As for Deadpool... I think I'd sign him up as a Green Lantern. Perhaps a little odd but when you think about it... whenever he puts his mind to something, he does get the job done in one fashion or another.
He's not really a fear causing guy nor driven by anger (most of the time) and he's only compassionate when a gorgeous woman is involved. He doesn't really inspire others with hope unless you're thinking of Wanda Wilson who typically is just star struck by him over all. His love only goes to mexican food and Bea Arthur.... and while he can be greedy at times... he's also been selfless at other times which cancels that out of the equation.
Now granted, Nekron could turn him into a black lantern considering how many times he has died and regenerated... but considering how much he does enjoy life... he'd soon become a white lantern because of it. lol

Too true lol. Deadpool would probably get green and start singing christmas charols because he would be red and green.
Clint would probably be green.
Loki I can see maybe beinbg orange for greed or green for will, he is rather determained.

I thought about recommending him and Luke Cage, but when you said you didn't really know a lot about these heroes I figured you might not even know who they were. xd In that case, Black Panther is another option you could consider, Dr. Strange is pretty cool, so is the always ambiguous Quicksilver. But if you do go full ninja Iron-fist, would he be a hero, anti-hero, or straight villain?

Ladies and gents,
I'd like to check and see that everyone is good to move forward to an evening time slot in the rpg and get some real costumed rp time in.
If you still have something you want to wrap up with your characters, just let me know and I'll hold off on pushing forward.
