Narr Shadaa-Merchant District-  Cantina

Stokhli grinned. He had her. Holocrons were force specific technology, partially powered by the user themselves. To any one but a sith or je'daii it was just a pretty trinket. "They said many things. They say Jedi is looking for it. Called it a ....um .. Cannot pronounce word. Say is very valuable., but empire maybe look for it. Very bad. Ask for high price." he laughed." If I find I split with you two huh? Very good business! " Of course this was a lie. His master required it as soon as possible, to prevent any eyes from seeing the delicate information inside. He would have to be quick though. The twi'lek was a clever one, he could tell....

Nar Shadaa - Merchant District Cantina

"That item is called a holocron. They are quite powerful, and if the Je'daii are looking for such a relic as well as the Sith it surely would fetch a high price. Splitting the credits seems fair in this case. I accept."

A'kire's expression relaxed to one that she knew was hard to read. She would play the Jawa for a fool until the holocron had been obtained, and then take it from him by any means necessary, even if it meant killing him to do so. Until that moment however, she would show no sign of ill intent. She just hoped Davth had little to no interest in this holocron or else things might have a higher degree of difficulty to them. Davth was a force user like her, but it was obvious which side he was playing for.

"Do you have any information about where the smugglers believe it to be?"

Nar Shaddaa- cantina

Lowrak sipped his Ithorian Grog when he heard the word holocron, he looked around to see where it was coming from when he saw a Twi'lek talking with a human and a Jawa, he felt the force in both the Twi'lek and the Jawa but not the human. He continued to scan the cantina as if to just look aroud but he knew that the holocron was the main reason that him and his fellow Jed'Aii were there so he kept his ears on the conversation as he turned back to the bar and returned to drinking the concoction of his people

Nar Shaddaa Cantina

The togruta's eyes widened for a brief moment as the pair talked openly about the holocron, they may not have noticed the others but he had. Knowing he had to keep his cool admitting who he was and and try and keep up the facade that he felt was failing.

"Hey count me in!"
he said with a chuckle eyes glancing over to where his friends body had been, bouncers had since drug it away to be searched over by scavengers and other low life's before eventually being tossed off a platform. "It's a real shame old Rajix had to come to such an unfortunate end, he might have had something to say about the subject." In truth the padawan knew his friend knew nothing it was his real reason for meeting him here, well that and the dancers, but he was still unsure of A'kire she had exhibited tell tale signs he should not trust her.

He quickly waved away the drinks the bartender had brought to him and hopped to his feet. "Well time is of the essence on this matter. When do we leave?" Davth pulled a credit chit from his pocket and tossed it onto the bar. The man was eager to get out of the cantina for two different reasons, in essence the same but he held them separate. The first was that his little vacation wasn't entirely approved and the increase in the number of Je'daii had him nervous someone would realize he should still be at the temple. Davth was unsure what his punishment would be but in all reality he had no desire to find out. The second was he simply wanted to find the holocron, while it wasn't his mission there was still good to be done in recovering it for the cause.

"Ah but where are my panners my new business partner, I am Davth of clan Terva, and this lovely woman here is the charming lady A'kire." He bowed rather deeply faking a brief stumble to give the illusion his drinking was catching up with him, quickly standing back up his lekku to swung back and forth for a moment before speaking again "If I may ask what is your name?" the sudden turn of events had caused him to forget his earlier transgression against the Jawa.

Nar Shaddaa - Cantina

Kad's stab at his opponents arm struck burning a deep wound which caused his opponent to drop his lightsaber. Kad followed up the strike with a roundhouse kick to the head which knocked his opponent unconcious. Kad stepped over him and kicked the young sith's lightsaber away.

"shabla dar'jetii"

Kad looked down at the hole in his coat and at the burn underneath. it wasn't too bad but he'd need to take care of it later before it got infected, which given them being on nar shaddaa was incredibly likely. But Kad just pushed the pain aside and walked to the bar close enough to be able to hear the Togruta, twilek, and a jawa talking.

Kad called over the portly bartender with a slight wave.

"Oi, gimme a ne'tra gal."

" You are not alone.." Cari whispers inside the man's mind. Her icy-blue stare glancing at his blurry figure, "I might not be able to see you, through this watery tank, but I can sense your concern. Thank you. My master always told me that, so in honor of his life..I am giving you those same words of advice and encouragement. She slowly places her hand on the glass, a smile parting on her lips. The time she spent with the Sith was cold, dark, and miserable. The memory of her master, his peaceful image, would be clouded by the Sith's magic and the use of the Dark Side. She couldn't remember how she got to the base, only that the Sith kept her alive.

