seemed unattended, except for the rather grumpy looking mini sitting there.
She had been about to approach when a Pom darted out from behind the booth and dove into one of the snow banks. "Ha!" The ghoul dropped to her knees and tried to catch the Pom, but after a few minutes of digging through cold snow she sat back on her heels, wiggling snow out of her shirt.

Daily Chance!She had made a move to get closer to the booth, but the pointed look she was getting from the mini sitting there made her a bit...unnerved? The ghoul figured it would be best to just move along.

Two times Edgar had been to this booth, and both times he had ended up lucky. Did the boil push his luck further? The answer, of course, was yes. He slowly made his way over to the snow covered booth and as he neared it, found himself being glared at by an angry Avery!pom. The zomboil backed away, deciding he wasn't going to risk it.

Edgar found himself determined to catch another of the poms. The zomboil would shamble after one, and when it got too far away, he'd turn to another. This continued for a while, until a stray fireball came flying at him from a grumpkin. As the zomboil's jacket sleeve caught on fire, he panicked, rolling around in the snow to put it out. Now covered in melting snow and his favorite jacket scorched, Edgar decided it would be best to simply leave the booth.

Before he knew it, the mothboil was skittering across the icy plane of the snowy booth again, keeping one hand on his pocket so his playing cards wouldn't fly out and cause even more of a hazard. He saw one of the furry fluff balls head into a snowbank. Thinking it would be easy to sneak up on, Phil scurried over to it...
a little too quickly than he should have. His actions would result in a shirt full of cold snow and him scrambling to get out before his cards turned to mush. Mush in your pants could also be a hazard, you know.

His curiosity had gotten the better of him, and Kiwi decided to return to the booth for another chance at stealing away a minipet. However, the eyes of that watchful Behemoth Pom were on him, making the horseman nervous. He reached out to pet one of the minis, when suddenly, a snarling Pom darted in front, razor teeth bared. He wasn't one to secede, but then again, neither was this Pom apparently.

Kiwi gave a sudden oof! as one of the Behemoth Poms barreled into him, knocking him over. Before the horseman had time to realize, deja vu took effect, as he landed on a mass of fluffy fur that quickly snarled and took off around the booth. This time however, he managed to successfully get an arm around it's head, causing the beast to come to an abrupt halt. Breathing a sigh of relief, Kiwi hefted the minipet in his arms, stroking it's fur gently. This one might require a little taming, but it certainly had spirit.
