Alexander frowned, and pulled out his own eyephone from his pocket to check his messages, but finding it quite empty. "Ya, maybe." Still frowning, and hoping that's all that it was. Maybe he should send her a quick text to make sure she was doing alright? Or...would that be weird...hrm. "Ya, you're probably right." He finally decided, then, for whatever reason the boil stood up from his chair and stretched his arms. "I'm going to go for another little walk around." He eyed the minipet that went wandering by with no owner attached to it. "There's this great booth that's just full of pillows and cushions and comfortable places to relax." He gave the ghoul a lopsided smile. "If my mom shows up, tell her I'll be back in a bit, or to text me if she needs anything." And with that, the boil shuffled away once more.

As quickly as he had come back, Alex had left again. Oh well. Perhaps next time he'd be in a better mood once he returned. One could only hope. "Have fun, Alex. I'll see you when you get back!" The ghoul waved him off before settling back into her chair. She saw you Yin. Creeping there like a creeper. "Yin Cang, quit spying on me and get your mantisbutt up on that pad. I'm bored and its about time I took on another challenger." Grinning, she quickly stood up from her chair. Sprinting over to the machine. "Unless you are scared to get beat by a girl~" Mei moved her hips side to side, emphasizing each word with her body.

Yin balked at the insinuation. "Miss Meixiang I was not spying I was just..." Creeping. He was just creeping. He also had no problems being beaten by a ghoul. He joined her, paying the machine and...what was this song. It was...ridiculous, and he found himself cringing as he tried to dance. Score: 26 (Mei if you don't beat that you should just stop dancing) Seussi Rofl Alex why you leave, its about to get good

Yes Yin, you were creeping. Though she felt using the term spying might have not been so insulting. Apparently by his reaction to her playful accusation it didn't seem to be the case. "Best two out of three!" And soon the game began. She moved and grooved, wiggling around on the arrows pad and stomped her feet. Giving a few 'Wooooss!' and 'Weeees!' every now and again. Once that round was done, a heavy smirk curled the corner of her lips as she adjusted her bow. "Ok warm up round done. Come on now don't let me beat you so easily! Round two better bring your 'A' game!" Quickly picking out the next song, she stretched her arms over her head as she waited for it to being. Score: 35

Alex hadn't gone far before he was accosted by his mother. "Alexander, where have you been hiding?" She chastised him with a smile. "Not hiding, just...." Okay, so maybe he had been hiding from her a little bit. "You know, wander----" His mom just shook her head, then reached out with two hands to grab his face as she frowned up at him. "Oh, Alexander, what have you done now?" She was obviously referring to the eye that he had popped in earlier. He rolled his one good eye while the other continued to stare straight ahead, unmoving. That was such a weird feeling it actually made him shudder a little. "It's just as a joke, mom, I'll take it out later." He laughed a little and pulled away from her, though now suddenly it seemed like she was staring at something behind him, back towards the booth, so he turned to follow her gaze. Oh. Mei had found a new challenger it seemed. His mom flashed a brilliant smile back at him. "Wait just a few minutes and I'll join you on your walk? I'll be back~" She wandered off back towards the booth and sat down, getting herself a front row seat for the show. Alex just sighed and kicked at the ground, hands shoving into his pockets. ramenli you can have the better van rotte.

He had the sneaking suspicion he was not going to do particularly well in dancing, but Sparrow decided to take the chance anyway.
He tapped the booth owner on the shoulder.
"Pardon me," he said cheerfully. "But do you mind if I ask for a duel? I would very much enjoy seeing your skills."

Having done relatively well before, but not well enough to get into the top few positions, Ariane was determined to try again. Now that she had gotten used to her golem body, she was hoping that it would help with her score. After her turn was over, however, she realized that she had gotten the exact same score as before...
[Ariane is a gruff-sounding werewolf boil with dark brown fur, and stands almost 5 feet tall.

Apparently by "A" game she meant a game, as in, nothing special. Or that was how he translated it. He started to work his way along but then...was someone watching him? It was slightly distracting and he turned to look, losing his place. Oh, hi there Lady Van Rotte. He might have waved at her instead of playing the game. It felt to Mei as if Yin were purposfully trying to loose. This win was just a little too easy. But none the less satisfying. Ahhhh, Meixiang. STILL raining duel champion. So far. "Next time Yin, keep your eyes on the game and not on pretty zombie ladies." She placed a blue you tried pin in his hand. "But then I guess as long as my winning streak stays intact I can't complain."Grinning, she turned around at the tap on her shoulder. Looking up over the rim of her purple shades at the boil. "Ah! Another challenger so soon? I'm glad to see my DDD prowess has spread far across the land." Placing her hands on her hips she laughed triumphantly. "Sure thing! Best two out of three. You can pick the first song!" Without even stopping for a breath, the ghoul scurried back onto the arrow pad. Waiting for her next challenger to join her. Score: 31ramenli- Yay you tried!  Also, Yin's dancing looks more like this to Mei.

Alex's mom clapped her hands and cheered and yes, she waved back at Yin happily when he turned and saw her. She might have been the reason that he was playing poorly but he was still perfect in her eyes. Alex himself had settled himself down on the ground, legs crossed and head buried in his hands. Would this night never end?

"Indeed it has," said Sparrow cheerfully to Meixiang, giving Yin a smile and a small wave as well as he began to roll up the sleeves of his white dress shirt and loosening his cravat a little. "I'm afraid my dancing skills are hardly comparable to one such as yourself, but I figure why not anyway? It's playing that makes it entertaining."
Eyes twinkling, he shuffled through the songs and picked one that sounded as though it would be fun.

Ahhh, that was most certainly good to know. Maybe that meant she'd get to play DDD more instead of just sitting at the booth. She waved a hand at Sparrow. "Most would tell you its more about cordination than actual dancing. But I tend to disagree. But don't worry, I'm sure you'll do fine."And the song began. Barely missing a beat, she stomped and tapped the arrows in succession. Once their scores were lit up on the screen, Mei pumped her arm in celebration. One round down, possibly two more. It would all depend if the boil could keep up on the next song. "Not bad, first round gets you warmed up. But lets see if you can keep up with this one." With excitement that could barely be contained, she selected the next song.Score: 30

What could he really say about that? He liked zombies with white hair it seemed. He was not too torn up about it, simply bowing to her. "Yes, your Dance Dance Dedolution prowess is well earned. If you will excuse me?"He stepped away so that Sparrow could take over, silently wishing the boil luck as he made his way over the Lady who had so distracted him. "Greetings Lady Van Rotte," he said warmly. "I am glad I was able to see you when I came by. Are you having a pleasant evening still?"Yes, he was going to make conversation. Sorry Alexander, the night has barely begun.

"See?" gasped Sparrow, breathless from exertion as he stopped momentarily, hands on his knees to try and get some air back into his lungs. He managed a grin up at Meixiang. "I knew you would do it well!"
Laughing, he straightened again. "All right, my turn to pick," he said, eyes twinkling, and carefully picked out another.

The Lady Van Rotte patted the chair beside her with her skeletal hand as in invitation to have Yin join her sitting down. She did have a quick glance over towards her son, who was now laying sprawled out on the ground staring up at the evening sky as though he were well and truly dead. She pursed her lips at that. Teenagers and their over dramatics. Just for that, she was going to make him wait longer. "Yes I am, thank you." She replied, her voice equally as warm. "Alexander has introduced me to some of his fellow classmates and has won me more prizes then I have room in my luggage to take home." "Are you having a pleasant evening as well?"