She places her hand on the glass, she begins to him through her mask. Her mind making up words to match the rythm of the song, but the song spoke of her former master, her own story before the Sith took her:

"Through the stormy seas, through the blistering winds, green eyes always watched over me. His voice calm and gentle like a feather, his hand soft and firm. His movement so precised, every step was watching a dance on ice. His blade always glowed like the full moon, glittering with such beauty and divine. His words were all wise, thoughtful and without disguise. He didn't have to hide from his foes. He stood tall, bravery glittering in his eyes. Tender as they can be, always knew how to look right at me.

Though, his time came to a stop, he will always be in side of my beating heart.:
She gives off a sigh, " I will tell you everything , master, it wont bring back my former master but at least will bring me peace...who knows maybe this information will save another master's life."

Nar Shaddaa - Cantina

Having detailed the mission success fully to Master Endar, Elyria spied Lowak at the bar.

"Excuse me Master"

Strolling over to congratulate Master Pentar, Elyria gave a silent not to Kad, not wanting to give away their acquaintance of each other and hinder the mission, she walked past him and up to Lowak

"My friend - so happy to see you again - I hope all is well with you." She gave him a wink.

"Bartender - I would like to buy my friend here another drink"

Stokhli sighed. He should have seen this coming. What was that phrase his master always used? "Search for one thing, find another?" Heh, something like that. Well, now he had two new partners. Unexpected but not unforeseeable. He just needed to smooth out the wrinkles was all. His people had a saying too. "The best thing to bluff with, was the truth." The smugglers, at least the ones he told them about, we're a lie, but he did know the holocron was in posession of actual smugglers. He even knew where it was headed too... So, he would just use that information."It is pleasure to meet you friend! I am told my actual name is... Hard to pronounce By non jawas, so I go by name of Stokhli Ulban, but every one calls me Stokes." He proceeded to describe his imaginary smugglers in detail, saying that they had inquired about the holocron being stolen. They claimed that it was originally going to a wealthy neimodian, but that a man claiming to be a Jedi had offered them more. (This part was the truth. If he could not find the real smuggler here on Nar Shadaa, he would have to go to the neimodian himself.) " the thief was probably Neimodian's man. "Stokhli said, covering his tracks. "is old jawa trick. We find what we want, then take during delivery, when most vulnerable....... Um,not that I do that!"

Nar Shaddaa- Cantina

"Well met, Elyria. I see you have doen well in your part, I did well on my part", he leaned over and whispered into her ear, "I overheard that Jawa over there with that Twi'lek and the Togruta talk about a holocron, perhaps it's the same one we are looking for, now a neimodian has come in to play, I am going to get as much info on them as I can, the Togruta's name appears to be Davth and the Twi'lek looks vaguely familiar", he continued to listen in on the conversation while looking as inconspicuous as possible

Jri-den turned around to look at the glass and the girl. "Hm?" He had heard a voice in his head, and the girl's hand was pressed against the glass. "I know I'm not all alone, but few have the curse that I have..." he said aloud with a sigh, "But perhaps I'll just meditate here. I could use the company, and I'm sure you could too." Jri-den sat down, facing the girl in the tank and began meditating on his visions again.

Nar Shaddaa Cantina - Docking platform 5679

"Well my new friend I assume we will be needing a ship. Ah don't worry about where we will get one." A foolish grin made its way to his red face as he pulled a holocard and after a few seconds a rather battered looking ship appeared along side the image of a waving togruta. "Well as I told our other partner my friend may as well have willed this baby to me. She ain't pretty friends but she is fast, and has a good deal of power."

The padawan pulled out a pen and quickly jotted down the name of the ship and handed it to Stokes "I'm going to run ahead and make sure everything is a go for me to take control of the vessel. I'll meet you guys at the docking platforms." with a smile he bowed to each of his new partners and made his way to the door. Something about all the jedi made his montral itch, nothing good ever happened after that.

Davth made his way to the alley behind the cantina and rummaged throught the pockets of his dead friend "Look i'm really sorry about what happened, but you must understand." he pulled emptied the mans pockets he was there early enough to get the mans personal holocard, several data chits, and a small blaster. "I will miss you my friend but you aggravated one stronger than yourself, so is the way of nature." He tucked the blaster into the front of his waist band, shook his head and began to make his way towards the dock in silence eyes straight ahead. 'I hope my exit wasn't to hasty, but there were far to many of my fellows in that cantina. If one of them recognized me, the tongue lashing would have been the least of my worries.'

