And as far as I know, there's nothing with Sothe even in the spotpass since FE9 and 10 haven't had theirs released yet, so I have no clue what you were watching.
it was avideo a guy was playing the japanese version and some spotpass missions let u use ike and the like the fight between red vs blue on it u fight either as ike or roy against eachother and one of them u use krom,ike,i think roy and marth to fight the girl companions from their games

Um.. the Spotpass units are all seen in the DLC missions. Sothe is the "Main Male" rep for FE10. (Thus his appearance in LvD, which is: Light Side (Main Males (Lords+ Sothe), Main Females (Includes Micaiah, obv.)) Dark Side (Main Villains, Villain Spotpass Team, +Eltosian) and those Flip-flopping guys (Like Aless and Jaffar and Ray))
You know, I'm curious if Nintendo are planning to make some challenging quests for us to accomplish such as "shoving the priest" part from FE9 or "don't use this unit" and such stuff. It would be interesting to mix some challenge besides defending/kill/or seize. >>;

If all the spotpass teams are able to be seen in the DLC, then why aren't they up online yet?

no one really knows that much yet but someone i think ign did say it was gonna be out in december after christmas or something they said either the dlc will all be there or we gotta wait for that as well

The characters are being released by game for player use. They just aren't all being released at once. Doesn't mean they can't be seen in DLC chapters.

yea one of the chapters u use ike,krom,roy,marth,sothe against elincia,caeda,miciah,an krom and roys love interests

The teams are being listed as they come out, spotpass teams and spotpass updates in general come along with the DLC updates. I know there are people who do own the game who are taking account of the characters they see in the DLC chapters before spotpass teams come out, but I don't know who is in what myself, what with me not owning the game and wanting to enter the game relatively fresh.
