Hrmm... well... all of these are pretty much long shots.. because I'm not entirely sure on what you're looking for for him.
(But I think we need more plots, so offers away! xDD)

For Reiji-

Nephilidae - Nephilidae is sort of like a child. She's playful, hyper and loves to have fun. This coupled with the fact that she can be very dark and almost twisted at times.. makes her kind of creepy. She means well, but things she does can easily be taken out of proportion. She has a fondness for the supernatural and strange. She doesn't always understand how precious life can be, given that she is part Reaper and dealing with the dead and spirits is a day-to-day chore for her. That aside, she usually doesn't mean to hurt others... And can be quite protective of those she cares about.

Angelica Felicity Zurro - Felicity is still a huge work in progress as I've never rped her. She will be pretty happy-go-lucky, at least that's the facade she puts up. She has had a rather hard life, so she knows what it's like to be at your lowest point. She can be negative at times, though she rarely shows that to anyone. Despite this, she is trying hard to reform her life and become a better person. I think she'd do well with someone who can show her how to have a good time and not worry so much about life. She use to be a street thief before coming to live with the Zurros.

Khapse Lakra - HUGE long shot here. Khapse.. is very complicated. Khapse is terrified of anyone whom isn't a half-breed. She is hesitant, preferring to hide behind Zaria (whom is the only non Half-Breed she'll even tolerate) for comfort. She can't even hold eye contact. If on her own around a non Half-Breed she'd likely completely clam up or attack if she feels threatened.
She has a hard time even with Half-Breeds she doesn't know. She can be rather ridged and cold. Almost bitchy. Mostly, this is because she thinks very very little of herself.. and she has no idea how to interact with others. She tries to be nice, but it's quite obvious that she doesn't exactly know how to be. She doesn't mean to hurt others, but because of her insecurities and distrustful nature she can easily do just that.
So if he can put up with that.. and show her how to come out of her shell it might work. But I do think that's a big if.