Nar Shaddaa - Cantina

"Good work Lowak - I'll leave you to it!

Elyria was impressed at his dedication - having just finished one mission he couldn't wait to join the second. Je'daii like him were going to make the difference in defeating the Sith and bringing balance back to the Galaxy.

Looking around the Cantina - all seemed under control. Having been on Tythos for so long, she was anxious to stretch her legs. Well, it may not be Khalimar, but I think I'll do a little exploring - how often do I get to the City.

Stopping once again at Master Endar's table
"Master - you seem to have handle on things here. I think I'll make my way around Nar Shaddaa - I'll keep my communicator on in case I'm needed"

Nar Shadaa - Cantina

Before she could open her mouth, Davth had practically bolted out the door of the cantina. She raised one of her eyebrows and shook her head, staring in the direction the Togruta had disappeared to.

Something's not right with that one...or this pipsqueak..I should stay on my toes if I'm going to be doing this mission with them.

A'kire turned back to the Jawa, lighting up another cigarra. She got up from her seat and walked towards him, her eyes glancing towards the floor to get a good look at him. She always believed that when dealing with a Jawa or any small, quick, annoying and overall untrustworthy creature you should never let them out of your sight. If they try to pull a fast one on you, kill them.

"Of course you do that. You don't have to lie. It doesn't really matter to me one way or another. I just want a cut of the credits if we find this thing."

A'kire took a long drag and blew smoke into the air before returning her gaze to the Jawa, her eyes studying him and his reactions when he spoke. She didn't like small annoying creatures, and this Jawa, 'Stokes' or whatever his name had been was no less annoying. The Twi'lek only intended to put up with him until the holocron was found. What happened afterwards was still being decided.

"So Stokes, can you tell me anything else about this wild gizka chase? Or are you planning to wait until Davth gets back from his ship? Also, you'd be smart to keep your voice down. Places like this are known for shady characters. Someone like you should know all about that."

One of A'kire's lekku twinged. There were a number of patrons in this cantina. Someone could easily listen in on the conversation and the excess noise would give them the perfect cover. She needed to keep her voice down, and so did the Jawa. She was also suspicious about Davth's behavior, but would wait until he comes back to start studying him.

" What? You don't trust me? I am offended!" Stokhli covered his mouth in mock  shock ha! he whispered "this is, how you say, not my first rodeo, yes? I am jawa. If I need to, I clear out entire room in ten seconds flat." He scoffed."If they hear me, let them come. I am not only familiar with making sale, but am quite familiar in keeping it. You think I give you all information? Or even that half of information is true? Please. I tell you only what need to know till we are safe in hyperspace yes? Is not you. Is just... Good business." he looked th twi'lek up and down. Traveling with her was going to be difficult. She seemed naturally mistrusting, and aggressive. He'd have to keep an eye on her.....

Nar Shadaa - Merchant District - Cantina

"You should be careful, Stokes. If you try to clear out a room you might get trampled amidst the chaos. Jawas aren't exactly the tallest species in the galaxy. If I wanted to, I could use you as an arm rest..or even a chair. That's besides the point, though."

Her voice dropped to a low whisper as she took a long drag of her cigarra, blowing it almost directly in the Jawa's face. Her eyes scanned Stoke's body up and down again, her distrust for the creature already at an alarming level and growing. Perhaps it was the fact that she was surrounded by numerous others, possibly Je'daii. Davth's hasty exit raised flags as well. If she was going to travel with these two, she wanted to have as much control as possible.

"The point, my small friend, is that I know how your kind work. You'll lie until you have a crowded room believe that some heap of scrap is actually a fully functioning droid. You're a bunch of sneaky, quick talking liars and thieves, but your reasons aren't important to anyone. Thing is, be it Je'daii or Sith, if you mess with the wrong person you're going to regret it - especially on this rock."

As she spoke, her voice seemed devoid of any hostility. The way she addressed the Jawa was as if she were simply speaking her mind and not caring if what she said offended anyone. She masked her threat as truth, despite the obvious bit of truth it held. A'kire was simply wasting time until Davth returned, if he returned at all. The Togruta seemed to be more of the socialite and it was obvious the Jawa trusted him more. This was if Stokes trusted either of the two to begin with. He was difficult to read, and that posed a major problem to A'kire.
